My house was hot when I got home after work. I called Fairway Heating and Cooling and explained my issues with my thermostat and within 30 minutes Caden my AC guy showed up. Mind you this was after hours. Fairway never fails me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went over everything with me step by step and answered all of my questions. Please trust my review when I tell you these guys are great trust me. All of the guys that have come to my home over the years have been great. Mike showed up within time window, examined the house and the unit and explained maintenance options thoroughly. After checking the unit some major cleaning needed to be done and he explained 2 types of maintenance; clean the air coming into the house or cleaning the unit. We opted to clean the air coming in first. The return visit was done in 2-3 days the work completed with Mike explaining everything going in so i could understand it. I definitely recommend Fairway as a resource to get the skinny on how to maintain an AC unit in our FL environment

John Wieland I have been using Fairway for a number of years. The reason is that they respond quickly to my calls for service on a timely basis. The technician, Caden Jackson, who just conducted the repair today, called prior to arriving and called me once he identified the problem. He explained in detail what has to be done in detail. Best service we have had ever. Stay with the best and call Fairway. John W. Tamara: My husband was not at home when Mr. Jackson arrived. He was very professional and showed me what had to be done. He even took me outside and showed me what he had to do. He was very respective and even showed me pictures of his family. He made me feel that he knew what he was doing and I could trust him. Tuesday we came home from work to a hot house, but with the air system running. I was frantic to find a company to come out that evening to repair my a/c. UGH! What is worse than a broken a/c in mid-July!!! Not only was my a/c system fixed that very night, but the repair technician provided us with above and beyond great service. Caden Jackson called us at 8PM ( our service call was for 6PM-8PM) to advise he was finishing up a job and to expect another phone call when he finished the job. Promptly at 9PM Caden called again to say he was 30 minutes away,..... Once he got here, looked over the unit and found out what happened it took about 10 -15 minutes to fix it. Very quick!! I was happy!! Apparently a lizard landed on the capacitor and caused problem. Caden installed a new capacitor and our home was on it's way to being cool again. I am so thankful for Caden Jackson and Fairway Heating and Cooling for doing whatever it took to get the job done. Thank you so very much.

I purchased my new A/C system from Fairway back in June. Considering it was summer and I needed a new system right away, I felt they provided me a reasonable price and quick installation. I was happy with the work they performed, as well. Here in March 2022, my A/C and the fan suddenly stopped working. I came home at 7pm to a home at 84F. Thankfully, they took my call that evening and scheduled service for the the following day. Jesus arrived a few minutes early, and he did a great job not only discovering the cause of the problem, but also with performing some additional maintenance and improvements. The issue was caused by lack of proper water condensation drainage, due to something outside my home at the drainpipe outlet. Jesus spent a good 45 minutes performing other services which were no additional charge. The total service call charge was quite minimal. Before Jesus arrived, I was thinking, "Why am I having this problem already?" After he left, I realized this issue was completely independent of the A/C equipment or their labor, but he resolved it and performed additional services at no charge. Therefore, I recommend Fairway and especially Jesus.

On one of the hottest August evenings, our air conditioner stopped working. I never thought I would be able get someone out right away but I called Fairway Heating and Cooling Co. and they sent Joel out. He diagnosed the problem right away and promised he would stay until it was all fixed. What a blessing he was! I would recommend him to anyone .

Sales person Caden was so very easy to work with. Refreshing to see that a person gets treated like a person and not a dollar sign. He saw what I had to deal with and bent over back wards to make it happen. The install crew were very pefessional in what they did. We had a major problem with the supply lines and they took care of every thing to make it better than right. When they left, I felt so confident that it was done right, I told my boss about them. Ok, Where do I start? I guess I will start with the failure of my old A/C System. The system broke down and I got myself three estimates and I finally went with Fairway Heating & Cooling. Jaydi came over to my home and we went over everything that the company was going to in detail. Then the next day Osei came over, I called him the demo man and he did a phenomenal job tearing the old system down and putting the new system in. I mean the work was professionally done within a days time. Osei was very careful about everything he did here at my home and I was very happy upon his departure. After my 20 year old A/C system bit the dust, and i could not get American Home shield to replace the unit, it was time to upgrade. i went on line and had 8 contractors show up at my home that evening, selling me on why i should have them replace my system. Of the 8, 4 just took pictures and left saying they would send me a quote on the service i requested. Of the remaining Sales reps only 2 of them went a little deeper trying to understand my needs. that was Tank A/C and Fairway Heating & Cooling. At this point it came down to Price, and Chris at Fairway by far had the better deal. Not only was the price right, but the service from the installers (Fritz & Kendrick ) exceeded my expectations. they did what they said they were going to do, and more. that you don't see too often. Guillermo made it his mission to get me cold air as quickly as possible, and handled all his work efficiently, thoroughly, professionally, as if he was working on his own mother's house. I cannot say enough good about Vidal and his company, Fairway. I found him on Home Advisor and he called me right away. I asked him to quote removing old ductwork and replacing all of it along with returns and vents in a home I was getting ready for sale. He gave me a very reasonable quote then had his team in the house the very next day to start the demo. The two men he had working on the house were very professional and did the job in record time. I was trying to manage this from Colorado with the help of my realtor in FL and Vidal could have totally taken advantage of me. Instead, he assured me "he had this" and would take good care of me. He did just that and more. In a time when it is so very hard to find anyone to do the work to begin with it was such a blessing that I found Vidal and his company through Home Advisor and he was able to get this work done for me as quickly and efficiently as he did. My unit got hit by lightning and they came out quick. Oscar came out and did prelim found the damage. He was very professional and very patient explaining things. Johnny and his partner did the install. They went above and beyond to help me out when I had situation with homeowner's insurance. They helped get the info needed. Very impressed. Love this Company! Top notch technical support, office staff and a/c technicians. Fairway replaced my a/c and duct work. This process took about three days and I never felt uneasy about having them in my home, they answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. Each time I called the office I was met with a friendly voice on the other end and a willingness to help. This goes a long way in today's market. My unit was inspected and the inspector even stated that they did everything correct to code to include marking the fuse box (had to be written in yellow), to which a lot of companies normally do not do this. He was extremely impressed with their workmanship. This gave me a sense of great relief in knowing that I had gotten the right company for the job and with a great price to go along with it. Fairway Heating and Cooling is the best A/C company by far. I received a quote for a new A/C unit from a different company and the quote was outrageous. I asked them questions about the unit and some things he couldn't answer and said he would find out and let me know. I heard about Fairway and I am so happy I called them. The office staff were just incredible! My technician's name was Vidal Ramos and he was very knowledgeable about the A/C system and what I needed to make sure it lasted for years to come. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and walked me through everything he was doing and checking for. And the quote was very fair. In need of a new AC Vidal stepped up to the plate. I shopped around for the last month for a better deal. Fairway and Vidal couldn't be beat. They couldn't be beat, from their attitude, their thoroughness, their honesty and their great customer service experience. They're always there when you need them. In my search for a new AC i ended up with many other AC companies that either didn't care, or just would down right lie to me. This was one of the first companies I went to in my search. For 3 weeks Vidal would either call me, or text me and check to see how I was doing. His level of professionalism, and commitment to help was bar none better than any others I dealt with out there. Now I'm sitting in 72 degree AC thanks to his team at Fairway! Thanks! .

Fairway Heating and Cooling came to my rescue! Well, actually Vidal rescued me from my 92 degree condo, and turned it into a 72 degree condo :-) I had given up having any company come out due to it being a weekend. Everyone I called wanted to add on extra prices for an "Emergency Call". This wasn't an emergency, I just wanted my air fixed. Apparently you can only be cool on weekdays unless you are rich! Fairway actually answered the phone, not a machine, not an office, but an actual technician who was in the field working, which was Angel. I expected some huge price increase, maybe next day service etc, but that wasn't the case. In a few hours there was a knock at my door and it was Vidal with a smile and a handshake, who really was my answer to prayer. He explained and showed me the issues on the inside unit and climbed on the roof (condo) and explained and took pictures and videos so I could see what he was talking about. What company does that? None that I had every heard of. Usually a company sends out a salesman who can't do the work right now, and then up sells some big crazy unit. My air was fixed fast, my condo cold, personable handsome technician Vidal left with a smile, and that is why I am a happy happy customer!!

He did a very complete servicing, pointing out ways that I can help the system perform optimally. I chose this company to install a new a/c unit and water heater in 2016. I’ve had nothing but excellent service from them since. Most recently, my drain pipe became clogged. They sent Oscar out and he went above and beyond! Not only did he fix the issue, he also taught me how to prevent future clogs and did a service check on my a/c for free while he was here. In addition, I was installing a new kitchen faucet when he arrived and he offered to dispose of my old funky faucet on his way out. Every person I’ve dealt with at this company has offered outstanding customer service. Oscar deserves 10 stars instead of 5!!!!

Called Fairway for a third opinion on a new A/C, they came in well below the other two companies. The man I dealt with, Vidal, told me to hold him accountable for anything and to call anytime and as many times in case I had questions or I didn't feel like something was done correctly. Carmon from Fairway cooling and heating called us after we requested quotes from various companies on the internet. She told us she would match or beat anyone else and I'm glad I took her up on it. Mike came out shortly after that and gave me a great price including a military discount, on a 4 ton variable speed 14 sear Trane unit, which is known to be the best or at the top of the line for A/C's. Mike spent a lot of time with me explaining the pro's and cons of all the different units available. The following Monday morning Fitzgerald and his younger brother Kendrick, came out and installed my unit, at first I thought them to be a little off standish, polite, quiet and aloof, but let me tell you they didn't stop all day and worked meticulously until the entire job was done right and complete. Jesus one of the owners, came out that Wednesday, he was very informative, professional and polite. Jesus inspected everything with sensitive equipment even measuring temps, outflow and duct-work. Friday Josh and Jarrett came out to install a newer whip, which wasn't required but looked better and placed the permits into the window for the inspectors to view. I am more than satisfied with this very competent company that work's very well as a team, and highly recommend Fairway Heating and Cooling to anyone considering a replacement unit or just servicing your old one. I am just going to add that we had four other quotes from well established companies such as Fairway, even three more from smaller single owner companies that were lower quotes but with less efficient and cheaper quality units.

I've been living in this home for twenty five years, and not one company out of the 14 or 15 companies ever checked my ventilation system The office always was hot and so was the kids room, which my kids are now grown, every other company tried to sell me a new unit, the main part of the house was always cold, so I knew that the air conditioning unit was working correctly, or working good enough for me to realize that the unit was not in need to get changed out. I have never truly been happy with an HVAC company here in Florida after dealing with 10+ different companies. That is until I found Fairway. I called the Thursday or Friday before Christmas to have someone come out and give a quote on a new A/C system install. Vidal came out the same day, arrived on time, even though it was after normal working hours for him, he said it was fine and wanted to come out. First, Vidal is extremely professional while being being humble and charismatic, the exact person you want to make a good first and lasting impression for your company. Second, he was very thorough in explaining what he was checking while in the attic looking at the unit being retired. Third, while going over the replacement models, he was again, very thorough in explaining in what we would be getting with this new unit (even drawing a diagram out for me which was not needed but much appreciated, he has excellent sketching skills!) The quote provided by Vidal was about $6000 less than the other new unit quotes I received from other companies, which right now, is a huge incentive to choose Fairway. Plus the guarantees and warranties provided by Fairway and the manufacturer are great as well. The install happened the Tuesday after Christmas, so a 3 or 4 day turnaround from when we signed the contract to when the job was completed. That was incredible to me. I've had HVAC repair jobs takes TWO WEEKS to be completed and Fairway had my old unit removed and the new one install the same day. The installers were fantastic as well. They were extremely neat and tidy, not loud (the AC unit is in my bedroom where I work from home at) which was much appreciated, and they answered every question I had that I forgot to ask Vidal when he was providing the quote. After the install, Jorge came out to inspect the work done as well, something else that was also appreciated. Jorge was also professional, wearing booties as it had been raining, answered more questions (I have had a lot of HVAC issues so I have a lot of questions!) There were two minor things that needed to be addressed and of course Fairway had someone out right away to fix, but this in no way dampens my view of Fairway in the slightest. The same guys who did the install were the ones who made the fix and they were here less than an hour, something else that also impressed me. Of course, the installation passed County inspection. And finally, although I did not personally deal with the dispatchers or customer service reps that often, I am told they were great as well, extremely professional and communicated exceptionally when someone was on their way or scheduled to come out. I still feel like I am in a fever dream after having dealt with so many other shoddy HVAC companies in Tampa. Fairway has been my ray of sunshine in a sky full of dark HVAC clouds and I am so glad that I called them. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I dealt with from start to end has been exceptional! OH AND THEY ARE **LOCAL** AND NOT SOME MULTINATIONAL CONGLOMERATE COMPANY WHO JUST WANTS TO UPSELL YOU ON A SERVICE PLAN! Something else that I very much appreciate.
