After several calls to other places One Hour Air scheduled us an appointment and we had someone at the house in under 2 hours, on a Sunday. Josh was amazing! Professional, a wonderful technician, and such a pleasure to talk with. He was able to immediantly diagnose the problem and tell us what we needed to do. We were extremely satisfied with the his service and the price of repair. You've got a loyal customer in us now and we will absolutely be requesting Josh again, if available. :) Thank you!
