Very professional and very thorough with the installation of my generator. They took pictures as they went along to document everything they do from day to day. Tony A. was a pleasure to have on my property and trusted him while he was there. Will definitely be contacting them again to do more work for me for my rental property. They were awesome! I just wanted to point out how great they were because most people today tend to only post the negative things and I had no negatives with this company. Highly recommend. Most definitely a 5 star company.

If there was a 10 star option, I would give this great company 10 stars. From the time I called for an appointment for an A/C estimate, until the install was complete, it was nothing but professional service. I have several rental properties in the New Orleans area, I will definitely be using H&E again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone needing any of their service!

I have been dealing with this company for a few years for twice a year maintenance. I decided to do a bigger job and got my ac ducts replaced. I was well informed of the process and the price was reasonable. Kane and Justin came out to do the work on Friday and they were very professional. The work was also quick but they did inadvertently do something that caused the ac to not work. I did have to go the weekend without the ac but they came promptly Monday morning to resolve the issue. I would still give them 5 stars because they did a good job and were polite and professional at all times. I would definitely trust this company for all my ac and hearings needs.

I am VERY pleased with the service I received today! First off, the technician- Justin B - showed up on time and I especially appreciated the text to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional. He showed me photos along the way and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend H&E Comfort Services, and especially the maintenance contract! He went over and beyond instead of just “cleaning coils” and giving a thumbs up like most HVAC companies’ preventive maintenance serviceI feel good knowing my heat will kick on without issue when it is needed this season. Many thanks to Justin for his impeccable customer service!

I am writing to thank two of your employees who came to my assistance on November 15th. I understand that their names are Brandon Eschete and Rashad (I did not get his last name). My daughter lives in the Park Timbers subdivision in New Orleans. On November 15th, I was visiting and watching my daughter’s dog, Lucy, when she jumped the fence in the back yard. I am 70 years old and I have to admit, I can’t run as quickly as I used to. I ran up the street to try and catch the dog calling her name. I saw one of your trucks on the street and without hesitation Rashad jumped out and asked if I was looking for a big black dog. He showed me where she had gone and then he started to try and corral her toward me. She ran past me and just then, Brandon opened the driver’s door and called her. Surprisingly, she turned toward the van and jumped right over Brandon to the passenger seat! Brandon then offered to drive her back to my daughter’s on Yosemite Drive. I cannot express how much this kindness meant to me. My daughter would be home the next day, and I was so worried that I was going to have to tell her that Lucy had run away. These two employees saved my daughter’s dog and me. I just want to say that these two men deserve so much recognition because they went above and beyond that day. Your company should be very proud of them. Please let them know how much this meant to me.

My apt was set for 10am-12pm and they called and asked to come earlier and they came at 9am. Very professional and very thorough with the inspection. I contacted Haley Nieto from H&E comfort services to set ip an appointment. She was quick in her response and was able to accommodate me for the day I needed. If this is the customer service you get from just the scheduling part of it I can’t wait to see the actual job being done. All in all I’d give this company 5 stars across the board. My I stall went about as smooth as I could hope for. The installer trey went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed even while running into complicated issues he still delivered top notch service . I will be a customer for the rest of my life thanks to his dedication and customer service can’t say enough about the dispatch team for keeping me in the loop the whole time and for the manager Wendy for addressing my concerns as well. Updated on 6/14/22 I can’t say enough things about this company ac went off today due to something minor called in to see about servicing the unit within an hour they had someone out and fixed the problem. I can’t thank this team enough for all they have done if anyone is looking for a quality company look no further

I had a wonderful experience with H&E Comfort Services! Ms. Jolie Lewis in the office was friendly and helpful, and Mr. Sam McGallian, the AC technician, was outstanding! They were professional, customer-service oriented, and respectful. Sam took pictures of every concern that needed to be addressed, and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what needed to be done and the costs, and then showed me pictures of all the completed work. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and I would recommend him and this company to anyone!

When my home warranty company sent my ticket to H&E, I was very skeptical because home warranties are notorious for using low quality companies. That was not the case with H&E. I had so many preexisting issues with my house in conjunction with my AC system and H&E was there with me every step of the way. They came out every time I asked about an issue and they came up with creative solutions to address my concerns. The professionalism and kindness shown by the office staff and technicians were the best that I have ever experienced with a home systems company. H&E Comfort Services we’re recommended to me by Entergy to install a Smart Thermostat given to me from Entergy. James McCallister, their tech literally saved our lives. He found the pipes and flues were not attached correctly, thus leaking gas exhaust into our home. The previous maintenance companies we used did NOT check thoroughly enough. H&E repaired and replaced all necessary. When I had a concern/question about the instal, reps from the company came out the same day to check and explain my concerns. My husband and I THANK THEM!

All the employees and owner put the customer first. As they travelled to my home they give you a tracking map to let you know where they are. Well that's just a little thing. Every person I dealt with from the owner to the installers and the salesperson and the office manager went out of their way to make sure they had a happy customer. Wendy ( the office manager will make sure all your questions are answered. Employees are what makes a difference in every business. I assure you that you can't go wrong with H & E Comfort Services.

Our situation was tricky! We moved into a house that had some questionable electrical design. And we were also working with a Home Warranty company (that's another story). With these two challenges from the gate, H&E Comfort Services delivered excellent 5 Star service! The Owner Launey was honest, reliable, professional and very friendly and has definitely made sure that his team including the father son duo, Adam LeBlanc Jr. & Sr. are as well. My regular a/c guy was out of town so he called a friend and asked if he could take care of me ASAP. Lester with H&E Comfort Services out of Belle Chasse called right away, we set up a time for him to come by and he did. The fan motor was out and so they located one but the company had to bring in from Slidell so he said he would contact me the next day. He called at 9 am and had the part already. He came out and changed and I am up and running again. The amazing part is he didn’t charge for his service he said my regular a/c guy would contact me if there was a charge. Professional through and through. I would highly recommend.

Friday afternoon, uptown NOLa, temp mid-90s, it's 3 PM and your AC goes out and you're leaving the next morning (SAT) for trip out-of-town for 2 weeks. H&E dispatched Lester and another tech who arrived at 4:30 PM and worked to past 6 PM (on a Friday) to get it working. Now a fan for life. Great work at a fair price. Much appreciated.
