The service guys came to my house and did a great job running the natural gas line upstairs to my kitchen and installing our new gas dryer. The guys were super friendly too. All around an awesome experience. I will be calling them to tune up my furnace in the fall. I would highly recommended their services!
Ricardo LemieuxWe needed a whole new AC system. Jason came out quickly, had the quote to us overnight. The quote was very detailed. Jason answered our many questions and once we decided to go with the new system, they got us scheduled quickly. The install team is extremely professional and quick. They finished ahead of schedule. The office also takes care of all of your product registration. Hamilton Heating & Cooling is not the cheapest but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case it’s quality air system install and design as well as great service.

Butler KristyCalled Hamilton Heating & Cooling, as I was told by my neighbor to call them, I also looked at the reviews and decided to try them. The company was very responsive, tech was very professional and came in, worked on the issue and got it fixed. There was no selling of any kind, but did educate me that the furnace is old and looks like you need a new one soon. Again, this was a small talk, he didn't try to sell me anything. What surprised me was the professionalism that they had. I have called previous other heating and cooling companies and all they want to do is sell rather than fix it. Let's face it with inflation and the situation on the market, that is the last thing a customer wants to hear is some selling. It really did a good job in teaching the workers the code of ethics and customer service. Definitely use them again in the future.
