Got here fast. Fixed the unit fast. Polite and skilled service. The owner worked on the system and managed to smile even though it was a very hot morning and an emergency call. We were in a bind and he was very helpful. Reasonable price for service.

After having another company come out and tell us we needed to replace our entire furnace we thought it best to get a second opinion. Pullen came out and fixed the problems that past techs had caused and informed us that our furnace had plenty of life left in it. The tech Josh went above and beyond, I would highly recommend Pullen AC to anyone.

I called Pullen to diagnose a loud rattle in my HVAC system. Sam was very courteous and knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. He gave me an honest assessment of the system and helped me determine a plan of action for repair and eventual replacement that fit within my budget at the time. Recently had my entire system replaced (including ducts). Consultant did a thorough job sizing my house for the proper unit. Questions were answered promptly in person and over email. Install team was courteous and performed the job with a high level of quality (from what I can tell looking in the attic and how all the news ducts were run). Overall, very pleased.

Company is easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they can be flexible to your needs. Systems work great and are installed correctly the first time. The men they have installing equipment are extremely nice and courteous. Happy to answer any questions you might have. I am a builder of 16 years and started using Pullen Ac about 4 years ago. They are professional and knowledgeable. I first met them when they came to fix another local Ac contractor's mess. The owner Eric is fair and stands behind his work. I won't use anyone else on my homes that range from 600K to 1.6 million. I only wish I met them earlier!
