Dan was great! Very thorough and professional. Offered lots of feedback and advice about how to best care for both our heating and air conditioning systems moving forward. Provided lots of information without any pressure but made you feel confident in the company‘s ability to serve you well and fairly. Was super friendly and cleaned the area after, and even offered to bring our trash cans in from the street! A great experience all around we will definitely be using them in the future!!!

My technician Jim S. came for inspection and preventive maintenance on my heating system today and went over new thermostat installation and use. Jim is one of the most thorough technicians of any trade I think I have ever come across in my 15 years of homeownership. He really knows his stuff and was answering my questions before I could even ask. He was on time, friendly, and thorough with every part of the service visit and PM. Jim explained everything (what he was doing, why, how it worked, did I have questions, etc.) politely and was not in a rush. He made recommendations but didn’t try to sell or scare me into them, just gave me a heads up on the status of my system and it’s performance. On top of great service we also just had nice conversation about life in general. I will be sticking with All Seasons and requesting Jim going forward. It’s nice to know there are still solid people to rely on in these crazy times.

We had our new system installed 4 years ago by All Seasons Confort Control and it has been a pleasure working with this company. We opted for a yearly maintenance plan for our system to keep in running efficiently. All of the technicians who do the maintenance are professional, friendly and always eager to answer any questions to make sue we are satisfied. Most of our service calls are done by Tarik who is fantastic! If you can get him you will be very pleased. Continue with your consumer friendly approach!

I needed routine maintenance on a working oil furnace. Nathan was on time and seemed to be experienced. He suggested I get a consultation (quotation) from his company on a replacement furnace. He offered me two options: 1) just charge me $99 for the visit and schedule a replacement or 2) charge me $319 to proceed with the routine maintenance. I approved the charge for routine maintenance. Service done in the past always included a new oil filter, injection nozzle, tune-up, oil flow test, oil line purge, and vacuuming. Unfortunately Nathan was unable or unwilling to perform those services. He checked the flue gases and looked at the system. However he still charged me $319. Now I have to engage another service company to come and do the work (the oil filter especially as it is overdue.) Update: The owner, sent Jim Schwager to complete the maintenance at no additional charge. Jim was obviously very experienced with oil furnaces and did a great job. He replaced the burner nozzle and oil filter and checked the system over. Jim answered all my questions and was patient as I needed to clear out basement junk to get to the tank valve. Much appreciated and I can recommend All Seasons for heater service and their commitment to customer service.

If I can give any more stars then consider it done. Customer service says a lot about a company and you cannot go wrong with All Seasons! Jim was patient, thorough, neat, empathetic and honesty the service was worth more than we paid. So much so that we signed up to have them service our home every year going forward. Jim refused to leave until our home was comfortable, he explain everything in layman’s terms and even had the office explained all charges so we were all on the same page. No hidden fees, no fine print. Did I mention this was after hours on the day before Thanksgiving? Well done!

The reason for contacting All Seasons was to get a “free” second opinion on a valve on my heat pump that supposedly was stuck in the full open position. The technician from my previous HVAC company recommended replacing the valve and said it would cost $1800.00. I am SOOOO GLAD that I contacted All Seasons for a second opinion. Nate, the technician from All Seasons, was very thorough in his examination of my HVAC and he informed us of what he was doing each step of way. Nate took the time to answer all of our questions and he also offered some practical suggestions. Our 35 year old HVAC unit was leaking water in the middle of August. We knew it was time to replace it so we called All Seasons Comfort Control and they sent someone out the same day! Tim Hoffman (Comfort Consultant) greeted us at our residence. He was professional, well knowledged, and answered all our questions. Tim, along with Lisa Matz (Office Manager / Install and Sales Coordinator) were able to schedule an installation within 48 hours. Lisa made sure that we were clear on any questions regarding the proposal and Tim was still available for additional questions even the day after his visit! Installers Bill Epp and Felix Acevedo came out to the property on time and completed the job in one day! Like Tim, Bill and Felix were professional, friendly, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They make sure they didn't leave until all of our questions were answered. I called All Seasons on a Saturday evening when my AC stopped working. I received a call from a technician within an hour that said he was not able to come out that evening but scheduled a service call Sunday morning between 10 am and 2 PM. The technician Jim arrived shortly before 10AM. Diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair and within an hour the house had started to cool down. Jim explained what he was doing and was straight forward with pricing. He wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean and even was friendly with our barking dog. PLEASE READ THIS ONE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT A NEW HVAC SYSTEM. I will start by saying that in no way am I related or connected to anyone at All Season CC. I had found them by chance and have been their customer for 5 years since installing a new heating and AC system in my home. Over this time I have always been very pleased with the company and their level of customer service. Earlier this week they went above and beyond. It was the hottest day of the year, and my AC stopped working in the late afternoon. I called All Season's customer service and spoke with Kate who tried her best to help troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Because of the heat wave, all of the service techs were tied up until the end of the next day. However, fifteen minutes later, Scott the service manager called me back unexpectedly. Scott was able to get a technician to come by on his way home that night. Nate (service tech) showed up around 8PM and within 10 seconds was able to diagnosis and fix my issue. Turned out my hot water heater had a tiny leak which had triggered the floor water sensor that All Seasons had placed 5 years earlier when they installed my new HVAC. The water sensor had cut off power to my HVAC. So now I had an emergency situation to replace my water heater before the small leak turned into a huge disaster. Nate immediately worked with Scott to order a new water heater. Surgie and Chris came out the next day and had it installed in no time. This company truly stands by their work. Every one of their staff was courteous and professional. Each one thanked my for being a customer, and they did so with a smile in their voice. It is obvious that they love working for this company. A special shout out here to Kate and Jennifer in customer service, Chris the Service Manager, and to the great service techs Nate, Surgie and Chris who took care of me this week. Over the last 5 years I referred several new customers to All Seasons. This past week's events certainly justifies more if ever I am able to. Thank you everyone at All Seasons Comfort Control. You are truly the best!

Overall great experience. Sales consultant was beyond outstanding. Installers were very knowledgeable & friendly. Needed an entirely new a/c system. They installed an American Standard system in July, 2017 and the performance could not be better. My electric bill went down by 50% in the first month and the house is much more comfortable. They really know there business. Great price...not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they laid out several options and did all necessary paperwork for rebates. Well worth every penny! My only concern is that the emergency switch went bad shortly after the install. Timing of the repair could have been better since it was only installed a few days prior. The initial repair wasn't done properly, but the sales consultant got the problem fixed ASAP. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the company, so I hope any future issues are handled more effectively. Since the install, I did have a heater tune-up and that went very well. Overall, a well run company that I would use again and recommend to friends & family.

We started using All Season at the recommendation of a neighbor when we moved into our house 7 years ago. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and their office staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We immediately signed up for a maintenance contract- they offered several different levels, and we opted for the top level because we weren't sure what we were getting into with the system in our house (it's not the best quality... we wanted to keep it in good condition!). Well, NO REGRETS! We get calls twice a year to set up our maintenance. We get text and email reminders about those dates (and no other spam-type emails!), and we get a text with a picture of our maintenance technician when they are on the way. We've never had to wait around for an appointment, and the technician is always efficient but thorough during each visit. Today we had a visit from the awesome Tarik, who was kind, courteous, and very conscientious of our 'safety needs', meaning that he wore booties and mask the entire time, and kept proper distancing. He was awesome! The visit was completed with a quick signature and a pump of sanitizer, and all was set! I am loving the emailed invoice payment system (though we didn't need it this time bc my contract isn't up for renewal right now). All in all, I give this company a 5-star rating. Horizon’s tune up includes condenser coil cleaning, but All Seasons doesn’t (lists as needed, but tech said cleaning was an additional service charge). Wonder why All Seasons lists this as covered with the $183 maintenance fee, as needed, but the tech told me that cleaning is an additional service charge, and how much, he wasn’t sure of.

We called with a suspected furnace issue. The office dispatched a technician (Anthony Caronia) the next morning (we told them it was not an emergency) who arrived exactly on time. He showed up in full battle regalia (booties, gloves, mask during the pandemic), found the problem in 10 minutes and then spent another half hour answering our questions about the new installation. This appears to be a family operation from the friendliness of the office and everybody in between, including the technicians, but they are running a serious business. There is 24 hour service if necessary, appointments are made by phone or internet, text messages are sent to us as a reminder the day before and when the technician is on his way. You can track his location on your phone. Last year we purchased an air conditioning system with heat pump and a propane furnace from All Seasons. to replace 20 year old units. The salesperson spent an afternoon with us going over several packages at different price points before we selected this installation. His value-added in terms of expertise and suggestions made it an easy decision to purchase from All Seasons.

All Seasons strength is its communication. They are not flawless, and no review should say that about any company. However, they will listen to your input (very important during a lengthy installation), discuss it with the owners, will come out to your home multiple times, and will try to make the customer as happy as possible, within reason of course. Met multiple installers and contact people. Their front line is strong, and friendly, and very honest. Not everything will go according to plan always during a multiple day project, but they treat you as part of the team. That may sound small, but it certainly is not. I would highly recommend this company and their product.

All Seasons did a fantastic job from pre-install to post-install service of our new Central Air and Hot Water Heater. Tim, the project manager, came to our house on a Sunday to talk about the pricing and options. He answered all remaining questions via text at our convenience. The price was extremely competitive and included more (e.g warranty, new thermostat) than we got from competitors. The siding of our house was slightly damaged during the install. After contacting All Seasons, the owner ordered new vinyl trim that matched our house and personally repaired it. It looks better than it did before the install! Overall they do amazing work and we would use them again!

Chris came back a few days later and showed me how to relight the pilot that the wind blew out and thete was no charge. All Season's sales, management and technicians were wonderful during the replacement of our HVAC system. While only the A/C is up and running I'm sure the remainder of the project will go as smoothly as the installation. We are waiting on PECO to connect us to the street before the new gas heat can be working. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite. The new A/C unit is working great during this hot weather.

UPDATE (6/13/2019): I have since had All Seasons service my HVAC twice since my first review. In the first service they fixed an issue with heat temperature. The most recent visit involved fixing a leak in my heat pump. I was given a good price and the tech did a great job and was very friendly. I am glad I stuck with All Seasons after the one negative experience. ORIGINAL: I recently had them service my system that stopped blowing cold air. They were initially unable to find a large leak in my system which caused me to have to pay for the coolant in my entire system twice. I believe that such a large leak should have been found before ordering a dye test. The leak was found and the coil with the leak was replaced, but I was told it wasn't their fault that the coolant drained from the system in the interim (which I disagree with). All Seasons installed my system and I've generally had a good experience from them. Good customer service, fast response time, and polite technicians. The recent experience is troublesome. Before that experience, I'd give them 4 stars. Now I would give them 2.5. I will look at alternatives to service my HVAC in the future, but haven't ruled out using All Seasons again.

Another great experience with All Seasons Comfort Control! Our Crown hot-water boiler wouldn't reliably start, light, or provide heat. I traced the problem to a blower motor that wouldn't start... just sit, whine, and smell bad. Thankfully, warmer weather had arrived, so no emergency. I made an appointment with ASCC, and was visited by Kevin, the same tech who installed our in-floor heating system from my prior ASCC Yelp review. From coordinating the appointment with Jennifer, to the arrival, visit and fix by Kevin, the experience was excellent. ASCC gets kudos for their great online services... I got text reminders, including a photo of the tech who would visit. ASCC was great dealing with Mrs. F, who was at the home instead of me for the appointment... ASCC texted both of us, which is very helpful. Lastly, the technician Kevin listened clearly, replaced only a part of the motor to assure 100% function (less expensive), and patiently explained what he did, and why... answering all questions clearly and with enthusiasm. I've been so impressed, I invested in ASCC's Gold Plan maintenance program. It makes me comfortable knowing that competent people can quickly respond if climate control in my home breaks down. Highly, highly recommended.
