Let’s start off by saying that the owner of this business is a straight up and stands behind his work ! Thank you Cody for arriving at the time you said you would and also for working with me and my family to make sure that their house is very comfortable and the air quality is clean ! If you have any issues with any of the installation or the products that are used by Air Pro let me say Cody is the man ! Also we have two houses and Cody has installed the air conditioning units in both houses ! I like it cold and let me tell you if your a snow bird and you miss the snow set your thermostat to what ever temperature you want it at and yes you can literally feel the cold air and as I joke you could make snow ! When a problem did arrive by one of the manufacturers parts and I called Cody he was there instantly and assured us he would make sure it was addressed quickly and properly and he has KEPT HIS WORD ! Thank you Cody we will use no one else but your company for our air quality needs ! I rate this company five stars because they are on our side !

Our family was in the market for a new HVAC system. Kody from Air Pro's contacted us shortly after filling out a HomeAdvisor request. Came out later that day to give a honest quote with four options and great equipment. Air Pros was one of four vendor quotes we got as well, and it was a competitive apples to apples comparison on two stage units. Kody was responsive and knowledgeable with any questions we had during our initial research and ultimately scheduling. Installation crew (Travis & crew) was very knowledgeable and professional. They did a clean installation, and we're happy with the end product. Air Pros is now our HVAC contractor.

I initially went to another company and after multiple visits with the company having to come over roughly once a month to fix their own shoddy work they decided they wanted to charge me another $1400 to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced so I sought out a second opinion. Air Pros was able to prove to me what the actual problem was and was able to fix it for half the price. The technician I worked with Justin was professional, friendly, and straightforward. He was able to provide evidence of what needed done, what was being done to fix it, and evidence that the problem had been fixed, every step of the way. When a problem that wasn't necessarily their fault happened very shortly after they quite honorably came out to repair it again at no extra charge. Coming at 6PM on a Sunday the same day the problem popped up in order to accommodate my own work schedule. AC works spectacularly now.

Honest reliable no matter the issue no matter the day they will show up and provide you with the help you need. We have had no other issues system runs great routine check ups and if something does go wrong they come by check it out and get your system working again. I have not had the pleasure of working with a more Honest and Reliable Company as Air Pros have been with us. I have used Air Pros for several houses and every time I feel I received great service for a fair price. I have some rental property and have no concern asking my tenants to work directly with Kody, the owner. I know the work will be done well and quickly, which is important to me for my tenants. One time he was called to one of my properties and discovered the tenant had incorrectly set the thermostat. He fixed the problem and didn't charge me. Now that is the kind of business I am very happy to partner with.

Mark at Air Pro was very prompt, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and he immediately knew what the problem was and had it corrected very quickly. He even offered to come out after I got off of work which was after 6:30 pm (without charging extra) so I would not have to leave work early which I greatly appreciated since I had just left early a few days prior for an ac company that didn't even show up. I recently had my A/C system removed and replaced. The Air Pros team of Kody, Travis and Javis did an exception job. From start to finish everything was done on time and as quoted. The work was done beautifully, from the custom return box to the neat and tight running of the wires and piping. Quality work at an affordable price. I also want to mention the unheard of 10 year labor warranty and 3 years free maintenance that Air Pros gives. A company that is willing to stand behind their work must have confidence in the job they do. I would recommend Air Pros to anyone. A Great Team.

Great experience! They tried to repair our 15 yr old unit which bought us a few more days. They came out gave a quote on 3-4 different efficiencies. We went with the 19 seer unit with wireless control. RUUD, they tore out and installed new HVAC same day. I am particular but they cleaned up when they were done and did a great job leaving my home clean. It took them all of 6 hours to complete the job. We will be using them again for our second unit in the next 6 months. I should also mention they have 0% financing which we took advantage of so our monthly payment is 100 bucks, very affordable.

Update: Kody and the rest of the Air Pros team have delivered again. My system was down after an electrical issue caused by a wicked storm and they came by quickly to get it up and running. Great service, all around. Original review: Excellent customer service and quality installation. Definitely recommended. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Air Pros came out same day (within 3 hours) when our AC went out; the entire system needed to be rehauled so they had everything replaced and working in less than 3 business days. Kody initially came out and inspected the old unit and gave us quotes, Travis and Danny came for the install. The duo had their work cut out for them and spent 12 hours knocking out drywall, hauling off the old unit, installing the new system, and getting it up and running all in a day - no easy feat. We were in search of new system as our existing unit was working but it was a time to changes it. Our unit could go out any time or days but more likely every times we had Air issues it happened either Friday pm or Saturday. We had few estimates from different HVAC Contractors and Air Pro estimate was in the middle. The only reason we went with Air Pro was the good rating on internet. We are so glad that we spent the few extra hundreds to get nothing but the A+++ svs /installers team from Francisco and his partner. They are very methodical and detail in their work along with good 8 hrs of Spanish dance music. They have passion for their work and it shows it too. Mr. Kody is one the owner that has a full understanding of the best way to attract customer (shot and long terms) is to provide an exceptional service . These guys are going to be successful and hopping as they grow bigger they only enhance their quality of their work and customer service. So my A/C went out on a Thursday night, these guys came first thing Friday morning. Kody came in and showed me how much mold I had in my system and found out where my leak was coming from. After doing some research I ended up having to replace my A/C because it just wasn't worth it replacing just the evaporator coil. But not only did they replace my A/C but they let me pick out the thermostat that I wanted even though it was their first time ever doing that. Francisco and Abbie were my installers and they took out the old unit and handler without leaving any trace there were there. Bill installed the thermostat with no problems. I'm extremely thankful for all of them. From one small business owner to another, Kody and Bill are doing an excellent job. My A/C runs at 77 now but it feels like 73. Can't wait to see how much money I'm going to save on my electric next month. Thank you again gents.

Kody and his installation team Travis and Justin are the best. Kody wrote an honest estimate to replace my Trane Heat Pump and air handler, and beat the price of the other 4 estimates I had. Travis and Justin arrived on time and didn't stop until the install was complete, even though we were having inclement weather. All were knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to have around. Wonderful all the way around. From customer service to punctuality, to little booties on their shoes, no matter how many times they came in and out of the house. They promised the replacement to be done on a certain date, and they did it - finished at midnight, but completed on date specified!! Bravo. A little expensive for my tastes, though I did not shop around. I imagine the final cost was within range. In any event, service, cleanliness, courtesy and cooperation were well worth it.
