Great experience with Harry and his crew. From the first call, you can tell he really knows his stuff. He asked a few questions and was able to give me a range over the phone (great experience after a couple of guys coming by and attempting a hard, on the spot, sell. We chose Harry because he had great reviews and was a straight shooter from the get go. They worked us into the schedule quickly and did a great job educating us and helping us to select the right system. I like how they apply the service fee to repairs. We were so pleased we also signed up for their maintenance service! They provided 2 options and we went for the more economical option as fall and winter were approaching. Quick service and excellent communication throughout the process. I'd have no issues using them again.
