We had a home standby generator installed. The workers (Alex and Sean) who installed the equipment were professional, on time and very helpful answering questions. They also cleaned everything up when done. The customer service at the Harvey Louisiana office was not very good. You hardly could get ahold of anyone, or they wouldn’t call back. It also took them 4 extra weeks to get it installed when we were quoted only a 4 week wait. I would rate the workers at 5 stars and the office service at 1.

Excellent service with great explanations of what needed to be done on my a/c and heating maintenance call. I was not pressured to do any additions, repairs or cleaning to my system. I chose to have the following done in addition to the seasonal maintenance: blower cleaning, installation of a surge protector and installation of a compression booster. Before and after pictures were provided, and he showed me the location of everything he did. Islam even showed me some maintenance tips to make the unit last longer! I was very satisfied with this service.

From the beginning, it was a wonderful experience! Alexis was friendly, and professional and set up my appointment. She let me know EXACTLY what to expect and asked if I had any questions. Then Ray came for the appointment on time and was again friendly, polite, and professional. He asked what I wanted, knew exactly what my laundry room light fixture needed and offered me CHOICES as to what he could do and the price it would entail. He then suggested something to make my life much easier whenever the electricity goes out. I absolutely loved my experience with this company and will definitely use them again!

Technician came out promptly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He performed a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system. He kept me apprised of his findings and determined my immediate needs. The outflow drain was clogged and water had leaked onto the floor. He was able to clear the drain line and discussed his further findings with me. He assisted my daughter (homeowner) in setting up a consultation regarding services needing to be considered. I would recommend this Technician to anyone. He did an excellent job. Professional Knowledgeable Personable.

Jeremy and his team were terrific to work with on our generator installation. They were efficient, conscientious, friendly and kept us informed through the entire process. They did everything in their power to keep the yard in as good of condition as possible since rains had made the installation challenging. They cleaned up everything and hosed down sidewalks and porch. These young men are a credit to your company and we appreciate all that they did to make this go smoothly.

Not only did Mr. Jeremy come out and fix the issue with the air conditioner but he also installed a UV system to clean and disinfect our system. He was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I liked that I was called and texted with a picture to identify the person coming out to my home. And I was called and informed as promised 45 minutes prior to the visit. He was quick and efficient too!

I had electric outlets installed in my garage. I finally have a garage that is functional. Jason was very professional and he did an excellent job. He was a very nice guy. I was surprised and disappointed at how expensive it was to have the outlets installed. I'm satisfied. The job was completed the same day and well done.

He was able to go get the parts and repair the heating system that same day. I will definitely use Keefe for all our AC or Heating needs in the future. I can’t say enough about the experience with Carlos and Brad. They were professional, courteous and respectful of the property. They kept me up to date during the installation and removal of old unit. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. They spent the time to explain the unit, the thermostat and provided all the documentation. Very impressive work and team
