Each time he is here I am able to learn something new about how to improve the comfort of our home. I appreciate their thoroughness and quality work. My heater went out on a Tuesday. The owner Jeff is top notch and was out to our house by Wednesday early afternoon (in the middle of a winter storm) to look at it. He even loaned us 3 space heaters. He was a god send. Jeff went over all of our options, repair vs. replace, and helped us make the right decision for our home. Had we been able to be home, the new system would have been installed that Friday. On the day of installation, Nate arrived bright and early at 8am and worked non stop until 5pm. Him and his team were prompt, professional, and worked their butts off the entire 9 hours. Everyone I have spoken with, from the office team to the techs, have been amazing! I have complete piece of mind now that I have a new HVAC system and a great company in my corner. Complete comfort is A++++. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Mark had some fantastic ideas regarding my HVAC system that none of the other bidders thought of. He was SO helpful. Nate was professional and courteous. He custom built a fitting to connect my existing ducting to my new Air Handler. Anzio was friendly and positive. He installed a new backplate for my existing thermostat that wasn't even part of the bid because he recognized it would be a more stable platform for it. Together Nate and Anzio improved my return airflow by cutting out a portion of the wall and installing a larger register cover (One of Mark's brilliant ideas). They did so with care and used a shop vac during the process so there wasn't a drywall dust mess. Not only was Complete Comfort the best value of the 7 bids I received, but everyone I communicated with there was 100% professional. They went above and beyond to make me Completely Comfortable <3

Oft's Bed and Breakfast

We added a bedroom suite in the loft of our century old carriage house. In getting bids, we were told a mini-spit would not provide enough heat in the winter and we would need auxiliary heat. Jeff suggested it would be adequate. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! This winter the loft and our garage was as cozy as it could be. No complaints from our Bed and Breakfast customers. CC does an incredible job. This last visit was to install a new vent and air scrubber, as well as the winter inspection. Mark did a thorough job of getting me an estimate on the additional run/vent, talking to me about the air scrubber and the pricing was very reasonable. Alex in the office was very friendly and accommodating in setting up the appointment as well as calling me prior to the appointment. Josh did a great job examining the furnace, cleaning everything and changing out the humidifier filter. Zack and David did a great job with the instant and they laid down tarps to keep the floor clean and vacuumed up everything that resulted from the install of the vent. Recently had a geothermal system installed by Nate and Zack bringing resolution to a nearly 2-year problem that had left me without proper heating and air conditioning. Both techs were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with the time they spent here. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the work they did removing the old geothermal unit and installing the new one. One of the things that stood out to me about their service was the promise that even though the work wasn't going to be complete at the end of Day 1, they would not leave me without heat that night. That commitment alone from the owner, Jeff, said a lot about the company and who they are as people in general. They are definitely the real deal and stand behind their promise of "Don't worry, we'll take care of it!". Highly recommitment!! I was having heating issues with my geothermal system and knew it would be busy, because it was the first few days of freezing weather. The answering service was extremely responsive and was told someone would be out to look at it the same day. Within the next few hours, Josiah came and was able to fix the problem. We've been in the middle of a hot couple weeks and perfect timing, our AC starts going out. I looked at a few places, between ratings and availability I requested service from Complete Comfort. Initially it was a worrying week and a half out. We had a lot of fans, no other places seemed to be much better outside of like emergency upcharges and all that so I figured we could hold out with every fan in our house going and all the shades drawn. Within a day I was contacted by Stephanie (I think their receptionist/dispatcher/whatever her actual position was), and she told me they've been actively trying to prioritize people who were having more active AC problems while it's been the level of heat that we'd been experiencing. They called me the next day and got me set up for the day after that (so 2 days rather than like 10~12 days). Josiah came out the scheduled day even though it was getting towards the end (more likely past) of his work day. He unfortunately couldn't do much that day, but that's more because of the circumstance of everything being frozen over. He managed to come back in less than 24 hours after giving it time to thaw and gave me a very detailed rundown of all the things wrong or could be wrong, gave me the options we had, and his professional opinion on what would be the best course of action, which was far from the most expensive fix. He took a lot of time, showing me everything he was doing and seeing; some of the stuff I understood, some, I definitely didn't, but he still took the time to walk me through it all rather than doing something and handing me the bill at the end. He even walked me through all the preventative things I can do on my own to hopefully avoid any future issues. This step alone means so much as a homeowner, someone taking the time to show me how to take care of my house, not just charging me to fix the issue at hand. This review is probably longer than most will read at this point so I'll end it now. TLDR: Really great experience with a company/crew that treated me like a competent homeowner/individual and not just a client.

Good grief, they removed their shoes when they came in. That's the attention to detail they show in all their work. I posted that 4 years ago so it is time to update. Josiah was by today to perform the semi-annual check-up on the geothermal unit they installed many years ago. As usual, the work was done competently and courteously. The work is checking on readings and operation; changing filters. I vaguely remember once they found a reading that was off and fixed it but mostly the check-ups are quite humdrum. Quality product. Thanks to Complete Comfort my geothermal system is operating as it should again. I called them specifically because of their expertise in geothermal systems. It all started weeks ago when my system was not operating correctly, I called another company, I told them I had geothermal and yet they sent out a tech who had no experience and was untrained. He was lost and ultimately just checked a couple of things and called another tech to ask for answers. He ended up assuring us that everything was operating as it should(wrong). I will never use that company again and I regret calling them as they were not worth the cost of the service call. After dealing with the system for a few more weeks I finally called Complete Comfort - what a difference. A person answered the phone (didn't have to leave a message and wait for call back). An experienced tech was sent over (Chad) at the first opportunity, the same day ! I received excellent communication from Complete Comfort, including text messages (with a photo of the tech) to confirm my appointment and let me know the tech was on his way to my house. He arrived promptly (even 5 minutes early) and was very professional. He had a company "uniform" , wore a mask the entire time, was personable, his tools were well organized, and he knew what he was talking about; overall a very professional technician. "Paperwork" was all done electronically via tablet and I got copies of everything via email. He was able to diagnose my system issues within MINUTES of arriving. He put in the order for repair parts and explained everything in detail. He told me someone from the office would contact me to set up the return trip appointment. Sure enough I got a call with the parts estimate and a delivery appointment time. Again receiving excellent communication throughout the process via text and email. I got a 2 hour window for an appointment time, and Chad arrived slightly early. He had the part replaced and the system running again in very short order. Since I had signed up for the maintenance plan (how could I not, with such a professional company) he also performed a cooling check and system maintenance including a new filter while he was here. Throughout this entire experience Chad knew his way around a geothermal system, it was obvious he has training but also EXPERIENCE. In 20 years of owning 2 different geothermal systems, Complete Comfort has provided the best, most professional service we have seen - BY FAR. Another important thing of note is that the OFFICE people (in this case Alex) are very professional and knowledgeable. They serve as the support system for the techs in the field and the techs rely on them for those "paperwork" answers. They are also the lifeline who connect with the customers in need of help. Last December, a few days before Christmas our furnace went out. It was 30 years old and we knew it was time to replace, but didn't think it would happen so close to a holiday. We called multiple companies. Some of them were so rude, but when we called Complete Comfort they were so kind and sent someone out right away. We made our choice and they had a team in there the same day! We had heat that afternoon. They came the next day, which was Christmas Eve to finish up. I waited almost a full year to post my review as I wanted to make sure we were getting everything done correctly and we weren't running into any bumps. This company went above and beyond my expectations and made sure our toddler didn't have to wake up and tell us he was cold. I do feel bad because they always left cards with the technicians names on them and I don't have them as I write this review, but they were all fantastic!

Unfortunately my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. YIKES! Another local (Omaha) company diagnosed the crack and I received an estimate from them for a replacement system, however there was no break down of "this is what you're going to get for your money" if you will. I contacted a few other providers, including Complete Comfort, and I'm so glad that I did. Complete Comfort was a joy to work with, Mark was very polite and patient and answered all of my questions (which can be a lot!). Ultimately i went with their bid and again, so happy that I did. Honestly over the past 35 years I have had three different HVAC companies work on my home systems. After our heat pump stopped heating back in November I called three companies for quotes. Complete Comfort was recommend to me by a family friend. Jeff came out next day and gave quotes for Geothermal and air to air heat pumps. After getting quotes from two other companies Complete Comfort was by far cheaper then the other two. After talking with Jeff several times we decide to just replace our heat pump with a newer better model. Jeff and team was able to come out and replace all the duct work and heat pump within two days. There was an issue with the way my basement was setup, but Jeff informed me of the change and it would take another day (2 days instead of 1). In January I called back because one of the rooms lost heat . Jeff and team came out fixed the issue and added a supply in another room for me. He took care of my furnace (Fan) issue back on Tuesday, 1/26/16 and I was fortunate to get him again today, Saturday, 6/13/20 to diagnose my AC and replace the Capacitor. To be transparent I did call a competitor this morning, left a message and the recording said I would hear back within 30 minutes. Didn't happen within 45 minutes so I called Complete Comfort (from the sticker Jalen left on my furnace last time;), got their answering service (Branden) who took my information and transferred me to Stephanie - who hooked me up with Jalen. I'm sticking with them moving forward and will recommend for my friends and family too. BTW - the competitor did eventually call back about 90 minutes later and left a message saying they wouldn't be able to make it out until later in the day (if I wanted an "emergency" trip) or not until Friday for a "regular" appointment.

Also checked thermostat, filter and provided, via email, a PDF of all the readings and settings they got. They replaced a switch in the AC unit to prevent possible failure in my ancient unit. Also removed all panels on the AC unit to clean the coils not just spraying a little water in the sides through the panels. All in all a much better job than the company I have been using for the last 9 years.

Josh came over for a maintenance check on our 14 year old system in a condominium. Between us my wife and I have owned over 12 different houses ranging from northern Minnesota to Florida. If the heating isn't important the AC is and vice versa. We have dealt with a lot of good HVAC people and Josh is clearly one of the best. He explains things very well and when you ask him a question he gives you a thoughtful answer. My wife and I both have allergies and we have heard from all our furnace people that the expensive air filters are hard on your furnace. We talked about this with Josh and he explained air scrubbers. It wasn't a hard sell but it made sense and we were happy to have him put one in. He also showed us pictures of the heat exchanger in our furnace and gave us his opinion that in four or five years it might be time for a new furnace. It let us know exactly where we are with our aging furnace and that's a good thing to know with winter coming on. ...Anzio, Nate, and Zach installed a new Bryant AC and heating unit in one day. They worked hard and the installation was much neater than the installation that was done when our condo was built 14 years ago. It is a hot day in July and they had the new AC working by noon and they added everything else with the AC working. These guys seem to really know their stuff.

He was very punctual, thorough in his work, and very personable in explaining everything he did during the routine furnace check. What stood out most was Josh took the time in providing me the customer w/the option of having our Trion Bear Filter replaced w/a cost due to the filters averaging $30.00 a pop or keeping our clean filter in the unit. This was above and beyond in my opinion as he could have simply replaced and charged us the labor and filter cost but he chose to do the right thing in giving me the option to make this decision. Since the filter was recently installed it was put in incorrectly by Me of course and he showed me how the filter should go into the furnace air intake unit. We kept our existing filter in place since we'd just put it in and all was well. I have worked with the people of Complete Comfort for many years. Throughout the building and maintaining of the business client relationship, I have to tell you that I love these guys and gals. Why do I love them? Thats easy. They are nice down to earth people that offer respect, timeliness, knowledge, and reasonable solutions to the issues of equipment lifespan and doing what is right for the customer. They discovered a broken pipe through a furnace inspection that not found could have had lead to my death through Co2 Poisoning. I had the symptoms but didn't associate the sickness to a broken furnace pipe. They helped me through the process of picking the new unit that was perfect for my homes needs and put a priority on the installation of my furnace during the cold winter months, it was done ASAP, no broken water pipes or any other issue arose because of the super quick timeliness of the new units installation. I even have a new AC unit picked out to match the benefits of the furnace but the CC Boys encouraged common sense in the decision making process and said there is no sense in fixing something that isn't broken. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to do good by the customer rather than upsell a function or appliance that isn't needed at the time. Based on my personal experience working with Troy, Jeff, Joel, and all the other awesome employees forgot to mention. Our outdoor AC unit went out on a very hot day. I called that morning to schedule service and they had someone over by noon, despite the busy day they said they were having. James was the one that did the repair. He was very polite and timely, and the price was very fair. He checked the refrigerant levels and took measurements at the furnace, which a lot of other companies would find an excuse to charge for and he didn't. We even chatted for a while about problem and some of the goofy things I tried to do to fix it before calling for service. I brought the hose around to the backyard for him to spray out the unit. When he was finished, I went out to find the hose was rolled up and put away nicely, which is a pain because we have to bring it over the fence and around the house. He didn't have to do that. Definitely using Complete Comfort for future service.

I had originally called another company to come out and take a look a my furnace. They told me that my blower motor was done and had to be replaced that alone would cost $613. They also told me that my furnace was not in good shape and estimated that I would be spending another $3000 in the next year on some other repairs. He said that the furnace looked to be in good condition and that it just needed the blower motor replaced. Technician was at our house within 15 minutes of calling. He was polite, and was friendly with our dogs as well. He completed the repair and cleaned up in a little over an hour. The price was extremely reasonable. They'll be the ones we call from here on out.

I had used some other big name companies after moving into my house in 2011. Our HVAC system was installed in 2001 and was a 1999 model Carrier unit. While it was getting up there in age I felt like it was still well maintained and since it was a dual stage unit I wanted to get a few more years out of it. Over the past couple of years since using the big name company I was really turned off with the cheap in the door special only to have the company want to nickel and dime me for certain cleaning things. Things like A Coil cleaning etc you name it. Since then this winter I developed a paranoia around the system that I knew was running too frequently I turned to the internet for advice, who recommended I get it checked out. Enter Tom from Complete Comfort. I went with Complete Comfort because of the good reviews on here. I figured if I was going to get nickeled and dimed I had some other bids of a complete system replacement and I have replaced things from HSI starters/flame sensor wires etc so I was prepared for the worst and I might as well chose a good rated company. My fears were quickly subsided as Tom's knowledge of my model was impressive, but just in general more impressed to see the things that were missed that Tom caught. I really was so paranoid about certain specifics that I missed things that could make my house more comfortable. For example when we moved in I had change the water pad in my humidifier. Shortly after I had that big company inspect my HVAC system and since there is an inspection tag next to the drain line I figured it was checked and it was working fine even though I was suspect since it used very little water from the drain line. Tom caught a plugged line, which would have been caught had the humidifier been inspected instead of just the drain line. Also my feelings about the system running too often? The system never would enter a 2 stage mode. While everything from burners to blower motors can be cleaned Tom actually took the time to diagnose a low pressure gas line and made adjustments to my thermostat to give me warmer air and that 2nd stage comfort. So now I am typing this review in COMPLETE COMFORT. No more waking up in the middle of the night to basically count the cycles in my head or worrying about the system running short cycles. My house is warmer, I imagine the equipment will run better, my wife is happier that I am not hovering around the thermostat. A clean and check with this company was probably one of the better decisions I made this winter. In fact I should have called years ago. I am confident when it does come time for a complete system replacement everyone at Complete Comfort will treat me the same way Tom did.
