I had the unfortunate experience of an AC quitting on my tenants. I contacted Mountain Peak based on a referral from my good friend Paul S., who happens to be a technician for them as well. They quickly sent out Ryan who assessed the situation and determined that the AC would need to be replaced. He sent me a quote the same day, and I worked with Chelsea to schedule it all. The crew of Paul and Keith did a fantastic job of replacing the AC and furnace. Their professionalism and care was felt my myself and my tenant, who appreciated their attentiveness. During the process, I consulted my Home Warranty, and called around to other AC repair shops to compare pricing. Mountain Peak offered me the best deal, and were the most responsive to my questions and on installation and timing. I highly recommend this group to take care of your AC systems!

The Extremely professional Joel was the HVAC specialist that came by our house. We had no AC on our new (to us) home and BRAND NEW unit. Moving in with internal temps at about 90 degrees. Joel was AMAZING. He was able to diagnose the problem, fix the cooler enough to work until work could be completed. HVAC is working well enough to cool use down for the next few days of 110degree heat with a reassurance of, once it’s been authorized by property management, he will be back to repair the unit completely. I moved into my house two years ago and figured it was time to get my HVAC unit checked out. My father recommended Mountain Peak Air. I called and made an appointment and they were very flexible with my work schedule. For my appointment Joel Wenberg was my specialist and he was very professional and up front about the condition of my unit. He was able to explain to me everything in detail that without me knowing anything about my HVAC unit I was able to understand. He also helped me join the peak plan which is a monthly installment program for future maintenance and monthly filters for my home. Very satisfied with their friendly and expert staff from top to bottom. Would highly recommend.

We had our AC go out the night prior, I spent the whole next morning calling around trying to find someone to come out ASAP. My sister recommended Mountain Peak Air as she had used them the year prior. Unlike other companies, when I called I got someone right away and was scheduled within minutes for same day service. Not only were they able to come that day, the technician, who I learned was also the owner, arrived hours before anticipated. He took one look at the AC and immediately knew what was wrong. Our AC was fixed and back to working in approx. 30 minutes. I will recommend Mountain Peak Air to everyone I know. Incredible service. Update August 2022. I tried to install a new thermostat and blew a fuse in the air handler. They were able to come the next day to repair. Mountain Peak Air came back out and fixed the issue in less than a hour. Our tech was Logan and another team member. Both were very professional. I will only use this company from now on.

It was late Friday night, and noticed the house was getting warmer than usual. After a quick check at the thermometer it was confirmed, we had an issue. With 4 kids at home we were worried. So we called Mountain Peak Air hoping to get scheduled the next day. However, much to my surprise Tyler Reynolds answered and said he could come right away! Within 15minutes he arrived. It was already 930pm. He was able to fix the issue which took him till nearly 11pm. I’m so grateful he was willing to work late so that we could stay in our house for the night!

They did a great job of responding quick when I came home from vacation to a broken AC unit. There was a tech out the day after I put in the work request and he let me know that I would need a new AC unit. I thought this would take weeks but surprisingly it was only 2 days later. They took care of everything, brought in the new unit, a crane to remove the old unit and a recycling service that hauled away the old unit. Although the team had to come out multiple times to discover issues with the unit, they worked diligently to solve them all, never billing me for having to come out multiple times to diagnose, test, implement a fix and then come out again to retest. They made it easy for me, for our family, and appreciated their transparency and not billing for each visit, since they were all related to the same issue. We have used Mountain Peak Air for several jobs at our house. Originally referred to them by a family member, they have repaired both our air conditioning and furnace. They always do a great job !! Very professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced and most importantly honest. I feel comfortable with their technicians being in my home. They are informative about what has caused the problem and up front with what the repair will cost. No wondering or worrying about being up sold on work that wasn’t necessary. Most recently we had them come do and energy audit on our home. Our experience was the same exceptional service that we had previously experienced. After the audit they provided a report listing areas that needed to be improved and ways that could be done. They were helpful and knowledgeable about rebates offered for insulation and what the cost would be for services. No annoying hard sell, just the invitation to see what would work best for us and let them know how they could help. About a month later we had them come back and blow new insulation in the entire attic. They did another great job and we're looking forward to a warmer cozier house this winter.

(sorry for the story... but I am that pleased!) I have used several A/C companies over the years, all of whom I would recommend, but I included Mountain Peak Air in the competitive bidding process on my house when I knew major duct work and replacements/repairs would be needed on my existing units. I first had them assist in repairing some of the duct work on the interior of the house (we had ceilings torn open during a kitchen remodel and had to move things around). Tyler was the technician that assisted us initially and did such a good job that I asked him to prepare a quote for the replacement of both A/C units and the addition of a mini-split, as well as some additional duct work. Even though I did not plan to do anything right away, Tyler and another technician, Sam, came to my house soon after and got me the quote by the next day. Turns out, a month later, the big unit on my house went out... I called Tyler and he came out that night to help troubleshoot the issue. After trying a few very low cost fixes, and having Tyler explain everything to me, it was clear a replacement unit was needed. Because their service to that point had been excellent AND the price and quality of the unit they proposed was easily the lowest price for the best product of the three quotes I received, I asked them to get me on their schedule ASAP... Tyler called me the next morning to let me know the crane would be there the very next morning (I was worried we would be at least a week out!). Tyler and a third technician, Logan, were there the next morning before the crane to make sure everything was prep'd and ready. Everything went off without a hitch and I have a cool house again (and a happy wife and kids!) I also spoke with someone in the office, Pam, when I was needing to schedule/coordinate the work. Everyone I worked with from Mountain Peak Air during the process from start to finish was professional, but friendly... not once did I feel like I was being talked down to, taken advantage of, or "sold" on a product or service. I could not give a higher recommendation for using Mountain Peak Air for any and all your HVAC needs... and since the 2nd unit on my house is already 15+ years old and also on its way out, I am certain I will be using them again in the very near future!

I had my unit serviced for winter maintenance on 12/10/21 by another company here in the valley. I was told the coil had a small hole in it which was creating an oil leak. Mountain Peak Air consistently exceeds my expectations. They do quality work, develop creative solutions, and provide excellent customer service. We experienced a problem with enough air conditioning reaching the master bedroom. We had to rely on the ceiling fan to attempt to get us to a more comfortable temperature. Their installation of a return in the bedroom, which in turned was jumped to a new vent in the hallway was the perfect solution. In the process of this installation they found that one of the ducts which supplied the bedroom had totally collapsed. Airflow into this bedroom is now outstanding. We really appreciate their conscientious and customer focused approached to servicing our HVAC system. Tanner was the first representative of Mountain Peak Air to come to our home. Because of his consistent outstanding work and dedication to the highest standards of quality we have always requested that he come whenever we need HVAC support. Last summer he determined that our Lennox air handlers came with a very sophisticated air filtration system whose filters needed to be changed only annually. He went out of his way to provide the model number of these filters so I could order them then installed them once received. I cannot say enough great things about him. Cudos to Mountain Peak for their excellent customer service, and, for having hired Tanner as a member of their team!

My thermostat lost power this morning (sunday) around 9-10 o'clock and I couldn't figure it out. I called their office and Jay answered the phone and told me he could be out by around 3pm.
