Reviews of Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning

I am a new customer of Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning. I've just committed to install a ducted mini split system in the second story of my home, a moderately complex install. Fischer's representative, Seth, was on time, professional and thorough. He was creative in his approach with my unique install and had several ideas that kept the equipment install (which can be a visual mess) as seamless as possible. He suggested running the refrigerant lines along the side of the property that was least visible and through the attic across the home to keep it hidden.
I received five total quotes and Seth's was the most thorough. When I had questions, he responded promptly and professionally. I'm looking forward to the install and updating this review with even more glowing feedback on the install process.

Fischer installed a heat pump and air handler for us recently.
They were responsive to my initial inquiry. And, the system was installed ~3 weeks later. Other companies wouldn't even call back, or were booked out for 6+ months.
When we scheduled the install, I told them that we'd be on vacation and they told us that'd be fine. They arrived on the arranged date. Worked diligently for the whole day. They finished a day later than planned, which was fine.
The downside: they left garbage around the house (e.g. breakfast food wrappers, construction detritus), and they routed the cooling lines in the house in a very weird way. The routing actually means that we'll lose some headroom in the finished room. I asked why they didn't run it another way... And the answer was "oh... That's a better idea"
So, I think some major issues could have been avoided with some additional communication.

We worked with Pat, Mike and Jeremy to get a new ductless system installed in our 1930 brick home. They were very professional, started on time and finished on time. Mike and Jeremy did the install and were very diligent in wearing their masks the whole time even though it was an incredibly hot week. They were very respectful of our space as they had our kids and a dog to work around. We definitely don’t miss the clunky furnace and the ducts hanging down. I would definitely recommend their team.

We wanted to replace our gas furnace with a heat pump so go three bids. By far Fischer proposed the best equipment, 40,000 BTU Mitsubishi heat pump that heats efficiently even when the outside temperature is -13 F. Quiet and warm. The install went great, they did some good work to ensure our electronic air filter was ducted in and placed in a better position. They even added an air intake to our basement that makes our basement much warmer. Fischer was great to deal with, definitely recommend them.
