My property was recently flooded. AC, Furnace, water heaters all were drowned in over 6ft of water. Brett came out to give me a quote and checked different options other HVAC companies did not even attempt to do. He was also the only one that pointed out an issue of grounding on gas pipes. Very meticulous work! The price was very affordable, I got lot of help with their financing, I was on the schedule quickly, he even offered some ACs in mean time while the AC was out. Dunn installed our all electric HVAC (heat pump) July of 2019 and it has performed flawlessly. Our electric bill went from $3-400 a month to $130-170. We have the spring and fall maintenance performed by Robert and he is very customer service oriented and professional. We highly recommend Dunn for your heating and cooling needs!

Mr.Farrell was fantastic!! Not only did he perform the heating check, installed the new thermostat, but he also confirmed that our humidifier hasn't worked since installation. He said that a part was needed, put in an order for it, and Informed me that a schedule date is forthcoming. He would have checked to see if the cooling system was connected to the thermostat but with an ambient temperature of 58 degrees, it wouldn't start. KUDOS!!!!

One Hour Heating & Air exceeded my expectations. We recently had one of our AC units go out and needed to be replaced. Brett was thorough in showing me my options and was able to fit me in the following week to get us up and running. We ended up not only replacing one the AC unit, but replaced both systems including furnaces in our house. since they were both over 20 years old. I went with Trane/RunTru units and is something I'd highly recommend people researching before going with any other brand. We could've save a little and went with a lesser cost brand, but you may end up gambling on future service/reliability issues. I could not be happier with my choice and highly recommend them to anyone needing any services to their HVAC done.

Thought the unit needed repaired, turns out it just needed maintenance! Our filter and coils were very dirty, could have overheated the unit! Ferrell was very thorough and completely took care of several issues I had with my A/C system. He gave me advice on Air Filter selection, in that Honeywell makes unique filter outline that fits better in my filter compartment. He also advised (I asked) about annual maintenance that I can get two service calls for $198 one for Heating system and one for Cooling system per year. These are normally 119 each but packaged together you get 20% off of each.

Incredibly pleased with the service here! AC went out in august (of course), they had a rep out the next day. Robert was very friendly and professional, had the problem solved and part replaced in under 15 minutes, and all-in the visit was under $200. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Very professional and knowledgeable! We had our HVAC system replaced in 2020 when our nearly 30 year old furnace died mid-winter while I was pregnant. They were available immediately and helped us pick the right energy efficient units for our home, plus they filed the rebate with ameren to take some cost off our total and had easy financing for such a large purchase. We just had a spring cleaning and maintenance check this morning with Farrell and service was fantastic again. He was very personable and had fun giving my son high fives and making him feel special. He called ahead, was on time, got straight to work, and even fixed our hot water heater. He is a great asset to the company!

That in it self sold me and my husband to go with them even though we had two other cheaper quotes Integrity means a lot with us in doing business transactions and we both sensed this was the company to go with. The old heater was replaced and hauled away. I live out of state and my parents were having trouble with the air conditioner. Both parents are disabled and the house was very hot. This company has not failed to be knowledgable and prompt. When I call to request an appointment, they work me in. After giving us the best deal for a new Bryant furnace and AC, we hired them to do the ducting and plumbing in our basement. We are finishing our entire basement ourselves, so piece-mealing the process. They have been kind and understanding and extremely accommodating. Their professionals didn't smoke when asked not to, so as not to bring it into our home and that, to me, shows courtesy to your customer which earns big brownie points. Their employees were also extremely knowledgeable with codes and requirements so we aren't expecting any surprises when the inspector comes through. Very happy with this company. UPDATE: 7/2020 As expected we have had no issues and are extremely happy with the new unit. Upstairs is cool even on the hottest days. Basement ducting is actually pleasant to look at and, again, their service response time is amazing!

Absolutely would refer to any of my family our friends. The same day I contacted them within an hour Joe A. came to look at the details to order a new blower for my furnace after it stopped working. Instead of just figuring out what I needed to order he looked into the issue further and found that he may be able to fix it. The guy was friendly, asked questions to get a full knowledge of what was going on with my AC, and gave it the proper diagnosis and service. I had a problem With the drainage system on that AC unit for years. When I asked if something could be done about that even though it wasn’t the reason for the call, he replaced it with something better. I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and they had a technician to my house within an hour and a half on a Friday evening. The technician called me in advance and explained the upfront service fee charge for it being a weekend call, but was thorough and professional. When he arrived he was able to diagnosis and fix the problem promptly (faulty wiring connection). I will use them again in the future.

Dunn put in a multi-zone system with a 5-head Mitsubishi mini-split for the upper floors and a gas furnace+A/C for the first floor of a three story 125-year old home. It wasn't cheap but Dunn's bid was the most reasonable (I think I got at least 6 bids). The new Bryant two-stage furnace is a lot quieter than my old one which is pretty significant on the first floor. We've had no issues with heat so far. My wife really loves running the mini-split head in the upstairs office in heat pump mode. It was one of the coldest rooms in the house before but it's nice and warm now (at least in the 20-40 degree outside temp range). The mini-split heads are also super-quiet (especially compared to window A/Cs). On the slightly negative side the mini-split install took about twice as long as the original estimate (the main furnace and A/C install was done quickly as it was a replacement for existing equipment). But they did a good job cosmetically - the lines are nicely contained in the conduit on the sides of the house and the junction box in the basement is tucked above the joists. Of course, in St. Louis the heat is the bigger concern and A/C was the primary reason we went with the mini split system. We'll know in a few months how well that works but I'm pretty sure we will be much better off without window units.

Joe came to my home several times. He installed a whole house humidifier and then reinstalled (Correctly) a furnace which I had purchased from a company "Budget Heating and Cooling". Side note - Do not ever do business with Budget. Joe also installed a new hot water heater for me at the same time. This was a major undertaking and was a 12 hour job with 2 to 3 individuals from the install team. The fee for this work was very reasonable considering. I also want to say the company was professional, responsive, respectful to both myself and my home wearing booties, drop cloths down and vacuuming after completion. It was 11pm and 14 degrees outside when the igniter on my furnace broke. Yes, literally broke off. Probably my own doing as I was cleaning the flame sensor because my 8 year old HVAC unit was not hding the temperature at 72 degrees as I had set it on the thermostat. Now I’m in a bind as I have 3 young children In the home and the low is supposed to get down to 10 degrees. After calling Hoffman Brothers, Scott Lee and another establishment who all claim to provide 24 hour service, and being told that tomorrow is the best we can do I asked my wife to try another 24 hour provider because by the time we get up at 6:30 am, it would be below freezing inside the house. My wife got a hold of Brett and let me just say this... this one conversation with him told me that this company not only values customer service, but they also value the customers themselves. Not only did he not try to take advantage of my situation, he told me exactly what I needed to do to get my furnace lit so that it would keep the house warm through the night, saving me the expense of an emergency service call. I think this man wears a Superman cape. Brett Saved me from having to take my family to a hotel for the night, not to mention the fact that he followed up with me to make sure that the unit was running after the fact. This was all done with a phone call that cost me nothing. Time is money in the service industry and he did not ask for a penny to give me the advice that others didn’t even want to bother with.
