Taylor came ahead of the quoted time by a few hours. Our cooling system had not been working properly for a couple of days. I had called on Thursday they were at the house by Friday morning about 10am. He took before and after pics and explained exactly what he was doing to clean the outdoor unit. The after pic is mid way through the cleaning. After cleaning the unit he did a full diagnostic check of both the indoor and outdoor AC unit to ensure all was working properly. He was polite, professional, and educated us about maintaining our unit better. I was extraordinarily pleased with the service.

Where do I begin? These guys are absolutely the best! My heat went out Thursday night, Nick was at my house almost immediately and diagnosed the problem and recommended a full system replacement. Mike came out the next day and had a look and suggested a system that would fit my house and update my 52 year old furnace. ( I got the good out of it.) the crew arrived first thing Monday morning consisting of Nick, Terry, Joe and Dez and they busted their backs tearing apart the behemoth that was the old furnace and replacing it with a brand new two stage system that brought me well up to date. Listen I don’t normally brag about companies, but Apollo will have my business for a very long time. Terry, Nick, Joe and Dez were so of the hardest workers I’ve seen. They would not leave my house until the system was installed and I had heat. I look forward to working with them in the future, and I can’t wait to use my new AC system come this summer. Thank you all for all the amazing work and the extremely quick response. I’m forever greatful. Make sure you look at the pictures! These guys know how to fabricate and make some amazing duct work!

We contacted Apollo to have a whole-house humidifier installed. Taylor and Chase arrived promptly to install the humidifier. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Speedy, service the same day I contacted Apollo. Scheduler was pleasant to talk with. 30 minute heads up before the tech arrived was appreciated. The tech Taylor N. Arrived and got to work, he was pleasant to speak with, seems very knowledgeable, thorough, and completed the tasks reasonably quickly. Didn't sell me parts or service I don't need, offered a yearly maintenance plan but wasn't pushy when I declined. 100% will use Apollo again based on this interaction, it was a good first impression.

It was -45 with the windchill and our heat wasn’t working. We have a new baby and I was so nervous we wouldn’t find a company who could come fix it the same day. Thankfully once we told them what was happening Taylor was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He and Chase were friendly and honest about what was going on. He explained everything so it made sense and respectfully. They had it working before they left, and returned with a new part for the furnace quickly. They also informed me on some products and services that would help our air flow. I can’t say thank you enough, especially since it’s the holidays and we did not have to be such a priority. Grant arrived on time and he was very courteous. Grant put his shoe covers on before entering the property. He informed me that My furnace ,a two stage, had never actually gone to the second stage due to the fact that the original installers had not flipped a switch on the motherboard. Two technicians (Taylor and I believe Mike) performed the work at my house. Taylor did the technical work on the unit while Mike did the administrative work on the tablet. They were both very efficient, professional, and courteous. Taylor performed the diagnostic tests and explained each step along the way. He showed great patience while answering my questions. He explained some of the common faults with furnaces and some of the elementary fixes. He was very thorough without being to technical with his explanations. Our ignitor went out on our furnace on 1/18/23. They were so caring and prompt. So nice to have heat in January. We were discussing thermostats and Lucas said I can show you a couple and install it same day. Two issues fixed in one day. Lucas was very prompt, helpful, polite, and professional. Apollo was able to respond same day when my furnace stopped working (on the coldest day of the year). My house only got down to 57 degrees before Lukas arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes and got my furnace limping along for the night. The next morning at 8AM Nick installed the replacement part to fix the issue.

I was contacted by Apollo about an HVAC system check special. They had a service tech in the area, we live in a rural area, so they would be able to do it the same day. That worked out well for me. Apollo had installed the system, prior to our putchas of this house, so they already knew what the system was. The young man was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Another company troubleshot my problem to a thermal expansion valve, but they wouldnt get the part for two months. I contacted Apollo to see if they had the part in stock, and they did. Grant came by the next day and instead of just replacing the part he wanted to troubleshoot the problem. He spent over 20 minutes watching my compressor fan spin, walking me through his troubleshooting process. The extra time he spent led to the discovery that the motor was bad, it siezed up right in front of us. He sourced the part and drove down to pick it up and changed it same day. What the other company couldnt figure out in 4 trips Grant did in one with just some extra time spent.

After a no-call, no-show from another company, I contacted Apollo for a routine furnace check. They were able to get me on their schedule in a very reasonable amount of time and called several times to confirm the appointment and let me know the estimated arrival time of the tech. Jay (the tech) arrived early and got to work right away. Our simple check ended up becoming an all-morning appointment which I felt horrible for, but I'm so thankful they do such a thorough job and were able to get our furnace cleaned, fixed, and ready for the coming cooler temperatures. Jay also mentioned a couple of other things that would be beneficial to our home (prompted by our conversations throughout the morning), but he wasn't overly zealous/pushy, which I completely appreciated. Overall, a 5 star service from start to finish! We will definitely be using them again!

Apollo was one of four quotes I obtained for replacing my home's air conditioning system. They quoted me almost $2000 less than another Omaha area company for the same exact system. They actually weren't the cheapest quote of all four but I went with them because they offered Lennox brand equipment at a fair price and their employee, Dylan, was most helpful in explaining everything. I was also pleased to be able to negotiate a longer warranty on labor, getting better than I asked for. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the day of installation, one or more of the Apollo employees that were working on my unit were smoking near my open windows and the smoke blew into my house. As a non-smoking home, I found this unpleasant and wish they hadn't been smoking, at least in an area near my open windows. Otherwise, everything went well and I would recommend Apollo to everyone! An update to this review: Dylan from Apollo called me after this review to apologize for the less than 5 star experience. I was very impressed to see how much this company cares about the customer experience. Thanks for reaching out, Dylan!

5 Stars is not enough stars for this company!! It starts from the top all the way to the guys who come to do the install. I called Apollo after hours hoping to get a quote for a new a/c and heater unit. Josh answered and was able to work with me over to get a rough estimate and then came over right afterwards to take a look at our old unit/setup. His quote from the phone to in person was so close I couldn’t believe it. Compared to all the big name companies in the area they came in less as well. He also had guys here the NEXT DAY to install the new unit, as our old unit went out that same day. We were shopping around knowing we needed to replace it and it finally died completely. Terry and Scott were amazing at installing all the new equipment. Fixed the mistakes and brought back to code from the previous install over 22 years ago. Both Terry and Scott took time to talk through stuff with me to make sure I knew all about the new unit. They asked multiple times if I had any questions and gave pointers on how to keep the unit efficient too. I can’t say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone!!

Though it is too early to say how well everything is working I do want to take a moment to say how impressed we both were with the installation crew and the equipment installation. The entire crew was courteous, caring and kept us informed. They were well informed of all the information we discussed including the previous duct popping discussed. They gave us a review of everything they did, proper instructions and future expectations. Certainly a credit to Apollo and Dylan who sold us the system. Update-We have now had our new Lennox system for about four months. Mason was just here to verify operation of the new system for our upcoming air conditioning season. Again, courteous, professional and explained all things well including future expectations. Would highly recommend Apollo HVAC and Lennox. Update (4/24/23)-just had Apollo clean our ducts and they did a great job. On time, professional, cleaned up and completed when they said they would. I would highly recommend for duct cleaning. Also had Dan P complete our spring inspection. Dan was very courteous, prompt and represents Apollo very well.
