If you're looking for a reliable and honest heating company, look no further. Robert expedited his services upon finding out that my heater had just broken. I cannot rave more about Jack and Adam. They stayed in my house an entire day installing a new furnace in and by the time they left, my family was warm again. Jack and Adam did a phenomenal job and were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

JP and his crew were outstanding and professional in their work. Showed up on time, promptly at 9 am, put down drop cloths where they walked inside the house, showed me the plan for removing the old unit and installing the new, we’re quiet, and worked a 14 hour day to make sure the job was completed on time. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them as a heating and ac co tractor. Thank you guys son much for a job well done !

I've used Overlake Heating & A/C several times over the last 15+ years. They always provide excellent service. This past week, they installed a new furnace, heat pump (for h eating and cooling), and thermostat. The technicians went above and beyond to ensure that I would not be without heat over night. One even had to stay until 10 pm due to issues beyond his control. I felt so bad! But he never complained and was nothing but polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them for heating, cooling, and water tank needs. (They installed my hot water tank about 2 years ago.) And I also love how Rob can give you accurate, QUICK quotes via email so long as you provide the requested pictures and info. And he was super nice about answering my barrage of questions about how the furnace and heat pump worked.

Extremely professional from start to finish, I had to reschedule the installation of a new water heater a few times, owing to holiday travel delays, but these guys took it in their stride and made themselves available as soon as I got back home. The installation crew were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

A friendly and honest company! Our furnace was 25 years old, so we were looking to replace it. Rob came to our condo and was down-to-earth, kind, and helpful. He told us about some of the work he did to other units in our neighbourhood and recommended some models of furnaces that would fit our needs. He did not attempt to up-sell us or perform a lengthy sales pitch (unlike a different company tried to do). He took the time to answer all our questions about furnaces and the specific models we were looking at. The furnace installation happened very soon after we picked our furnace model. The crew that came to install the furnace were friendly and did a great job. They took the time to go over our newly installed furnace and answer any questions we had. We are definitely going to use this company in the future for maintenance and repairs.

My furnace stop working two weeks ago. After terrible experiences with another company, furnace still stay dead. My neighbor referred me to Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning, 2 service tech came today and fixed my furnace immediately on the spot. Highly professional, honest, very helpful. Overlake Heating is the best since I moved to here 10 years ago. Thanks for great job.
