we have used this company, with excellent service, for over a decade...however, had some issues with the latest servicethe installation of a new unit. first of all, the call center did not send a text or make a phone call to let me know installation team was on the way...secondly, the installation team apparently cut a hole in the refrigerant line and a second person had to come and repair it and set up the thermostat. Upon arrival he finally figured out the installation team crossed wires at the HVAC and at the thermostat. He worked hard and for about 3 hours getting everything to work properly and did a wonderful job. Kudos to the serviceman last on the scene (Shannon I think was his name). He deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication to satisfying the customer.

I can’t tell you what all he did! What I do know is, Shannon was THE BEST I’ve ever had regarding checking my 3 units!!! He checked everything very thoroughly and I so appreciated how thoroughly and professionals every unit was checked. Since my children are grown and moved to other places, it is so refreshing to have someone who cares and gives his very best! Shannon is extraordinary and I feel very safe with my heating for the winter season and the forth coming summer! Shannon was a gentleman, kind and gave his best. Your company is Blessed to have him! After several years years of using a different company, I switched to One Hour Heating & Air last fall. Have had positive experiences. They actually show up and they say they’re going to show up and the techs have all been professional. Just got my semiannual service done by Kevin and he did a great job. I used Benjamin Franklin Pluming In Cookeville TN. We had a leak in our water line in the basement on a Saturday morning. I was given a arrival time over the phone of between 2-5pm. but we were pleasantly surprised that our technician arrived only about an hour or so after we made our service call, He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and we were going again worry free. It was pretty expensive for what was done I think, but it was a Saturday call and I they were out here promptly and got the job done, so I am overall very pleased with them and will use them again in the future.

They also clean everything inside and around the unit. The professionals who come are very pleasant and offer helpful advice in keeping the system running smoothly.

He impressed me so much that I signed up for their "One Hour Comfort Club" and decided to get my plumbing repairs with this same company. Tanner and Michael came and replumbed my entire house. I've use the 3 companies to inspect my Electric/ A/C / & Plumbing to make sure there's no problem, or one that needs to be taken care of before it creates a major repair. We've been very pleased with their work and upfront honesty in cost and necessary. I had a GFI outlet I my kitchen which began to pop off starting 30mins, then, 15, then wouldn't stay on. They found the pblm and immediately corrected it and checked the rest of the outlets. They were also able to stay to replace a ceiling fan. These guys are GREAT 👍!

Thaddeus did a great job today and got me fixed replacing the blower motor in my HVAC into, which had failed. He kept meet informed and did a great job. He tried to install it the day before but there was an issue with the programming on the new motor. He was able to get this resolved and came back out to complete the job. Always have good service with this group.

Our heat went out on a 30ish degree day. We desperately called several places. A neighbor suggested Mick at One Hour, and they were able to come out almost immediately (several hours later, and we’ve still not even heard back from the other places). Jacob was our technician and he was so professional and thorough. We needed a new motor, which he was able to find in stock in town. He went and picked it up and came right back and got it installed, along with several other maintenance issues he was able to resolve same day. He truly went above and beyond! Thank you one hour!! They went above and beyond to make sure our wires in our house were compatible with our new wifi thermostat. An additional wire needed to be fed in order to use the thermostat that we wanted, and one hour put everything in place. They are always on time, kind, and professional. I am writing on another experience with One Hour - My 15 year unit went out and the team came out next day to replace it. Had a small issue with the condensation line pumping outdoors resulting in shutting down the system - Dale Runner, a One Hour superstar, came out at midnight to fix the problem, unfortunately my old pump was not working anymore, so 7:00 AM that morning, Dale showed up again with a new pump and fixed the problem. In this competitive environment sometimes the only difference is service. Everyone can price a new unit etc, what's important is the service after the sale. I have to highly recommend One Hour and specifically Dale - Job well done!

Had a great experience with One Hour. After coordinating service over the phone for an emergency AC issue on a Sunday and given a 4 hour window, they arrived early within the first hour. The tech, Gabriel, didn’t have a mask due to an earlier mishap but he was okay with using a clean extra mask we had on hand. Once on the job, he worked quickly to resolve the issue, making sure to explain the problem and the solution. Professional with great customer service. 5 stars.

Been using these guys ever since they came to the rescue one winter when the heat went out. They are always professional, their pricing is fair and they don’t try to oversell you on a bunch of things. They have even helped me out with changing some smoke detector batteries on a high ceiling and fixed one of our gutter downspouts that they noticed was misaligned. It’s nice to see that some companies still value customer service and that is definitely reflected in the way the employees treat the customers.

An outside frost proof faucet was installed last year by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and before the 1 year warranty expired it became almost impossible to turn it off completely. First off- they send you a pic of who is coming out. Then he got here early, but called first to see if it was ok. He checked everything and gave a detailed report of findings and recommendations. Great improvement. Would highly recommend.

Our heating unit wasn't putting out heat, so we called One Hour Heating and Cooling. They promptly sent Matt out to our home in Franklin, and he diagnosed the problem as a dirty flame sensor that wouldn't allow the burners to light. He fixed it quickly and we were so pleased with him, that we signed up for their Comfort Club for both of our HVAC units maintenance in 2020. We've lived in our home for over 20 years and completed a renovation in 2019 - which included a whole new HVAC unit + new ductwork, purchased from and installed by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Nashville. Their product and work was top-notch! Just today, Nathan Dingess (One Hour technician) came out to service our unit for spring - just a check-up. He inspected everything, including the ductwork in our crawlspace, and found that part of the ductwork had lain in rainwater that had seeped into the crawlspace, and had absorbed the water - so it had to be replaced. As soon as I said "go", Nathan was back under the house, removing the wet ductwork and replacing with new, and strapping the ductwork up off the ground to avoid any future mishaps. No scheduling another day/time to do the repair - in the space of the allotted check-up time, he had us up and going, with our HVAC ready to take on the heat of the upcoming summer. So grateful for One Hour AC!

One Hour Heating & Cooling was a life saver! We lost our AC on a Sunday at 3pm and called 4 AC companies, none of which even bothered to call me back. You would think when a company that claims to be 24hr and knows there is an infant in a 90 degree home they would care a bit. Jewell claimed they were "paging the on call tech" whom never called nor showed up. Monday morning I found One Hour on google and called. They managed to get to us eariler than scheduled and troubleshot the unit fast. The tech explained our options clearly and was very fair. Noone wants to pay hundreds for repairs unexpectedly but when you are treated like a person it's less of a sting. They had to order the part overnight but promptly got it installed and running the next day. Thank you One Hour!
