I highly recommend Cool Aid AC. They were incredibly professional and responded very quickly. They even recommended different options and fixes that I could perform myself before they performed any service to allow me to save a ton of money. After being swindled by a different AC company prior to Cool Aid, it is refreshing to know that there are still honest companies out there! Don't hesitate to call them!

Monday evening I came home from a meeting and found out our A/C had stopped working. The message on our stat read high amps. I texted Chris White and asked if it would be possible to have someone come over the next day, Tuesday or Wednesday. He responded within an hour and said someone would be there Tuesday. The guys came in about 9, finding the condenser fan motor had died. They picked up a new motor and had it installed within 3-4 hours. Living in Florida at this time of year, that's huge! Thank you so much Chris and your guys!

I was recently having AC issues and had a company come out and tell me it was the compressor. They explained good news its under manufacture warranty but will cost $600 in labor to replace. I decided to have Cool Aid AC come out based on recommendations and I was not disappointed. Chris was amazing. Best part is, it was not the compressor. Cool Aid and their team actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue and saved me a lot of money. The other company would have replaced the compressor but I would have still had the same issue and they would have charged me for both even though there was no real issue with the compressor. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Excellent service. These guys are fair and honest. I called and reported an issue with my AC unit. Based on my description they were able to accurately diagnos my problem over the phone as a bad capacitor. The repairman confirmed that when he arrived by testing it right in front of me so I could see for myself. He fixed the issue, and only the issue. No high pressure up sales. I'm so pleased, they have become my go to company for HVAC issues. No reason to call anyone else.

As a Realtor it's super important for me to have relationships with trades that I can rely on to be professional, courteous, responsive, well-priced, and thorough. And because of that, Cool Aid A/C is my go-to HVAC company. I can call Chris whenever I'm with a client who has questions or send him out to do an inspection on a unit for my client and I know that he is going to give us the right advice and quote us the right price. There are so many bogus HVAC companies out there (it's been my displeasure to have to work with several) and it is a night and day difference when working with Chris and his team at Cool Aid A/C. He must absolutely be your first call if you ever need anything in the heating or cooling realm, and if he's not your first then he should definitely be your second (and then you'll regret that you wasted time calling the first company because you're going to end up using Chris and Cool Aid AC). Now for my PERSONAL experience with him: recently without warning my AC unit started kicking on and off at an alarming rate. My Nest alerted me to it and said we could risk killing the whole system if we didn't get it taken care of. My husband tried a couple of fixes but couldn't figure out what was going on. So I called Chris and he was able to fit me in next day (because we had to turn our system completely off or else risking the whole thing frying with the constant cycling of power). His team fixed the issue super quickly and did a full clean and tune on my system while they were there. The price was super reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me which I appreciate A LOT because that's what most of the HVAC companies in Tampa try to do... It was a relatively easy fix but not something we would have known about by ourselves or could have fixed ourselves, so I am thankful we had Chris's great team to help us.
