Edit: After we installed a door on the outside of our water heater storage area the inspector told me we needed to put a vent at the bottom of the door. I called Superior Water & Air and Mark came out and installed the vent. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone who needed any type of water or air repair or replacement done. They are not only professional they are fast friendly and through. Superior Water & Air did a great job. Mark Frank was very professional and through on installing my water heater. I would definitely call them again for another plumbing job if needed and refer them to anyone who needed plumbing repairs. 👍👍

I waited three years for this tankless water heater. Although its only been all of two hours since being installed, I'm so happy I went with this product and company. Our family has gradually been moving over to Superior for many years. We now have their AC and furnace, water heater, whole house water filter, water softener and today they serviced the reverse osmosis unit. We have also have used them to unclog a shower drain and repair a leaking sink drain in the past. We use them because they consistently deliver the best products with the best service. They do not have the lowest initial cost, but the time saved by doing the job right the first time and doing it to a high level is worth the extra expenditure for our family. Although I'm no plumbing or HVAC system expert, I can tell the knowledge of their service technicians is high and they are very good at explaining it so you understand what they are doing and why. Today's visit from Dalton Peterson was a great example of that. When he came out, I was specifically interested in understanding how to maintain the RO unit they installed last year so I could maintain it myself going forward. He carefully explained what I needed to know and I feel I got the information I needed. Finally, I will add that in setting up the initial appointment, I had a good conversation with Lorrie from Superior about what I needed when they came out. She really listened to me and I felt that her willingness to share exactly what costs were involved and why they existed helped me to understand Superior's point of view. Thank you for helping us maintain our home :)

I’ve had both my HVAC system and water heater done through these guys and both experiences were great! My water heater started making a noise recently and the tech they sent out (Mark) was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, prompt, & professional. The problem turned out to not be the new water heater, but another issue with some poor plumbing. Mark walked me through it in detail and gave me lots of scenarios and options to consider. I’ll definitely be using these guys to fix this and also likely to update all my plumbing.

The installer was great, efficient and pleasant to have on this job. However, the under sink water heater was not what I asked for. I asked for a unit that would provide hot water when the sink faucet is turned on. What was installed is a nice unit but not one that provides the hot water to the sink faucet. When the sales person was here, I specifically requested a unit that would provide hot water to the main line and was informed this unit would do that as well as to the fixture that was installed. According to the installer, this is not the unit that will provide what I asked for. What I asked for is not what I got, so I am back to square one with my problem. I was contacted by Superior Heating & Air, and they were very sorry for the miscommunication between myself and them. We worked it out and I am very pleased with the outcome. Miscommunications happen and they can be fixed. Superior did a terrific job in taking care of our problem. I will be doing more business with them in the future, for sure.

Superior Water and Air was our first choice as they had installed a water heater in our home a few years ago. This week we were replacing a toilet and we accidentally damaged the copper pipe for the water feed to the toilet tank. Alma McCausland was the team member that was dispatched to our home. He was a consumate professional! He arrived on time, he listened to our concerns, and examined the copper pipes in our mechanical room and the bathroom. He walked us through the steps he recommended to replace two sections of our copper pipe system, one for the toilet water supply, the other for a section of pipe in the mechanical room that once had a saddle valve for the water feed to an evaporative cooler. With our approval, he replaced the sections of the copper piping, checked for any leaks, and tested the water pressure. He made sure we had his contact information in case we had any additional questions or concerns. It was a great experience working with Alma!

This company really cares, I know that sounds cliche' but it is true. I had a water heater installed and there were a couple check list items that needed to be completed. Superior called me back after hours on the same night I contacted them. Their follow up has been incredible, making what was needed correct with a smile and willingness to help sincere. There was great communication from the start, and he worked efficiently during the 3.5 hours it took to uninstall and remove the old water heater, then prep, install and setup the new one. Our old water heater was 20 years old, and when the expansion tank failed we decided to replace everything. Glen, Brian and Elvira at Superior were responsive and able to setup and confirm the appointment to get us back up quickly.

I've had a gold service home warranty account with Superior since May of 2020. Yesterday was the second day I've had to use it, and confirmed I will continue paying for this service for as long as I own a home. Superior was able to respond within less than 24 hours to come out to diagnose a leaky kitchen faucet that had no water pressure. Alma and Ethan (the plumbers) were polite, courteous, and personable. Alma explained the problem and gave me my options. Long story short, the repair was best served with a new faucet and pipes. They had everything wrapped up in less than four hours. If I have anymore plumbing repairs, I'll definitely be calling Superior and requesting either of those two. Fantastic experience, and because I've been a loyal gold service account, the repairs didn't hit my wallet too hard. If you're in UT, use Superior!

Landon was at my home to address issues with a tub spout and a bathroom faucet. He took the time to explain all the options and answered my questions throughout the appointment. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough. While he was there addressing the original two items he went above and beyond to program my softener and adjust the pressure on my RO tank. Bart Sperry came to our home for the initial consultation and services overview. He was on time, friendly and great at what he does. He explained things very well and was engaging while doing so. He chose move the water heater to the _best_ spot, not the easiest or most convenient. We were interested in a water softener and were greeted in a very professional manner by the gentleman at Costco representing Superior Water and heat. We gave our information to him and had a call from Superior with in a couple of days being it was the weekend. Set up our appointment and the sales rep came and explained everything thing and tested our extremely hard water. Long story short we purchased the softener along with a Tankless water heater. Our install was completed within in a week from speaking with the sales rep. Had been looking into a tankless for a while as out tabk water heater was pushing 13 years old and was sitting there like a ticking time bomb. Had Superior come take a look as we had a very small space, and wanted to add water softening if going tankless. After a very good visit with the sales rep we decide to proceed. The install was scheduled to be an all day job, but the crew worked hard and wrapped it up in alittle under 6 hours. They fit things well into the small space, even taking up less room than we had imagined. They left the workspace clean and were very helpful explaining all the work they had done. Would be more to happy to use them as other projects arise.

However, there's so much more that they do that it's very worth it. For example, pressurizing the RO tank and testing if the water is soft enough. I used to have AnyHour maintain my AC. But a year ago, the AnyHour tech that came out to check my AC, said it wasn’t working right and he changed something in the electronic zone board. As far as I could tell, the AC was working fine before he messed with it. The following October, the furnace came up with an error code when I turned it on. The first AnyHour guy told me there was nothing wrong with it (while we were both looking at the error code). The second AnyHour guy fixed it by disabling a diode sensor. I told him it used to work great before their AC maintenance person “reconfigured” it. This spring, zone 2 of the AC wasn’t working. This time the AnyHour tech told me I needed a new board for $4000. That’s when I decided to call Superior. Josh came out and in a matter of minutes, figured out what the AnyHour tech had done to break it. It now works great again! Thank you Josh for being so knowledgeable!

Yesterday December 6th 2021 I had a repair man by the name of Michael come out and do a small maintenance job on my water heater that he installed 4 years ago. I had an appointment between 12 and 4 p.m. Michael called me about 12:30 p.m. and told me he was on his way and I was working until 2 p.m. and adjusted his schedule to meet mine. When he got here customer friendly and respectful of my home. We got to chit chat while he was working and I found him very charming and helpful he also was explained to me as he was going what he was doing if I ever I needed to do something like that I could. However great customer service he gave me I will always use Superior Water and Air even if it's something I can do myself. Thank you Michael and it was a pleasure meeting you again

We have a home warranty service through Superior Water and Air. We had an outdoor anti-freeze faucet, when turned on, would spray water everywhere. We also had a water shutoff connection for the washing machine that was leaking. We called Superior and they sent Alma to our home. Alma is friendly, hardworking and innovative. On his first visit, he fixed the outdoor faucet which works great now. But he had to reschedule for another time in order to find the parts to fix the 30-year-old water shutoff valve for the washing machine. Alma went out of his way to find the part, apologizing for the inconvenience. On his second visit, he found that the parts by the same manufacturer were slightly different enough that the repair kit wouldn't work. Alma quickly found another solution and completed the repair. With the outside faucet fixed, we're ready for Spring, and with the washing machine water valve repaired, the washing machine is doing its thing again.

When they came on Monday, Timothy came right on time and did great work. We had our reverse osmosis system replaced with a new one we purchased from Costco and installed through Superior Water and Air. I never leave reviews; however, Deven was not only professional with the install, he went the second mile and was happy to take the time to answer my other unrelated plumbing questions. He even took a couple of minutes to look at and trouble shoot an issue that was a simple quick fix I could do myself. He didn't make me feel I was wasting his valuable time. Devan was courteous and respectful and did a fantastic job with the services he rendered and went above and beyond expectations to be helpful. I was impressed Superior Water and Air sent an actual plumber for my install when other companies would have just sent a trained tech for my small project. I will definately consider Superior Water And Air for future services and I'd request Devan again. He he exceeded my expectations.

Our hot water heater wore out and we needed a replacement. Superior did a really thorough job of evaluating the situation, recommended a tankless system, scoped out the work, and did an extremely thorough and careful job of installing the new unit. Superior will likely not be your cheapest option, but their work is top-notch, they keep their promises, and their work is excellent. Mark, Superior's top installer, is particularly professional. He spent 11 hours at our house doing the install, and half a day prior mapping out the propane system, designing the venting, and planning for the install. He's probably the most careful and professional tradesman I've ever met. Mark is really amazing. The system is brand new as I write this review, so we'll wait to see how things go, but every indication is that the job was done right. It was done on time. It was done on budget. It was done professionally and carefully.

Our HVAC unit finally gave out after 16 years. We opted to go with Superior after having several companies come out and give us bids. We felt Superior was the best based on their quality and their honesty. They were straight forward with us on our needs and did not try and up sale us. They recommended a unit that was in the middle price zone which they felt would work great in our home. They hit the nail on the head. The house stays at a constant temperature. We struggled in the past to keep the upstairs cool in the summer and was typically 10+ degrees warmer then the rest of the house. Now the whole house is pleasant to be in. If quality at a fair price is what you’re looking for give Superior a call.

Made an appointment for a new water softener + install and the sales rep came out and made the buying process easy. Our plumber Roberto came in to assess the installation and explained a lot of things the sales rep didn't mention, like cutting holes in the ceiling to get piping through. He was fast and the installation quality was great, he minimized as much holes in the ceiling as possible. Overall I'm happy, just wish I knew ahead of time that they would have to make the holes in the ceiling and having to get a drywall guy out to repair it and I'd have to paint the repairs myself.

We also added a mini-split heat pump system to another part of the house that had no heating prior. We live in an old house that we've been gradually renovating. Roger and Jason did an outstanding job replacing my AC unit and furnace last Saturday. I was impressed that they were able to quickly remove the old units and have the new ones professionally and safely installed within 8 hours! Typically it is a two day job but I was lucky to have two leads on site. They answered the numerous questions I had and reassured me I had made the right decision. I was contemplating just replacing the broken furnace blower but am glad I did not. I cannot say enough good things about the salesman Brian Golden who went above and beyond to make sure I was making the best decision as I was coordinating this project while traveling on business in Chicago last week. He has also worked with me after the install to make sure the financing options have been processed as promised. Yes, it’s very expensive but I feel that with regular maintenance I will have a great system for at least a couple decades. I would recommend their company based on my experiences thus far.

Water heater installation seems good, except that when installing, they changed the orientation of my pipes coming out of my furnace so now my furnace condensation won't drain. And they scratched the paint off my walls in 3 spots when bringing the water heater in. And I had to ask the guys to use shoe covers or a mat, since they were about to tromp in and out of my house with their dirty boots. Still waiting to hear back about when they can come to fix the pipes that they messed up. In the meantime, I think it's negatively affecting the function of my furnace.

One of our jobs entailed a faulty part and required rework. Everyone was top notch from the technician (Levi) who got our old system going to get us by to the installer (Christian) and various people who helped him. Top notch, our tech Josh was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly and explain the issue in a succinct manner. We had other techs come out and perform maintenance on our system, but weren’t as professional as he was. One company replaced our coil which cost and arm and a leg, but did give me a deal. Well, I got what I paid for as they apparently didn’t install the new coil sufficiently to avoid leaks which why I needed more work done, costing me a ton more money. This time however, it looks like the problem is taken care of and at a great cost, including my military discount. He even scheduled a follow up to ensure there were no more issues. Superior Water & Air installed 2 toilets for me. They were easy to communicate with, timely, and professional. At the time of initial installation, I requested that the technician replace the old plastic supply lines and shut off valves. He recommended against this and installed the toilets with old lines. Subsequently, one of the toilets began to leak. The weekend on-call technician replaced one of the lines for me, and a third visit was required to replace the other line. I really appreciate Superior's prompt responses and willingness to update the supply lines and angle valves under warranty and on a Saturday night. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish this could have been done at initial install as now there is some damage to the wall and floor behind the toilet that was leaking. Overall, I would highly recommend. I find that they are booked out maybe 1-2 weeks in advanced, which I take as a good sign. I recommend contacting them a few weeks in advanced of any planned projects you may have.

When the time came to replace a water heater, I called Superior Water and Air. They sent someone over within two hours to look at my setup and sent me a bid. I decided to go with a tankless, and this required an update to my my natural gas plumbing. My prior water heater was leaking, and Superior sent a temporary replacement for me to use for the few until the installation was scheduled. On the installation day, Superior arrived early, examined my current setup. They examined the other gas appliances my home uses to make sure that using them all at once would not cause any problems. They explained to me exactly what they doing before proceeding. They complete the installation and reconfiguration of my gas lines with professionalism. The configuration of my gas plumbing was more concise and better organized than what I had when they started. After they finished, they reviewed everything they setup, showing the new lines that they installed and replaced. They showed me the switches and shutoff valves they installed, explaining what they turn on/off and when and how to use them. They explained the heater, the filter, showing me how to use it, configure it, and when and how to replace the filters. The new water heater is great. My 27-year-old water heater finally broke down so we looked for a good replacement, found a well-reviewed product on Home Depot site and arranged through them to have Superior Water and Air come give us a free assessment/estimate. Bart came same day and was very good at determining what would be required to install the new water heater (codes have changed and venting/lines needed adjustment; also needed arrangement for city inspection of completed work). The estimate ended up higher than we had expected compared to the cost of the product, but considering all the benefits of the installation (design, licensed/warranted labor and parts, hauling out the old, bringing in the new, professional installer with the right equipment and experience with the selected product, etc), we decided it was worth it. Although we initially got an installation appointment two days later (because we were without hot water), a slot opened up to do it that same evening. Roberto showed up about 5pm with everything he needed for the install, and had everything beautifully installed and cleaned up 3hrs later. So nice to have it all resolved so quickly, and we're loving how well it works and that it will be an asset when we want to sell the house. We would definitely do business with this company again, and highly recommend Roberto's excellent service.

I ordered a water softener from home depot and these people came out and gave me a bid. The salesman was nice and very knowledgeable. They scheduled my appointment and Roberto was on time. At first I thought this could not be done as my house was old and pipes are hard to get to. Roberto said it was possible and got to work. When he was done he had my whole house hooked up and my sink and refrigerator hooked up to reverse osmosis. It took most of day and was done excellent. They were all nice and excellent at their job. 21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy. Once again Superior was my go to! I tried to install my new Thermastat & was unsuccessful. Even had a friend more familiar with handy work & he was unsuccessful. When we put the original wiring back, the furnace wouldn’t turn on, no power, nothing. We spent an hour with Honeywell to fix the issue and they had no clue why it wasn’t working. So I called Superior the next day & they were able to fit me within my schedule needs. I’m glad I scheduled them when I did cause no heat kept me and the fur babies a snuggled at night for this recent temperature drop. I showed Josh the issue, and gave context. He was able to install the new Thermastat & figured out the previous owner did some really bad & risky wiring on the furnace that was never looked at & tucked away. Unless you’re very familiar with wiring/electrical, this was missed & I’m lucky the bad wiring didn’t cause a short or destroy my furnace to replace. Josh redid the bad wiring and made sure everything else checked out. Again, just like Dustin did with my water heater, he made sure everything was working by triple checking everything worked, & was safely & neatly done.

We were very pleased with Superior Water and Air's service. We had a new Merv/16 filter added to our present furnace. The service man came in with a good attitude, put down drop cloths and wore cloth foot covers to keep our carpets clean. I was a pretty frustrated customer and wrote a previous review that had a 1 star with how I felt the situation was handled. Their manager (Todd) reached out to me the same day and we spoke on the phone and he let me know that he wanted to make sure that my particular situation got handled the way they felt it should have been in the first place and apologized for the situation. He told me that he appreciated my honest review and used it as a springboard for some additional training and improvement measures that they put in place. Bottom line, Todd was super helpful! Laid out a few different options and explained them all in detail. He ended up covering the original manufacturers warranty through Superior, that's a pretty big deal to me! He was able to work out a way for me to get one of their new systems without the hassle and wait time from the manufacturer. All for about the same price as the labor that I was responsible for with the manufacturer warranty anyway. With a little clarification and time on the phone my situation was handled with class and professionalism. I would highly recommend using them. One other note the tech that came out originally was very cordial and nice, just a misunderstanding of my situation and what he could do about it. Thanks Superior for taking care of me as a customer! Original review: They don't live up to their warranties! They showed up to fix their "lifetime warranty" water softener (Which cost $95 just to get them to show up) and told me sorry nothing they can do without my original paperwork, and sorry but their system doesn't keep the info. My wife gave them the original sales agreement that said Lifetime Warranty right on it but she was told that wasn't it. I told them what I needed when I setup the appointment, took them a week to show up and then they still showed up without a dolley or what they needed to warranty it anyway! And then he asked, "Have you considered upgrading it" Seriously, What a joke... Take your business elsewhere! (yep just a disgruntled customer, but if it happened to me it can happen to you!)

Just had AC installed to replace swamp cooler. The team that installed was fantastic, 5 stars. Ran into a few problems, but overcame them. I rated the company 4 stars because i could not separate the install crew from the sales person. The sales person would have gotten 2 maybe 3 stars for taking WAY to long to get the contracts and having to change them because there were things we discussed a the meeting not in there. The management team and owner Rob were very responsive to my complaints about the sales team and I appreciate that. I would use Superior again and again, just not the sales person. Update 19 Aug Manuel was here today to repair the hole in the sheetrock made when they installed the new thermostat. Did a good job, matched the texture well. All I have to do is paint,, no prob and expected.

I waited three weeks (no problem) for the AC install on my home. The installer did a 5 star job answering all my questions and doing a fantastic job. It took almost two weeks (not so great) to get their drywall guy scheduled, and even then it was several more weeks before he could come (downright frustrating). The drywall work was again a 5 star job. It sure would be nice if Superior did a better job at scheduling. May 17, estimate and contract signed June 10, install July 8, drywall finally fixed. (total time 7 weeks) 5 star work but scheduling could be improved.

I got 2 quotes from Superior Water and Air for a new water heater (one through the Costco purchase program and one through Home Depot). Both representatives were professional and gave me good information. I went with the Home Depot option as it seemed the better deal. Scheduling was easy and the technician came during the planned time. The technician who installed the water heater laid out the whole process and walked me through the operation of the water heater before he left. While i may have been able to get a cheaper price elsewhere (and i don't know since I onluy got quotes from Superior), I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Superior as a company that is easy to work with and does quality work.

Long story short...they installed a reverse osmosis filter on my sink and for some reason it didn’t actually clean the water. In fact, it was dirtier than the softened water in the faucet. It took a few phone calls and a threat of posting a scathing review online, but they did come back and swap it out and that fixed the problem. Martin was a quality tech. And kudos to Mary for listening and believing me and getting the repair done expeditiously. So far so good. I’d recommend Superior. They have quality customer service and products...you just may have to keep after them to get an unexpected problem fixed. Update: I had an issue with my reverse osmosis filter and they came right out and fixed it and didn’t even charge me. Austin diagnosed and corrected the issue and now I’m back to drinking clean water. No haste at all. I’m truthfully blown away by how good their customer service is. Top notch - the way it should be when buying expensive home equipment.

My smart thermostat died after a power outage and the service person (Josh) could have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace it, but instead he looked it up and found out it was still under warranty and then found a replacement for me. So I only paid for the service. Everyone from Superior Water and Air is polite, pleasant, and most of all very professional. I also have them tune up my AC and furnace that they installed for me and they do a great job then too. I've used Superior Water and Air a few times and it's been Okay to good service. The first time we ever used them was a few years ago to install our water softener and they had to cut into the wall. I was informed at the time that they were unable to repair the drywall that they cut into but since it was in the garage, we didn't mind. (It's been 5 years and we still have not repaired the dry wall) The second time we used them was to install our water heater. They were very nice, kept me informed along the way but did a terrible job. I knew something was wrong and asked someone else (from Superior) to come out and inspect the job and they said it was installed poorly. The water heater was leaning to the side, it was installed at an angle because the drip pan was not lined up but the new person put it on blocks. The earthquake straps were poorly attached and was moving. The 3rd time they came out was to install the new air conditioner and furnace. The men that came out were very helpful, super nice and we enjoyed having them there for 2 days. The thing is, is that they had to cut into the dry wall and they said they will fix it because it's always a part of the install cost. So, why are you fixing the dry wall on this job but not the water softener? Additionally, during the install, the men told us the filter was too big and when I contacted the office, I was told that the sales rep was suppose to offer me a filter or upgraded thermostat. I was never given the option to choose what upgrade I was given. I was pretty angry with that sales rep. All in all, even though I had an issue each time, I'd still use them because we purchase our stuff through Costco and they contract with them. Also, each time we had an issue, minus the first dry wall experience, they were quick at coming out and rectifying the situation. 3 stars for "original work", 4 stars because in the end, it all worked out.

Both water heaters needed replacement, one for rusting through and the other for thermostat failure. Worked with home warranty company without success. Without hot water for 9 days. Called Superior (I had contracted with them before). They sent a representative to my home within 24 hours. Opted to replace both water heaters with a tankless system. When I told the representative that we have been without hot water for some time, he arranged for a crew to be at my home the next day. Trent and Rob did an excellent job in removing the old heaters and installing the new tankless system. Start to finish was approx. 4 1/2 hours. I had purchased an entire system softener pus water filtration unit 17 years ago. Very minimal issues or concerns over the 17 years. Typical upkeep items here and there. That was until almost every fitting on the filtration unit began to seep slightly. This began to be a big concern and was shut off to eliminate any damage. The o rings had lasted 17 years I figured they had run there life. Kinda to be expected. I requested service and expected possibly have To replace the unit. To my surprise the technician was able to diligently fix every leak replacing almost every part and fitting. This was no simple task and took many hours swapping and changing components. I was very impressed and shocked at the amount of time the technician was willing to work on the unit until completely satisfied. At a few points durning the repair it was suggested to possibly replace the entire unit due to the age and condition of the unit. Replacing the entire unit would have taken half the time for the technician and cost myself 8x the price. I’m super impressed with the service I received. The technician invested many hours ensuring I was happy with minimal investment. I am typically hard to impress. So thank you very much for your outstanding service and commitment to an amazing results.

We just had Superior Water install a tank-less water heater at our home this week. The crew who was scheduled to do the install was on time, courteous, and very professional. I received a call early in the morning the day of the install and was told the crew would arrive between certain hours. Mark Frank arrived early and went over the whole program before his partner Richard Hammond showed up. By this time they knew what had to be done and went right to work - spreading drop clothes and ripping into the job as though they really enjoyed what they were doing. There was whistling and kind words spoken to each other as they worked - like a real team. They removed the old leaking water heater and even took it with them. I didn't need to lift a finger! The ordeal took about 8-9 hours total for our home (build in the 50's). Mark Frank stayed behind after the install to explain the warranty and even prepared it to mail in for our rebate - WOW. The next morning, I received a call from their dispatch explaining they had a sheet rock crew ready to repair areas effected in the process of installation. Wow, wow, wow. Mike Parry of Superior Water did a fantastic job at our house this week. He was dispatched with a single job, but in reality it was three separate jobs: replacing our old water heater, re-configuring the plumbing for a new water softener and installing a new RO system in our kitchen. During our install, Mike was juggling other customer requests, but I always felt he was giving his best attention to my job. Mike is super knowledgeable and really friendly. He was very good about confirming my expectations, and helped come up with a solution for the water softener tank placements that I had not thought of before. I checked in on him just twice to see how things were going. He was very happy to explain his plan and the reasoning behind his plan, and show me what he had done and why. What I thought was going to be a multi-person and multi-day project that might have included a tear up of our utility room (ceiling and possibly floor) ended up being a single days work for Mike that resulted in a couple of small holes in our ceiling that Superior is going to patch up in the next few days. The Superior sales guy said he was sending in "The A Team" for our job, and he was right! Mike Parry did an excellent job! Thanks Mike!

We have used Superior Water & Air's services for several years. Roy Roberts has been the technician who has carefully cared for our boiler system across time. His knowledge, skill, and work ethic along with his pleasant nature and willingness to answer all our questions is the reason we stay with Superior. This summer we had the opportunity to connect to natural gas and he made all the arrangements to make the switch from propane a smooth one. He helped improve our thermal solar as well. The entire process took about a week. Three other Superior employees, Lance Christensen, Jeff Barlow, and Roberto Flores worked diligently in rebuilding our energy system. They rebuilt the boiler, installed a larger indirect water heater, added a filter system in the kitchen and repaired other water problems in the process. Their finish work would make an artist jealous: the main parts connected neatly with straight pipes, careful connections and all belted for earthquake safety. We appreciate the service of these Superior employees. They showed strong work ethic, friendliness, honesty, integrity and everything one could wish to experience in association with a service company. I had a new water softener installed and received a coupon page for other services. I decided to schedule an A/C tuneup and was glad that I did. Shortly after scheduling, I started having some troubles with our unit. When the technician, Levi, came out I described the problems. He walked me through the tune-up and then showed me the parts of the A/C where they look to find problems. It was really great to be part of the process as compared to having a technician come over and just get the job done. We found out that I didn't have enough coolant going through the system. I suspect the contractor who built our house probably shorted us originally, but Levi told us what to watch for in case we have more troubles or a leak. I think the technicians who I have had out so far have been great. So, I would recommend Superior. I must say that the sales person talked too much because we already new what we wanted, but he kept trying to show us more. The other thing that prevented 5 stars on my review was the over-calling that I got on my water softener visit. They didn't seem to have that coordinated very well. New: I just recently received another service from Superior Water & Air. We had the ducts cleaned out. The service men, Casey A. and Tim, worked quickly and quietly. They showed us the before and after pictures of our vents. I was surprised they didn't wear the boot covers. I thought that was expected. Still, I would recommend the services from Superior Water & Air.

Levi came to trouble shoot my whole house generator. He found the problem, replaced an exploded battery and performed all required maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have him in our home. He also noticed my dated AC condenser and inquired about our furnace/AC. He reviewed our options and helped to arrange an install. Christian Tovar came the very next day, encountered install issues and worked around them. He and his helper were very courteous. Christian was both knowledgeable. professional, and a pleasure to be around. Manuel Reveles came two days later to patch holes made in the ceiling during the furnace install. He was pleasant and efficient and his work was excellent. I have been very pleased with my interactions with all Superior Water and Air employees who have been to my home. Christian returned and installed an upgraded thermostat, showed us how to use it, and his helper installed a new fresh air grate after moving and then replacing a very large and heavy cabinet . Great service from all involved. Levi came today (3/13/20) to service our Air Conditioner. He already knew where things were located and went right to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. It was a great experience for a Friday the 13th!!!

I had them install a Tankless Water Heater and Furnace. Both were explained and handled very well. The service was great. Pricing was very competitive. My expectations were exceeded which is not common in this arena for me. Very happy to recommend their services.

Had a new water softner installed this weekend. The gentleman that came to my house were very polite, courteous and friendly. They put down protective padding on my new carpet, took off their shoes, involved us in the whole install process. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional while having fun. Mike and James were both great, I have already suggested them to my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone. Basically exceeded my expectations in every way. Great customer service from beginning to end.

Was very impressed with the recent service on 12/12/2020 from Erfan Tareh, (a furnace technician at Superior Water and Air) when he came to deal with a furnace that had stopped working a couple days before. He called when he was on the way and I made sure to let him know the best place to park in front of my home for easier access to the area where the furnace was located. Once he arrived he had his mask on and put on the plastic shoe covers before entering my home. I explained the problem and he promptly got to work to locate the issue. He found the problem and got it fixed, double checked everything else to make sure he didn't miss anything and also made sure that the thermostat was working properly. The best part, was he checked with me later that afternoon to make sure it was still working right, and reminded me if I had any trouble to make sure to let him know. I will continue to use Superior Water and Air, and I do recommend them for your furnace needs!

We were very impressed with the "above and beyond" customer service at all levels with Superior Water & Air. They work so hard to make you feel like a VIP it actually took us by surprise. Our first encounter was with Jake Sartori who ensured we were taken care of quickly, expectations were managed and kept in total communication. We then met with Brian Golden who was also great to work with, didn't oversell us but listened to our needs and took care of us. Finally, Isaiah Medina, our installer - he was very personable, courteous, knowledgeable (has 15yrs or more experience), took time to answer all of our questions and make sure we had the very best possible outcome. Isaiah gave 110% to make sure we had excellent installation and satisfaction. He even check in on us the next day to see we were getting great results with the new water heaters which never happens. I feel totally confident that if we had any issues they would take care of them beyond our expectations and probably even resolve them same-day. Great experience. Best of all, we have excellent water results.

my water heater started leaking in my basement so I called Home Depot and arranged to have a subject come out and give me an estimate of a new water heater. They came out at 10 a.m. on a Saturday to give me the estimate and I decided to go with them and buy the water heater with the guarantee. The installation couldn't happen until Friday the next week due to my schedule but the service people showed up and installed the water heater without making a big mess and cleaned up after themselves. Due to my work schedule which was change I had work on the day of installation so they allowed my daughter to come meet them at my house and they installed it even without me being there. They did a good job and I do recommend the company. The price of the water heater was more expensive than I thought it would be but after I did check with other companies their price was really good included a 12-year warranty

Superior has the friendliest staff ever. We just bought a house built in the 50's, and had Superior put in a new water heater, a water softener, and then clean our ducts. Everyone involved from the sales guy to the plumbers to the drywall guy to the duct cleaners were all super friendly and professional. Had Tim T. and Tyler N. out to put the softener in. Our house had not previously had a softener, so routing the new lines was a bit of nightmare. They ended up putting quite a few holes in my sealing drywall, but they sent some one out to patch them at no charge. Tim F. came out to patch the holes. He patched 10 holes in 2 hours, and I can't even tell there was ever a hole in the wall. He even patched two holes that Superior didn't even make and put a new cover on my water main at no charge. Superior also does regular plumbing house calls, not just installs. They quoted me over the phone, and I paid what they quoted me. If they end up needing to make holes in the drywall, they send someone out to patch them. I've had other plumbers come out that charge by the hour and they tend to take forever to get the job done. Had Sam Reese out to put a line to my new fridge. He was awesome, friendly, and did a fantastic job.

Superior sent great crew ( Brandon, Tyson and Dereck) of guys that were very meticulous and detailed oriented. My 1991 house with 80% efficiency equipment presented a lot of obstacles and issues, the crew did everything they could to not damage the house while installing the new 98% efficiency tankless water heater and furnace to code. The difference before and after is amazing whoever installed my original equipment obviously cut corners and these guys did everything by the book and it looks clean. Overall I’m very impressed and satisfied.
