Attilio Plumbing Heating and Cooling are always fast responding, knowledgeable, professional, on time, kind and courteous. They explain everything to you, they are quick to troubleshoot any issues, and clean and efficient when repairs are needed. I recommend Attilio Plumbing and Heating to all of my family and friends. This is a great company to work with and they are fair priced for all services. We have had Plumbing done by Attilio and 8 mini split units installed along with 2 condensers and an old heater removed during the change over. Will & Dale had to rerun a condensate line today. They were on time, clean, quick, efficient, and addressed all my questions with care and careful explanation. I appreciate their time and professionalism addressing our issue.

We have been using Attilio since we moved to the area in 2019 and we have put them to work. They have removed a cement utility sink (from circa 1900) and replaced it with a utility sink, they have diagnosed and replaced a broken water heater, detected a leak and installed a new kitchen faucet, and have kept an eye on our 30+ year old boiler that keeps putting along. They are always friendly, professional, and on time. Our most recent techs, Marty and Will, were excellent and efficient in their work. When we had them out to check our water heater and were told it needed to be replaced, we gave them the go and within 15 minutes our 2 service techs quickly turned into 7 and they slapped in the new water heater and were out of here by lunch. They get the job done. I’ll be happy to keep our club membership as our heater tune up and service discount has already paid for itself. They are excellent at what they do.

Marty and Ethan are an exceptional team. The first time they came out and gave me a diagnosis, options and were very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable booking with them after numerous issues with contractors. They returned today and installed a new outdoor faucet and new washer dryer hookup that I have been unsuccessful getting someone to complete for years. The turn around time for getting the work done was quick despite the holidays. I really appreciate quality work that makes my life easier! I had Geoff’s phone number from a previous job and remembered his honesty and professionalism during the last visit so I gave him a call. Our heater quit on the coldest day of the season so far. Not having a service contract with any company I had called a couple companies and Attilio was the only company to return my call. I was able to get an emergency repair technician out that day. Will was our technician very polite and knowledgeable of our system. Kept us informed and updated on the status of our system. The system was not repairable and had to have a new system installed. They were able to install a new system a day later. The whole team showed up, they were very professional and prompt and polite. A job well done. Cleaned up after themselves and went over operations and warranties of the new system. I would recommend Attilio and Will the technician to anyone who needs either heater repair or plumbing work. Great job team.

Our AC died late one evening during a recent heat wave. Called around to a few local providers and Attilio was the only one who called back. The rep I spoke to over the phone was very informative and explained how their pricing and appointments worked. And fortunately they were able to have a technician out the same day. Will and Brian came out later that day. They were running a bit behind due to a previous appointment but Attilio was extremely transparent and proactively called me ahead of time to let me know. Within 20-minutes of their arrival though, Will and Brian inspected, diagnosed, tested, and validated the problem. Both were extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Absolutely would recommend Will, Brian, and the Attilio team!

Alex arrived right on time, wore boot covers without prompting, listened attentively to my explanation of the issue, thoroughly examined the heater, and gave me lots of helpful information about the system. Marty and Ethan looked at the main water valve to see if it needed to be replaced. They not only looked at the the valve but also took the time to examine the water flow in the house when the valve was shut off. They were so professional and honest in their evaluation as nothing else needed to be done! They did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs or systems!!!!! Earlier this week I had a clogged kitchen sink drain that I wasn't able to resolve with my 25 foot snake. I called Attilio around 7pm and left a voice message requesting service at their earliest convenience. I received a call at 8am the next morning, advising a plumber to could be here by 8:30am. At 8:25 Marty arrived and was courteous and professional from the time I answered the door. He provided his price quote, and immediately got to work. Because of the location of the blockage, it was a bit more involved than initially anticipated, but there was no change to their original pricing. After successfully completing the job, he cleaned up thoroughly, and went as far as to make sure the dirty shop vac didn't track debris through the rest of the house. I would highly recommend Attilio to anyone in the Greater Philadelphia/Norristown area.

I tried to bleed one of radiators and it went terribly south. I panicked and needed a repair ASAP. I called Attilio's after a simple Google search. The woman was wonderful, she explained things clearly to me about the rate and ETA; she was quick and responsive. ETA was between 4-5 and a gentleman named Francesco arrived at 3. He was very professional, quick, left no mess and showed me how to properly bleed my radiator. I greatly appreciate this business because they helped my family in a pinch. Steam boilers are a niche that takes an experienced tech, and they sent Will out within only an hour of me calling for service. He was extremely prompt and professional and had me up and running in about an hour.

I have had a few great experiences now with Atillio through the technician for my house, Dale J. A few items to highlight: 1) They are timely. On all three occasions I had Dale at my property, he arrived on the earlier side of the given window, ready to work. 2) They have the staff to do the job. I have had regular heating maintenance, a circulator pump replaced, and new copper piping running from my furnace with Dale as the technician. In all instances, the work was completed without issue and without the need for follow-ups. 3) The company is big enough to address your needs. They have a large number of staff that are customer centric. Setting up an appointment is quick and easy via email or phone. They arrive on time. In one instance Dale was unsure about the approach to take on my furnace. Within 15 minutes another technician stopped by to discuss and assisted to finish the job on time.

I used Atilio for our HVAC Installation about a year ago and had nothing but good things to say about them. They were very professional and did a great job. I recently reached out to them again for a Dishwasher issue. The service person was running late BUT they did inform us that they will be here 45 mins to an hour later which was fine. Our guy showed up an hour and a half later, googled the error code on the dishwasher and pretty much just said there wasn't anything he could do and charged us the service fee anyway. I did agree to the service fee over the phone but I didn't know he was not gonna be able to help us/provide a solution and charge us anyway. He also said that it wasn't a plumbing issue and that I had to reach out to LG. I ended up reaching out to another plumber bc LG was of no help and our dishwasher is now fixed and turns out it was a plumbing issue!! Attilio did credit the fee for a future service and now I honestly don't know if I will be using them again to even redeem that credit. I wish they gave us a refund instead.

Will was so wonderful now in just fixing the issue with the heater but also explaining to us exactly what the issue is. I always get nervous when an issue like this comes up and worry the repair cost will be astronomical, but Will knew exactly what he was doing, quickly found the issue and assured us it could be fixed. Also we set up a regular maintenance contract with them becuase I've never spoken to anyone who wasn't absolutely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend

After going about a week and a half without hot water and waiting on the home warranty company, Attilio was recommended to us. I called on a Friday morning they were here within two hours and gave me a price to put in a new water heater that day. The guys were clean and curious and it only took them about two and a half hours start to finish. They asked if I wanted to move the water heater back a little bit closer to the wall. During a brutal heat wave, my AC unit stopped blowing cold air, kept tripping the breaker, and I needed it to be looked at right away. Service was very prompt, professional, and reliable. The technician was also very respectful of my home. I've had past technicians for other things come into my home without thinking of wearing shoe covers (!) so I took note of this. Thankfully, replacing the breaker is all that needed to be done for now. When the time comes for a new HVAC unit altogether, I will be using Attilio again.

My old steam boiler was leaking and couldn't be repaired. After having several companies out to look at it and provide me a quote to replace the boiler, I decided to go with Attilio, for several reasons. Their pricing was right in line with what I was expecting, they were extremely responsive and accommodating, they were highly recommended by my neighbors, and their professionalism was top notch. It's clear Joe manages the business extremely well and it's evident that he and his employees put the customer first in every aspect of the project. I had originally scheduled to have my boiler replaced a week out however the boiler suddenly stopped being able to function. I called Joe and he was able to move around their already busy schedule the next day to fit in our replacement install. ATTILIO PROBABLY SAVED MY TENANTS LIFE! I don't normally have heater inspections done, but it was included with my subscription, so I had them do it on a rental I own. Their technician Josh found that the heater was pumping out dangerous levels of Carbon Monoxide! I have a Smoke/CO detector there, but the tenant mistook the beeping for a low battery. I would never have known without this inspection and someone could have died. The old furnace was beyond saving (they had already done a repair to this unit 2 years ago). Chris was helpful on the phone explaining the situation. He promptly gave me a very good price for a new unit with new ducting. They installed it within a week. Now my renter has safe heat for Thanksgiving. She is so happy and most importantly, alive and well. Get your heaters inspected. This past summer they replaced a heat pump system at another house for me. Attilio's price was the best out of three companies by a lot, with better equipment and new copper lines. Their longtime technicial Nick has done a lot of top notch plumbing at my house and my rentals. Get the subscription, it's worth it!

Attilio was just at my residence to install a new gas heating system. The guys did great work. They were very efficient, following proper covid-19 protocol, very courteous, and in and out in a timely manner. The whole process was painless thanks to Attilio Plumbing and Heating. They were prompt with their service and extremely polite. They found a leak quickly and quoted me to replace a PVC flange and drain because they said that it was leaking. The price would be about $850 for the drain and flange replacement, then $750 for a new toilet. It seemed like an expensive repair for something that was not too involved an about $20 in parts so I waited. The next day I poured water down the drain and what do you know? No leak. So I purchased a new toilet for $150 that included a bee wax ring (the part that was actually leaking) and repaired the toilet. I appreciate the prompt service and ability to quickly find the leak (I was charged $150 for this part of the service) but I am disappointed that the quote was so high and included work that did not actually need to be completed. A simple wax ring would have fixed the leak. For this reason I have to rate this as overall a 3 star visit.

4/11/19 - I received excellent service today. The tech arrived within the time frame promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He replaced my toilet and gave me pricing quotes for other items needing repair. There was good communication from this company from start to finish...I called them after 7pm yesterday and left a message, not expecting to hear back until today. To my surprise, they called me back within minutes to discuss my service request. I then received emails and text messages confirming my appointment, text messages letting me who would be coming out to perform my work and a thank you text after the work was completed. I didn't feel hassled or pressured to buy services due to quotas, like I have with another service company in this area (you know the one I'm talking about - it rhymes with Verizon...). This was a much more comfortable experience and so I will be calling Attilio again for service.

WOW. I am blown away by the service we just received from this company. My boyfriend and I suddenly had a leaky pipe above our living room ceiling. We had someone come out and assess the issue, he concluded it was indeed a leak from a pipe and we would need a plumber. We called one service and they couldn’t be out for a month, then we found our way to Attilio, called them and they were at our door WITHIN THE HOUR! Not only that, they fixed our pipe problem within an hour too. Nick and Josh were both super friendly, clear in their explanations and professional. I could not recommend this company enough. 3/28/2021 These folks are off-the-charts EXCELLENT! Had the hot water boiler shut off on a Saturday night [6:05 pm] due to a tripped sensor leaving us with no domestic hot water as well as heat in certain areas of our home. They had a technician in my driveway in less than 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, reset the sensor, and we then had hot water for the rest of the weekend. The technician also scheduled a follow-up weekday service visit for the following Monday to further diagnose the situation to avoid further issues. In today's world it is hard to find anyone as responsive as this. An amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Attillio did a full HVAC replacement and new installation. We had a very old boiler that was on the fritz so we wanted to evaluate all options for a new heater as well as potential cooling options (has radiators and window AC units). Attillio was responsive, friendly and competitive. They gave us a variety of options for heating and cooling based on our house and our long-term goals, including their recommendation. We were happy to get rid of the huge radiators and switch to gas forced air and add central AC. They got us scheduled quickly and were flexible to fit our schedule. They did the removal of all old system materials, installed both the heating and cooling systems and did the drywall/finishing. We have a small old house, so it took some creativity getting the new system configured and they did a great job. We have a toddler and they were incredibly accommodating to organize and clean up each day so we could be in the house after work without issues of our daughter getting into stuff. The project wrapped up on time, even a day earlier than expected. All in all, great to work with, great value, and they were the only company that would do the entire job themselves (no need to get someone else to remove radiators, have to do drywall ourselves, etc.). We got quotes from three other companies. I would definitely recommend using Attilio!!

Working with this company was a great experience! It all started yesterday morning when one technician came out to see a leak on my family room ceiling. He diagnosed it as a leaky pipe under my upstairs toilet. Two hours later, he came back with a team of 4 men to cut through the ceiling to figure out the exact problem. This morning they replaced the pipe. They made a mess, but were ready with their tarps, shoe covers and vacuum! They finished the job and left the house as clean as before they started. I had a radiator pipe leaking (rusted out) outside my house and was pretty much stuck trying to find a plumbing company who could come and take care of the whole job from tearing down the outdoor encasement and then able to work of black iron (steam heat boiler). I had the pleasure of using Attilio Plumbing’s services on two separate occasions. I found them when I saw one of their bright red trucks when I was driving through my down, Bridgeport, PA. Turns out this family business has been in my town for years! It is quite evident that they treat their customers as family. The first time I requested Attilio services was when I got my new house, so around October 2015. Joe, who runs the company, was willing to come to my house after I got back from work to change a toilet and vanity in one of the bathrooms. I was SHOCKED at how efficiently Joe was able swap the items out. He was there for about two hours and that included the time we chit-chatted after he was done. Pleased is an understatement to how I feel about the work that was done. I put his magnet on my fridge for safe keeping. Thank God I had that magnet. About 7 months later, in June, my laundry room sink flooded. The drain could not keep up with the volume my washer would pump out during the cycles. I called the Attilio number around dinner time and sure enough, Joe answered. Boy was I pleased to hear his voice. He assured me that it was nothing catastrophic and put my mind at ease. The next day, again after work, Joe and his colleague Nick arrived right on time. The two of them put on their gloves and shoe covers and hauled in “the snake”. Within 30 minutes they were in and out, they left my laundry room drain flowing faster than a freeway. It has been a true pleasure to have Attilio Plumbing services. They are experts in their fields, honest about their work, and competitively priced. I have already recommended them to family and friends. When I received their mailer offering a discount on their new line of service, HVAC, he even allowed me to transfer the coupon to my mother to use for her annual HVAC checkup as I do not have central air. Amazing experience and quick service. I foster cats and a fearful mama had pulled an air vent out of the floor and was crawling around in my ductwork, leaving behind 3 tiny babies. I called Attilio around 3 and Chris said, "I'll put you in the 3-4 slot. We'll get someone out to you right away." I then received and email and text saying Geoff would arrive around 3:30-4. Once at my house, Geoff removed a patch on my duct, and located a fearful but unharmed cat. He then explained how the ductwork was laid out, how she got there, and her ways out. It took a few days for her to actually come out, but the fact that I could monitor her and get food and water to her meant everything to me. Highly recommend Attilio because they are fast AND they care.

We actually have a heating contract to maintain our boiler with a different company. When the other company suggested an expensive repair on our radiators I decided to get another opinion/quote. Joe/Attillio came highly recommended through a local Facebook group and was incredibly responsive and far more knowledgeable about our type of system (gas boiler/steam heat) than the other plumbers I have worked with. He repaired the radiator for a fraction of the price and came back a 2nd time when the tenant had a concern. Attilio answers its phone and arrives when it says it will. For better or worse, that's already ahead of most of the competition. Nick competently replaced a toilet shut-off valve with extension that had to be "sweated" (soldered) into the floor. The service wasn't cheap, but with a choice between expensive-but-good and cheap-but-won't-answer-the-phone, I'll pick the former over the latter.
