Kadie SchramekThe air wasn't working in my office building and Walter came out right away. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. It was an electrical issue with Duke Energy. He waited until Duke Energy came out and fixed the issue. He then made sure the AC units came back on and were working properly. He was very nice, professional and easy to work with. He got us cooled off as quick as he could. Thank you Walter!
