They were able to send a tech to our house in 30 minutes after the first call. Our tech - Francisco, was VERY informative and helpful regarding our issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an urgent consultation/diagnosis. Francisco was super friendly, professional, and beyond helpful! Daniel came out the next morning and was also greatly informative and helped us find the root of the problem fast!

Drabek & Hill/Mr. Comfort did a great job fixing our plumbing issues. Our bathtub drain had been clogged for quite a while. We had called another company with the word "Hill" in it, and they told us it would require busting out our bathroom and would be over $8000. We didn't have that kind of money, so we spent the next year and a half pumping the water over to our bathroom sink to drain it every time we took a shower. But then our kitchen sink started backing up. So we called Drabek and Hill/Mr. Comfort and they sent Ronnie. An hour and a half later and roughly $365, Ronnie had both the sink and the bathtub flowing freely! I will definitely be calling them for any future repairs!

Our hot water heater went out at 10:30 one evening. We called and a real person answered (even at that time of evening). They promised to call early next morning and they followed through. By 5:00 the following day, the replacement of the hot water heater was finished! So appreciate the speed of getting this job done!

My family has used Drabek & Hill for HVAC service/maintenance for decades and recently began using their plumbing division (Mr. Comfort) after our previous plumber retired. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experiences! Not only does the main office communicate well with customers, but the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Cory B has responded to our 2 most recent plumbing emergencies, and he’s nothing short of outstanding! He provided a very fair estimate for the necessary repairs before beginning, and didn’t think twice about addressing an additional issue that we mentioned in passing while he was fixing the primary reason for the service call. In fact, we’ll be requesting Cory again soon once the shower fixtures that he recommended arrive.

My A/C went out on Monday so I called later that evening and got a call back within 10 min. They called me Tuesday morning to setup my appointment. They ran a little behind, but they showed up at 5pm. Michael immediately diagnosed the issue which was an easy fix. A blown capacitor. He was very polite and did a good job on fixing the issue. Price was decent. He even sprayed down my outside vents around the unit. Very professional. He had our A/C up and running in no time after it being 86 degrees in my house. Would definitely recommend them.

The tech that was sent to fix my AC issue was a journeyman that has been in the industry since 1985. He knew exactly what he was doing. I told him what issues I noticed, and he was able to diagnose everything quickly. The most impressive part of the day however was that the company had multiple people running around town chasing down a blower motor and then delivering it to my house so it could be installed that same day. So we’ve got a company that shows great teamwork, and a knowledgeable tech that is top notch and super cool. Oh yeah, the job was done correctly the first time, everything is warrantied, and I absolutely notice a difference in how the system cools. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided, and would absolutely consider hiring them for future jobs.

Had new outside AC unit installed due to bad compressor. They were able to do it on Sat morning rather than the first estimate of the following Tuesday. Temperatures were in the 100’s so the Sat installation was greatly appreciated. Very happy with the installation crew. One “small” item that says a lot about the company….they needed to replace the triple A batteries on the thermostat but there weren’t any on the truck. I told him that I had some AAA batteries at my other house and I offered to go get them. After not hearing anything for a while I asked what about the batteries? He said that’s all right, I called the office and they’re going to bring us some. To me that says a lot about customer service. He could’ve just as easily had me go get the batteries but he had the company do it. “Small” item but much appreciated!!

I told Daniel my story about the last person who came out in April to service our A/C and that something just felt off. Anyway he check our unit and found the problem and fixed it and told us our unit needed cleaning something the other company was supposed to do when they serviced our unit. We called Drabek & Hill for a plumbing issue. They have serviced my Heat/Air unit for years and I've always been pleased with their service. So when my plumbing leak happened and I had heard they now did plumbing, I called them. They were out within 3 days (the leak was not an emergency). Ronnie was the service tech they sent out. He was great. In fact, I thought it was going to be a bigger issue than it was. He diagnosed it as something much simpler and easier to fix. He answered all of our questions and was very easy to talk to. He did a great job. We even had questions on another issue. He talked to us about our options and was terrific. So, next time a need a plumber, I'm calling Drabek & Hill back and asking for Ronnie.

While your estimator was very polite and competent, I decided to go with a competitor whose estimate and product was very similar. The deciding point for me rested with how the two estimators approached my door and reacted to the sign on it. I have a good sized sign posted on my front door instructing visitors not to enter without a mask. One estimator looked at the sign and immediately went back to his car to mask up without needing to be told to do so. Your company estimator went ahead and rang the doorbell ( the sign is at eye level for most people and hard to miss ). I opened the inner door and slowly and deliberately put on my mask, as they watched (there were two of them). I then actually had to say 'You guys need to put on masks'. Your estimator then immediately (and without attitude, thankfully) went to retrieve his mask from the truck. The other guy stayed in the truck. It is a small but important distinction.

I had a hot water tank put in, they worked very hard to get that tank in a small area. They were very professional and kind. They worked several hours doing their very best. They came back the next day Mr. Joel and his helper, I don't remember his name. They went above and beyond what you normally see done, they had to modify by making an opening and putting a door above the door to the hot water tank, so that they could work on top of the tank. That was very creative and they did what they had to do to get the job done right, I appreciate this company I had service with them 30 to 35 years ago, that's why I called them back for this particular job. I was advised of the technician’s name, photo, and brief history prior to his arrival, which added a sense of security and familiarity. Both men arrived on time and worked together until finished. The process was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with their level of knowledge and confident of their skills. There is a limited amount of electricians in the Okc area that have been trained and certified to install the Tesla equipment. The unit must be programmed to Tesla upon completion to insure proper installation, and to receive software updates. This was part of the service provided by the company. Dreabek & Hill has the top ratings in this area and were able to install weeks ahead of other companies, additionally they were willing to accommodate my schedule to insure completion of the unit prior to the arrival of the Tesla. Both service technicians were professional, friendly, highly skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. The cost was better than other companies as well. Job: installed Leak Detection System Install time: 4.5 hours Professional. Technicians uniform was clean and proper. Work area, floor and under cabinet area was carefully draped and covered for spills and debris. Tech carefully cut the drywall out for the installation. I was impressed there was no damage to any of the surrounding woodwork or cabinets with all the tools he had to use. Worked was done in a timely manner. Wow. Guys. What can I say? I’ve had excellent service in the past. Really excellent. Will probably still call Drabek when the sewers explode. But today I made a mistake. I asked for an estimate to have a water heater installed. The plumber who came was great. Seems like a wonderful guy. The system for the call outs is great, sends a message with a picture of your plumber and some personal information and all of that. Really nice. And the rates for the work are also not bad at all, about $150-$250/hr is a solid rate for plumbing. I’d pay that day and night. But when you tell me the brand and type of water heater you’re making the estimate with and I look it up retail and still find your price to be $3,000 higher. . . There is a problem. Not with me. With how you are doing business. People need to be able to trust you. This is very disappointing.

Alonzo checked the freon level in my unit and found it to be empty. Told him I figured that but thought y'all would do a leak check and possibly repair the leaks. He went back to the shop and brought a leak detector, found leakage in my EVAP coil and said it most likely would have to be replaced. He set me up with Bryan to give me options on replacing. The only option offered was replacing the entire system for $9100. Both nice guys and and good service. Just steep on the price so I'm gonna buy a unit and install it myself. Thanks!

We appreciate Daniel’s promptness and experience in checking our HVAC and teaching us how to take care of it. He even fixed my hot water pressure - I have asked every plumber who came out about it and finally gave up.
