I totally recommend using this company. J went above and beyond to make sure that my 98yr old dad’s heating system was repaired properly, and in an extremely timely matter. He even installed a new thermostat. My dad’s unit is an off brand older unit, other companies would’ve probably just opted to sell me a newer unit instead of looking for parts, but J found the parts. Kuddos!! The Pricing was really good also. I felt for the amount of work and great service, pricing was very reasonable. Thank You Marin’s Heating and A/C♥️

Great service. Phone calls answered and returned PROMPTLY. Industry standard pricing. Friendly staff. Living in SE Louisiana, AC is a must. And when my AC started blowing hot air, I knew the heat that was outside was encroaching on my private space indoors!!! And it was time to make a call. Mr. Marin and his staff were swift to assess the situation and render a solution. A day after the call to Mr. Marin he was replacing and repairing components on my outside AC unit. Severa hours later and my space was onceagin COOL & I was ahappy camper. What was most pleasing about this situation is even after the repairs, Mr Marin checked in with me to see if all was well. Thanks to Mr. Marin, I'm not inside a sweaty house and I am once again comfortable.

I feel like there needs to be a rating system that exceeds 5, and much of what Julien does goes well beyond what is expected as a professional and highly responsive individual. I contacted him about a heating issue and he stated that he'd be able to come by the end of the day, and in the worst case scenario, tomorrow. He called back within 15 minutes, because he had to wait on an order for a later job, and "he was just in the neighborhood". His responsiveness is excellent, and his ability to problem solve is impeccable. After years, I still highly recommend.

J Marin is the best. He has to be one of the most honest HVAC contractors in business. My AC went out this summer, and since my unit is older, I was prepared to have to buy a new one. It was just a fuse. My furnace went out this past week, and I was prepared for the worst again, but it was just a simple fix that took ten minutes. If you know nothing about HVAC like me, then you can trust that J Marin will take care of you like family.

I highly recommend J. Marin Heating & Air Conditioning. They came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am glad that I called. They were friendly, professional and responsive. I did not have to wait long for a call back or for service, which is very important when your A/C goes out in the summertime! They were able to accurately diagnose the issue with my unit and rectified the issue relatively quickly. I was so satisfied that I recommended them to fix my neighbor’s unit, which they were able to get to in a matter of days, despite their busy schedule and the weather we’ve been having. 5 stars!

J. Marin has been the best experience I've had while working with someone doing repairs on my house. He and his crew provide high-quality work at a fair price. He and his crew are incredibly professional, genuinely nice, and J. takes the time to explain what's going on with your AC. My experience: I called J. after my AC broke down. He came by immediately, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He told me he would be by in the morning with the new parts to replace everything. He was there at 8 in the morning, repaired my AC, and called later that night to make sure everything was working correctly.

Our air went out on a Sunday. I called several people but J. Marin was the first one to call me back. They were not able to come out same day but came first thing Monday morning. Very happy I went with J Marin for my heater repair! They went through the extra time to thoroughly investigate multiple components of the issues we were having and had us up and running in about an hour. They even came same day sparing us another day/night in the cold! Highly professional, fast and efficient, honest and transparent, affordable, AMAZING customer service! I recently purchased a home and bought a brand new 5 ton unit for the house. I hired an HVAC company to come out and install it but it never worked properly. I called J. Marin and explained the situation in depth and voiced my frustrations because I wasn't able to live in my brand new home because it was air conditioned. They came out the same day to assess the situation. He explained that the first company did a very poor instillation. He took pictures and explained the situation in depth until I understood. He explained that he would have to uninstall the entire unit and reinstall it because it was done so poorly. I trusted his assessment completely and appreciated his diligence in showing me proof of the issue. The next day he arrived on time and he and his team corrected the issue. He explained his prices to me and his services are so affordable. I am so beyond grateful for his service. I slept at home for the first time because of their diligence. I cannot say enough kind words about this ac company and their owner. I would never use another company. I am beyond grateful!

Julian has saved our life. It's a long story, but we had recently remodeled our home and everything about the HVAC system was wrong and our heat was not working efficiently. Julian tireless did a stop gap fix to make it working while spending hours and consulting numbers others to make a custom solution. He outlined the work thoroughly and reviewed the scope with us. He and his crew arrived in time and completed the worker earlier than originally planned. His price was extremely fair for the quality of work and scope of the job. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Julian has serviced our HVAC for a second time a few days ago, and continues to be honest, comprehensive, and speedy. There was an issue with the blower and before he created a diagnosis, he relentlessly searched for problems that may have been linked to the miscommunication between the thermostat, the blower, and our AC unit. When he determined that the blower needed to be replaced, he gave us options and was transparent about specific parts, costs, and projections. He did a great deal of research on our obscure HVAC unit and tracked down a dealer that could provide us with a top-notch product. He ended up traveling close to Baton Rouge to purchase the part and it was installed before 4pm...he initially responded to my call at 10am. I was allowed to watch the procedure as he completed a pretty intense job without a crew in the most efficient matter. I'll continue to refer to him, and recommend him throughout the community.

We owe Julian our lives. We thought we had a simple wiring issue with our Nest unit, but it turned out to be much worse. Julian and his crew sought out the problem, turned out our whole a/c unit was old and busted. Julian was able to walk us the through whole process of getting a new unit and installing it. He even upgraded our roof venting system. The whole crew was friendly, worked very hard, and used safety precautions. This was top-notch service that we would recommend.

I highly recommend J. Marin. Obviously, we were in need of air conditioning repair. J. Marin showed up punctually, diagnosed the problem, and went the extra mile of driving to a shop for parts though the proprietor was not answering the phone. Marin repaired the ac in under two hours, charged a fair price, and was personable throughout. Our ac has worked perfectly since Marin tended to it, and so it may be awhile before we need to turn to him again. Not only did they demolish and remove my 25 year old central A/C system, but they engineered a new design for increased efficiency and air flow and still came in under my other quotes. I selected them to do the work based on the number of stars and they did get us up and running the same day. I do question that the price kept changing during the process. In the end, it may have taken them longer, so I was okay initially. However, I also asked for a quote to replace the furnaces and was told it would be 2 days later. It has been 2 weeks at that time I wrote this review. Be cautious

I had an A/C problem in the middle of June and it was 98 degrees in the apartment. Marin's company was the only one I could find (I called about 10) who promised to come out the same day. They handled a frustrating problem with the outside unit that was located on a roof four stories up! Very professional and very reasonable price. Fast, clean, polite. They are my go-to guys now.
