Bert and Brady did an amazing job on my install. They even came in and fixed my gas fireplace when I mentioned I had issues. Neil designed really nice duct transitions for the system. Jordan came a couple of weeks prior and did a full panel upgrade and ran all the electrical. Overall, great experience, and recommend them 100%.

Very responsive, friendly, professional and courteous. Needed to have my A/C system serviced and fixed, and they were prompt to respond, schedule and fix all my issues. Everyone I interacted with from scheduling, to billing, to repair were very nice and professional and even educated me on my system while fixing it. Extremely positive experience and would recommend anyone needing their services to use Ballard Natural Gas! I'll only use them moving forward!

Humberto V. and the whole team from Ballard Natural Gas Service did an incredible job installing a new AC and heating system in our house. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and took their time to answer all of our questions. We feel confident that our new system was installed properly and that it will last a long time. They completed the job on schedule and within their original quote. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thoroughly impressed! Do you ever wish the person who is coming to Repair or Service your appliances actually knows what they're doing, goes above and beyond and is kind and respectful? Those people work for Ballard Natural Gas! Norm and Brennan were exceptional today and I am so happy with their workmanship and professionalism. Thank you - truly can't recommend them enough.

I just had two mini splits installed in my 5 level town-home, and Ballard Natural Gas Service did an INCREDIBLE job. I initially worked with Tyler who came to my home for several hours to walk through and design the system and best options, quote, etc. A few weeks prior Tyler, a project lead, and electrician came on site to finalize plans & details. The install team (Connor & Mike) were seriously amazing. Two full 8 hour days of work, and the attention to detail was perfection. I was nervous about how the HVAC wiring and pipes would look on my home, and they painted it to match the gutters on my home to look great, and they really spent time to make it line up well to the home. They would notify me and show me updates throughout, and pointed out everything they did. I am seriously very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them for a mini split install!!!

We got Ballard Natural Gas to install our new ductless mini splits (AC and heat) and get rid of the old oil furnace and visible duct work. Mike and Conner were the primary guys on the job and they were very courteous, professional, and friendly. They checked in with me to make sure I'd be happy about the line routing decisions they had to make and the finished work is super clean and well-done. They take pride in their work and it shows. We're very happy with our new system. It's not cheap (because this work isn't cheap) but it's comparable to the competition, and these guys offer a 0% financing plan while the other guys don't, so it was a no-brainer for us.

We were delighted with every detail of our experience, from the easy online form to get a quote, to the immediate, friendly call back, to the technician who came out to work on our system. The other company quoted me a LOT more to replace major components that are probably not even broken. They apparently did not look close enough at the condensation pump which sounded like it was working, but was not. Wilson thoroughly explored every possibility, from the cheapest and easiest, to more complicated stuff. He showed genuine concern for our safety and our budget. In the end we determined that the furnace is fine (just needed a very small part) and should last at least a couple more years. If it turns out we need anything or even a new furnace, I will 100% call them first!

I've been working with this company to maintain our heat pump for about a year and I've been very happy with them. They are reasonably priced, responsive, and helpful in explaining everything they're doing. Today I called about an issue with a new sound my heat pump was making and, to save me the charge of having them come out straight away, they scheduled a call to help me troubleshoot it myself as a first pass at no charge. Highly recommended.

We've owned our house for 4 years, but the furnace has a Ballard Natural Gas sticker from when it was installed in 2004. When it stopped heating right as the year's first cold weather settled in, we called, and they found time for us on the same day. Matt, the technician they sent out, was friendly, professional, and took time to answer my questions, which I really appreciated. It is great to have the consistency and history Ballard Natural Gas provides! We will be using them whenever we need any heating/cooling services.

Chris did a great job of troubleshooting to figure out why my mother’s gas furnace would not turn on. Ultimately gave us several options to replace her blown thermostat. He programmed it and was very professional and diligent. Very happy my mother now has heat again!
