First pic was my original light and the other pics is my new light thanks to Integrity. Thomas Augustin was an A+ electrician who's really talented at what he does and had a great attitude & personality who I would trust if I had future electrical needs. Also Integrity was great to work with because when I bought the new light, originally had another electrician named Ryan who was about to install it quickly, but my light was missing parts from the manufacturer. They were willing to wait for me to drive to Home Depot to see if I could get the parts (but ultimately did not have it in stock). So overall, Integrity are talented & professional electricians that I would trust as my first choice for future needs. And many thanks again for the help... as you can see I had an old & broken light and they helped my house look better with a new light.

*Modified my review after service has continued* Their technicians are courteous and informative, all that have been used on my project. Currently they are fixing old cast iron piping in my house. There is still some work left to complete, but that is to be expected, currently waiting for inspection, then work will resume on replacing water heater as well. One thing the call center needs to work on is following up with calls for these large projects. My main gripe was with communication in my previous first post before updating review, the service workmanship is top notch though. Once my project is complete, I will change my review to 5 stars with an updated review.

Just had Integrity Home Solutions out here and am incredibly impressed. My AC went out so I sent a request online. I was able to text with the company and get a tech out in the same day. My tech, Sam, was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He got me up and running in no time as well as talked me through options for some additional concerns, one of which ended up being no big deal - he fixed it in a few minutes at no additional cost! Truly, this company is great. I have had several different companies come out to do maintenance/repairs on my AC but never liked any enough to get a maintenance plan until now. The service was great and prices were very competitive, so I signed up for a plan and will be sticking with Integrity Home Solutions for all my AC, plumbing, and electrical needs from now on! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone!

Firsty lasty

I used Integrity Home Solutions for the first time last week for the $99.00 kitchen drain clearing service (+same day service, 100% satisfaction guarantee, NO service call fees, NO dispatch fees)) as they advertise currently on their website. Too good to be true? The team came, assessed the situation and decided to clean the drain through the vent on the roof. My house has a flat roof with a quite steep mansard, which makes it tough to climb up. Technician cleaned the drain, yet as almost all was done... a part of the snake cable disconnected, and stayed in the drain deep under the house. This happens at times - I have been told. This clogged the pipe now to 100%. I received a written statement about what happened per email, yet also, I have been assured, they will retrieve the piece of the snake. The Integrity Home Solutions team returned 5 times in 2 days and did not give up. With involvement of very experienced and knowledgeable manager Norman, technician Ramon the issue was fixed. I have been very thankful for their reassuring attitude, great work ethic and diligent attempts until the issue was fixed. And yes, the advertised price was honored. This company, will be my company to go to, for any issue they can help with. I also will recommend them to my friends and you.

Austin James, Eddie Bosquez & Quincy Jackson trouble shot and I ended up replacing my old system for a completely new one. These guys are very professional and easy to talk to. I am happy with the service I have received so far. Especially Eddie and Quincy having to go up into my attic to replace and repair ductwork. The temperature had to be close to 110*. They did it with no complaints and completed the job. Thanks a lot guys for your work.

Entire process was amazing. The dispatcher who I had to call on Christmas Eve at 6pm for a sewage backup was extremely friendly and helpful despite it being a holiday. They offered me service on Christmas day, although we wound up booking for 8am the day after Christmas. Jeff was on time, kind and professional. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions, and very knowledgeable. He showed me step by step what was going on and possible outcomes and was transparent with future costs and estimates. Truly couldn't have asked tor a better first time plumbing issue experience & at the holidays no less. I NEVER leave reviews but this level of service warranted it! Thanks so much!!

Integrity Home Solutions has a Superstar on board, Austin James. Austin came to provide an assessment on my home’s central a/c system, which is now over 18 years old and ready for replacement. I was quite impressed and amazed with Austin's knowledge base, professionalism, and candidness – he took the time to drill down on each aspect of the old A/C unit’s condition and provided a checklist of items requiring replacement. He also gave an explanation on each of the company’s available units and accompanying warranties. Austin fully explained the pros and cons of each plan, which allowed me to make an informed decision. I had shopped around in the past and was sorry for not having purchased a new unit sooner, as prices are now soaring due to inflationary factors and other uncontrollable variables. However, thanks to Austin's knowledge and trusted expertise, I was able to make a sound and swift decision on which system best suited our needs. I am very pleased to have chosen Integrity Home Solutions and highly recommend this company. Lastly, Integrity Home Solutions was able to book an immediate appointment - when I called and expressed the urgency they accommodated me by confirming an appointment for the following morning. This is something I have not experienced with other HVAC companies. Austin was prompt, punctual and above all courteous and professional. Integrity was great from start to finish. They were very responsive, would send me text of who and when someone was arriving to replace my AC unit, damper system and circuit board, they arrived promptly and very professional. Big shout out to Jason who came on his day off to instal my UV light, Eddie and Andre for fixing the wires and making it look esthetically pleasing, Michael who came out when my thermostat got an error message and was able to quickly find the issue and solve it. Highly recommend. Very professional and you get great value!

Integrity was great with helping us replace our AC unit. We had just bought a house with a very old unit and strange layout inside the home. Jake came out and was awesome and super friendly! He walked us through everything and had great advice. When time for installation came, they were able to come out to install the day after we signed. Eddie and Maiquel did an amazing job on install. They were super friendly and helped us fix a couple of additional road bumps that popped up as well. A big thank you to those guys! We love the new system and are glad we went with Integrity!

Received an extremely high water bill for two months. Could not detect a leak or hear anything dripping. Called Integrity to get help. What a great company. Quickly scheduled a service call. Problem was detected and fixed in a very honest and professional manner. I am so pleased with the fact that I received great text and email follow up and a picture of the technician that would be arriving. What a great way to enforce security. Our AC wasn't working. Austin James came on Sunday to repair it. He did so very quickly and professionally. He showed us what he did and taught us how to reset the system so we wouldn't need an emergency repair for the same problem next time. Steve Ervin did an outstanding job! Day one he showed up within 40 minutes from the time I discovered my hot water heater was leaking and I called. He was nice, professional and helpful. He gave me the option for him supplying the unit or myself. We saved thousands by purchasing our own. Next day he came back directly after I called, again. Super fast! As the installation became difficult due to the way my house is set up when most would have quite, Steve was a problem solver! This 1 hour job ended up taking more than 2 and he stuck with it and was super nice and professional the whole way. Very happy about this fix and will definitely use again! Highly recommend 👌

Danny was super nice and helpful in explaining what was going on with our septic pipes. We were previously quoted a VERY high price for relining our septic pipes because we were told by a very well known company (I will not name them but they are well known for plumbing) that our pipes were basically done and needed a whole new reline job. Danny was so sweet and even showed me the camera feed of what the pipes looked like and explained his reasoning for doing a hydro cleaning instead! We were quoted literally 1/2 the price of the relining and he explained every step of the process. Very friendly and professional as well!

We had a clog that was backing up or tub in the sewage line. Not only did Daniel show up quick but he didn’t stop until he knew for sure the clog was gone. I’d say he definitely went above and beyond to complete his scope of work. I would recommend anyone having plumbing issues to call them first.

My A/C would not turn on, in the middle of August in FL....pretty scary. I contacted Integrity & they scheduled an appointment the same day. Tech Cesar was actually an hour early, perfect for me. He replaced a breaker in my electric box panel & within an hour & 15 minutes my A/C was on again. My experience was perfect & the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services

Have used Integrity for years for our plumbing and AC. This most recent time, I tried to put off the toilet repairs & used every trick in the book to DIY the constant clog. I thought I had it but had them take a look since they were fixing the toilet downstairs too (old valves). Thank goodness I had an actual professional look at it because they found a large pipe cleaner really down in there and only a snake was going to get it. The peace of mind to have toilets that work!! The best part: they came the same day I called. Now that's great service!!!

UPDATE: A customer service Rep followed up with me after leaving my review and reconciled my concern with the price. I appreciate your team following up and getting to a fair solution! ORIGINAL: Got over charged for a service the technician should have caught at the initial walk through. After checking my electrical panel on the initial walk through, the technician told me he needed to “run a level 1 diagnostic” because he couldn’t figure out the issue. He said the cost of this would be $350. I questioned this price (aloud to the tech), and I mentioned it seemed like the fix should be a simple one, but he made it seem like he was going to be crawling under the house to “run the diagnostic” so I went ahead and agreed to pay… Within 5 minutes of signing off on the charge and paying for a full diagnostic, he had “found the problem at the electrical panel” – “a problem he didn’t see when he had initially checked” AND had completed the repair. A breaker replacement that should normally only cost a hundred bucks. Either this company’s pay scales are whack, or I got played by my technician. Which isn’t a comfortable position to be in as a single woman homeowner. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the tech was very polite, and arrived ahead of schedule. I’m just not sure that I’ll use them again, as I feel I was very over charged.

This was a first time consultation regarding the installation of new dishwasher with snaking and replacing toilet… Finally fixing link in master shower. The technician was exemplary.. Water Heater replaced toilet unclogged, and some faucets installed. We are even thinking of having them do our water softening system.

We are tenants and it was just a quote but they were still remarkably timely with scheduling (next business day). Replacing a septic drain field is no small job. Danny was very prompt and informative. He even came up with some alternative solutions we can propose to our landlord to save thousands and possibly resolve our issue faster. Update: The company got in touch with me and apologized for the service I received as well as beginning the process of refunding me. That was very appreciated and professional. Original post: Yesterday I scheduled an appointment after hours to which I was obligated to pay $129 as opposed to the $49 service rate they have. The fellow that came out told me that he was unable to do any cleaning because it was the middle of the night and would have to come out during the day today to do the job. I immediately started thinking, why would they send anyone out in the middle of the night for an increased rate to do a job that they can't do at this hour? He tells me that he will set up the appointment for him to come back out and that I will be hearing from the company today. Sure enough I heard from them today about setting up an appointment, not tomorrow Saturday, for THE FOLLOWING Saturday because he didn't tell dispatch anything he told me, then I found out that if the AC wasn't working after he left last night, he was supposed to come back and fix it. We live in FLORIDA, dude!! Going without AC in the summertime is miserable. I'm not saying that every service person at this company is going to screw you, I just suggest finding one of the many, many other companies in the area to do the job.

Guy on the phone and the technician were both very nice. Quoted $12,000 for the cheapest replacement for a 5 ton unit and was told it would be a simple job. Was told the estimate was free to come out but was charged for an emergency call. Definitely over priced! Edit: company has refunded the emergency call.

The tech was amazing! No complains about him but I will not recommend this company at all! They quoted me for 12k and ended es changing me $19900. After installation my AC had mod and humidity spots all around it. They wanted to make a bigger opening in my walk for another filter because the unit needs more air. Why was this not explained to me when I signed my contract? I would never trust this company again

Michael came to our aid when our AC went out and we needed fresh cool air conditioning as my wife and I were in Quarantine for COVID. My breaker kept tripping on the same day every time the microwave was used. Ultimately, I called Integrity Home Solutions as I was worried that there might be a bigger problem. I did notice that our microwave was not working when I connected it to a functional outlet but still wanted to ensure that there was no significant electrical issue. I was a frontline outpatient physician until there was an unexpected death in my family last year,….so I did not want any added concerns for the wellbeing of my children/ family. JORGE M. of Integrity Home Solutions came out to investigate a report which which my insurance company, Statefarm claimed that there was something wrong underneath the kitchen sink and the half bath sink. As expected nothing was wrong and Jorge said there is nothing to fix. The inspector that the insurance company hired thought the paint over spray on the pipes was damage!!! I am a 28 year real estate broker and property manager. I am very familiar with repairs that need to be made. The inspector told me before he left the place was perfect but when I got to report there was these 2 issues and they would not renew my insurance policy until they were fixed. Integrity Homes kept touch with me, showed up on time and to my surprise endorsed my suspicions that nothing needed to be done which some plumbers out there would take advantage of the situation. The problem was the bathroom light went out after an attic inspection by an A/C serviceman. Nothing else was affected. He did a fantastic job at tracking down the problem. It took a long time as the problem was not common. It was due to a nail between overlapping trusses impaling the electric wire which runs thru the area. When one steps on the upper truss, the nail protruding from it was pushed into the wire and shorted the system. The short melted the wire, left a burnt mark on the wooden truss, but did not start a fire. Thanks God. This was despite the fact that the circuit breaker didn’t trip! He was that patient and determined. And we thank God and him. Thanks for sending him. He is an asset to your company!

They also came back the next two days to continue working until the job was done. I want to thank them for their professional and timely service. Then I sprung a leak underneath my kitchen. I decided to go with the whole house repipe since the house is getting older and I wanted to avoid future issues. They came out and did a full house repipe and were very professional the entire time. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with the kitchen trench that they had to dig to get to the island. Each time the inspector came out, there were new issues. While it was frustrating that it took multiple attempts, I was grateful that Integrity stuck with the project and saw it through to completion. There was an additional issue with the floor repair after the trench was dug. While other companies would have run away from the problem, once again Integrity stayed and worked to fix the situation. Well it's only been a couple hours since new AC system put in, so i'm happy now and as long as it keeps working, It could have been a little cheaper. SO first, sales guy (also technician) was good, took his time to explain any question i asked, wasn't pushy, i normally wouldn't have committed, but then he started mentioning 90 days same as cash, 180 days same as cash, so he called his manager, who cut some costs, +$500 rebate for military, first responders. So, i said, 180 days, same as cash or 0% interest, i'm good with that. and it would be installed the next day or today, the company, KRON WEST, that was my previous repair techs and who killed my old unit, first charged me $800 for a new motor, which didn't fix the issue, then that motor went wild and busted up the rest of the unit. so great! now they can put in a new unit. with their fast talking, sweaty, dirty shirt wearing, non answering questions sales person, who needed a yes answer so he could order equipment and I'd still be sweating, IHS, installed it the next day. and now I'm not sweating, the temp is higher than i usually set it, yet i feel good, the humidity is at 49%, which is about perfect, 40-60%. So I'm happy. Compared to my old CO. KRON WEST, that i've done business with for years and they send a different tech each time and think going into the garage will help them fix a unit not in garage and they dismantle a dog fence so they can save themselves walking an extra 10 feet, so that i see my dog playing in the street, that company thinks i'm still going to pay them $800 for a repair that ended up costing me $8 thousand, they've got another thing coming. So i'm gonna keep their $800 part that tore up the rest of my unit and lasted for 2 days. and now don't respond to me, ok, i hope your lawyer cost less than $800.

What a fantastic experience with Antonio, Matthew and the customer service supervisor! When I first called I asked the rep if you all give free estimates, she said yes, so I said great I need an electrical and HVAC. You can imagine my upset surprise that when the HVAC tech was done he asked me for 50 which was totally unexpected. I immediately called to speak with the manager. My question was how can you have "integrity" in your business name, but not tell me all the details up front that there's a service call fee if you don't have work done AFTER I just asked if it was free? In one of the most fantastic responses I've ever heard from a manager, after she listened to my initial phone call with the rep, she said not only would she credit me back the $50, but my 2nd electrical service call I had scheduled would be free! I was surprised and so grateful for the generosity!! I can say that the person who came for the HVAC call was not as friendly as Antonio and Matthe who came for the electrical call. They were both professional, fully listened to my concerns and quickly fixed my light switch for a reasonable price. They left me feeling stress free, not still stressed about my light problems. Finally, a company that believes in true customer service and doesn't nickel and dime, especially when eggs are $7. I will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs!!

The leak had caused quite a bit of damage. He was able to refer me to a water mitigation company and he even stayed until they arrived to help me walk them through the issue. The night that I called Integrity, a pair of kitchen outlets and the dishwasher wouldn't work. I checked the electrical box, noticed one switch out of place and when I tried to reset it, it wouldn't reset. I tried it several times and to no avail. The morning came and I tried again and again about an hour before their repairman Billy Nathan arrived, still to no avail. I was waiting in the garage for him to arrive and tried it one more time. To my surprise, it reset and everything was fine again. Then he pulled up. He was as polite as could be and was happy that it corrected itself. There are three 3-year-old Amana units in my house, they did all routine maintenance for those units for last 2 years. Last year, they recommended UV light upgrade, which costs more than 2000 per system, we bought two, together with duct cleaning service, $7800 in total. My nightmare started in Apr this year, our downstair unit stop working. 04/29/22, we were told the problem was the outdoor unit control board, since we still have manufacture warranty, they charged above $800 for labor to replace the control board. 05/04/22: another technician came and replaced the control board, however the system still didn’t work, he said there was a coolant leakage, the evaporator need to be replaced, they charged $2125 for labor to replace the evaporator. 05/18/22: the evaporator was replaced. However, 24 hours later, an error message showed up on the thermometer, this time it took almost a month for them to come back to fix the issue. 06/13/22: a third technician came, rewired the board, the error message disappeared. However, three weeks later, the system stopped working again. 07/11/22: the third technician came back, said it’s an outdoor unit sensor error and the sensor need to be replaced. 07/18/22: the outdoor sensors had been replaced by the fourth technician, the system still didn’t work, then he said the control board (which was just replaced 05/04) was damaged, he also suggested to add surge protector, because that’s the reason my newly installed board been damaged, we were charged $2221 to install a new board and 2 surge protectors. 08/02/22: the new board and surge protectors had been installed. Less than 24 hours later, the unit stopped working again. 08/05/22: the technician came back, we were told that "there was excessive refrigerant." The unit started running, However it's NOT cooling. It’s exactly the same problem we had in Apr. 08/08/22: Today is the 9th visit from Integrity Home Solutions, the technician told us that the invert system is too complicated to be repaired 08/10/22: Sam, a senior technician came to my house, we were impressed by his professionalism, knowledgeable and detail oriented. He looked into the issues very carefully. After 2 hours, the three month problem had been fixed. Their manager Danny also came on site, answered all our questions. We changed our rating due to their dedication to solve the issues and excellent experience with Sam.

Update 9/21/2022: Yesterday we had a weird occurrence happening that we could not troubleshoot ourselves. Jason came this morning and was not only punctual but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly doubt I see myself ever writing anything other than a stellar review for this company! Thank you, Jason! We had our AC unit fail yesterday afternoon, after multiple calls to referred companies, we still have yet to receive a call back from any of them. We suffered through my daughter's graduation party with a house full of miserable people. This morning I made the call to Integrity, and that's the word I would say best exemplified the entire experience. I had a representative tell me the soonest they could be out for just a repair (or whatever was to come from the diagnostic visit) would be between 6PM-10PM. Once I explained we have a three and four year old, the gentleman put me on hold and moved some schedules around. I wish I caught his name, he was a pleasure to speak with. After being then quoted 2PM-6PM, a representative called and let us know that Austin was on his way early. SCORE! After checking everything, he advised us that a new unit would be the best option for us, since we plan on this being a forever home and our current unit was described as, in different context, "pieced together" and wouldn't last a $5,000-$6,000 repair for long. Fast forward, we sat with Austin and he was nothing but honest with us and made us feel very confident in our choice to update the system. No gimmicks, no high pressure. Then! He made a call and was able to schedule an entire unit replacement (outside unit and inside handler) to be installed today. Same frickin day! And it was already 2PM! Sergio and Maiquel just left here. They were prompt, treated the house with respect and were extremely cordial and professional. They even brought a little portable AC unit for my husband to continue to keep working in his office whilst I escaped with the kiddos. I can't be more thankfull that our family can now live comfortably again, it's crazy how much we take these things for granted, but I don't think I ever will again. Thank you, Integrity! System is 13 years old, not too much you can do with it, pans rusting through, unit freezing up. Very honest, I would recommend Blake to anyone needing AC help. Did not try to sell me new system, I asked for a quote which he provided.

I called Integrity Plumbing about my clogged toilet (which had backed up into the shower - yuck!) this past Monday afternoon, and they sent Danny out to my house by 6:30 PM that night (talk about responsive). Danny was amazing - friendly, professional, competent - and he even loves cats (big plus). :) Danny gave me a reasonable price, and he spent two hours working, until the problem was fixed. He first tried to unclog the line from the roof, but he ended up having to remove the toilet and clear the blockage from there. Danny even cleaned up the mess resulting from the blockage with his shop vac. I couldn't recommend this company - and especially Danny - more highly.

The first Integrity Home Solutions (IHS) technician was ok, but did not provide pics of damage and charged too much for the service provided. Gave online feedback and also called IHS manager and he offered to send a new technician and a rebate. Messiah Bey showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. He has EXCELLENT trouble shooting techniques, and offered an option that saved me from needing a new (much more expensive) dedicated circuit. He had to work extra hard (multiple trips to a brutally hot attic among other challenging tasks) to do the work-around and I am actually proud to say that I believe he is a stellar resource. Consummate professional!

Phil performed an excellent job. Very professional & thorough. Evaporator coil for air handler had no leaks. Upon further diagnosis, a dye testing inside the Compressor, after removal of fan as per photos taken a crack in the copper gas line was found & welded . This leak in the Freon high pressure line was not found in Phi’s last call back repair visit when he replaced the damaged evaporator coil this is a new crack ! Therefore there is an additional charge of $ 1,300 . for labor & some discounts , and Customer considerations made . Phil made sure the welding extended around the copper to secure from further cracking.
