We are happy with their service. The adviser and installers are on time every time. They are friendly and respectful. Their customer service phone is a bit slow, but we send message to the adviser in most cases. We installed a 3 zone mini split heat pump to our townhouse with only radiant heat. Another bid is 10K higher than Blue flame. And the waiting time is not bad, the adviser came to visit us on 6/16, by the time of 6/30 the AC installation is done. So the AC is ready before the hot peak. Permit and inspection is also included in the package.
The tricky part of our townhouse is the height and narrow space around it. That means you need to use ladder to climb up to the third floor, no lift can be used for our case. The previous owner installed EV charger but we decide to remove it and connect the power to the AC system. The adviser gave us some useful idea about how to hide the line and no need to break the dry wall.
Blue Flame is introduced to us by Home depot. But I don't think you need to go through home depot, you can contact Blue Flame directly. Yes, the total budget is a bit pricy, but you paid for their experience and professional. One portable AC is just 500, if you consider mini-split an appliance then it is too expensive. But if you consider this as a home improvement project, I think it is worthy.

I had a great experience with Blue Flame. They reached out to me after I made an inquiry on Home Depot's website.
Shayne came out within a few days and consulted on the project and we came up with a great option.
Blue Flame took care of the permits.
Matt, Joe, and Misha were on time, they answered all my questions, were professional and completed the work as promised.
We are no longer using our baseboards or the window AC units thanks to Blue Flame.

Our previous furnace broke after 20+ years of operation, and sought Blue Flame’s services for the family home earlier this month for replacing the furnace with a new one. Everyone involved, specifically Zane, Simon, and Rob (and Robert’s coworker, I think his name was Riley if I recall correctly) contributed to a great customer service experience in the process of getting our furnace replaced.
From the start, our interactions with Zane, particularly through his friendliness and transparency, definitely show that he truly cares about his customers and is someone who we can definitely trust. During the installation, Robert and the Blue Flame answered all of our questions and were friendly and professional throughout. Especially with working within a somewhat limited amount of space in the garage, where our furnace was located.
To say the least, there was a significant difference in the house after the installation, not only with installing the furnace, but also with two rooms (one of which was our bathroom) in the house that, prior to the installation, had not been receiving heat at all.
It has been about a week and a half since the installation, and so far we have had no problems. Zane and everyone involved with the installation has earned our trust and we can trust Blue Flame for our heating needs. I wish I could leave more than five stars for this review; the guys at Blue Flame were that great to work with from this experience.

We want to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team at Blue Flame in Seattle, namely Zane, our focal in Sales and Doug, who led the install team for their excellent work and dedication to customer service on the recent installation of a new heat pump system in our home. After the first heat pump was installed this past summer, we weren’t completely happy with the cooling ability as it fell short of our expectations. A significant amount of troubleshooting was done by Blue Flame to determine how to address the issues. At the end of the investigation, it was decided that a larger heat pump unit was necessary, and Zane was instrumental in coordinating the necessary actions to upgrade the system. He was professional and passionate about customer satisfaction, and tenacious in making sure that all customer goals were met with 100% satisfaction. The excellent communication and problem solving skills from the whole team, as well as their technical expertise were evident throughout the project. In addition, the entire Blue Flame team we interacted with (from HVAC installation staff to electricians and customer service folks) were very competent, professional and such a pleasure to work with. We want to reach out as very happy customers to let the entire Blue Flame crew know how impressed we are with the service we received. Medicine Landscape
New furnace installed 2 weeks ago. Never worked properly. Takes 90 minutes to raise the house temperature by 2 degrees. Have been trying to get it resolved since last week. Couldn't get any response. What's going on?
Update: Finally this gets resolved after 3 weeks and so many twists, to satisfaction so far. Fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong going forward. The corporate team and quality assurance manager Martin (who replied to this review) were very responsive and helpful. The latest tech who came, Gram, was INCREDIBLE. He was very thorough, and extremely enthusiastic to solve problems completely instead of whisking them away. If anyone from Blue Flame reads this, I cannot say how we were glad to have him done the installation for us. It's rare to see an employee so responsible and dedicated to his job these days.

The Blue Flame reps, from the beginning, were very responsive & communicative. They answered all my questions, addressesed any concerns throughout the entire process. Kurt, the salesman, was informative & genuinely concerned that the furnace was the right size & type I needed for my 1900s Ballard farmhouse. The installation team was amazing (& extremely patient) with what they had to deal with. Nick & his coworker (I apologize for not remembering his name) did a fantastic job in fabricating the (custom) duct work.
I have, in the past, dealt with other furnace installations & their (lack of) attention to details. This was, by far, the most complicated & am SO glad I went with Blue Flame. Admittedly they were a little more expensive but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" & I'm betting, in the long run it will be (definitely) worth it.
In summary, definitely recommend Blue Flame (& having Nick install your next furnace).
