I had Jordan come in today and do a UV light install and to sanitize my air-ducts due to mildew buildup. This guy was the nicest and most professional technician I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He did a great job inspecting and told me my options, install done on the same day for a good price.

Will did an assessment of my AC which was not working. While he could not repair it and had to order parts, he was clear on his explanation and walking me through what was wrong with my AC. Answered questions, provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. While it is not the news I wanted to hear, it does help when the person is qualified and helps you understand what has happened. Next step will be the service call to install the parts. Thank you!

We are very happy about the service JAY gave us. He was here ahead of time, had a nice personality, explained our new unit and made sure the vents were adjusted so we could run the AC more efficiently. He was very clear explaining how the cold air should travel and how everything should be adjusted, which he did. We were totally impressed by his service. Will our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our ac back up and running and helped explain what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently. Sarah in scheduling was very responsive and professional and did her best to keep the cost as low as possible while making sure we would get the needed repairs. I entered into a maintenance contract on both units and look forward to routine maintenance calls instead of breakdowns from here on out 😊
