If you are in Mt Juliet, Hermitage, or Old Hickory you must use this company. He's fair, honest, and affordable. As long as I live in the areas he works I will call Mike for AC work and I will tell everybody that will listen to do the same. It's hard to find guys like Mike these days. I randomly found him almost 3 years ago and called on a freezing Saturday. He wasn't working but came out anyway, climbed on our two story roof and found the issue within an hour (mistake by roofer) and he didn't charge me. I never forgot that. So when my AC when out two days ago I was happy I still had his number. This time I happened to live just outside his work area but being the guy he is he offered to come out anyway, at 7 pm, to look at the unit! He was there within 30 min, found the issue, got lucky on finding the part he needed at the supplier and installed it a day later. All that in two days when Hiller had me on their schedule for the soonest appointment on the 18th. To look at it! Not even fix it! It's nice there are still companies and owners like Mike out there!

Mike installed a new unit at my parents house in Hermitage and did a phenomenal job, so when ours went out in Hendersonville he was the first call. He showed up without even mentioning that he doesn't service Hendersonville typically, but he wanted to help us out. Mike did everything possible to get our unit running cold until it could be replaced, even installed a piece of equipment at no charge to us, in attempt to Band-Aid it. When determining that the unit needed to be replaced, he told us he honestly couldn't fit it into his schedule for weeks, but wanted to pass the business to a well respected man that lived closer to us so we could get a new unit faster. Came to my house (40mins) and passed a 8k+ sale off to a respected friend. I couldn't say enough about Mike and how he runs his business. If I lived in the Mt. Juliet/Lebanon/ Hermitage area, I wouldn't waste time calling anyone else. Hard to find good people these days, so I hope this helps someone weighing who they should trust with a costly home expense.

Our AC at the house went out 2 days ago, Mike came out yesterday to diagnose, then he and his team were here first thing this morning and had a new unit in in under 3 hours. During the diagnosis, Mike was as nice as could be, and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and our options. Once we decided to go with a new unit, we scheduled the install for the next day. He and his team were on time, and his guys' professionalism and personality were on par with his own. They were all polite as could be, and mindful of our home while coming in and out. There is absolutely no reason to use the big chain companies. Support local small business by giving Mike and Mt. Juliet Air Care a call!

This is a trustworthy company. I rarely take time out of my day to write a review, but Mike has serviced our AC for the last couple of years (it's old!) and he has always been straightforward and honest about what needs to be done. You can feel confident that you aren't getting ripped off. I absolutely recommend using this business.

Mt. Juliet Air Care and Mike are simply AMAZING! I will NEVER do business with any other company. Mike is kind, sincere, honest, prompt, fair, and takes great pride in his work. He walked me through each step of the process, which for me as a non-technical type of person can be un-nerving. He made me feel totally comfortable with the process. I had my entire system converted from gas to electric and he did a wonderful job. Thanks Mike for the awesome job and a great new system in my home!

Mike is amazing! Very honest, professional and trust worthy. Our AC went down on a 80 degree day. Mike was there within a day, looked and fixed the problem. Didn’t try to up sell us on a new unit or replacement parts to upgrade. Simple found the problem and fixed it!

Just had a new heat pump package unit installed by Mt Juliet Air Care Inc. This company repaired my 22 year old Trane three years ago and kept it running until it finally gave out for good after I had hired another company who came out over and over but never really solved the problem. Great system for a great price and excellent quality installation. Problems were discovered during install that required some additional repair to existing duct, which the techs showed to me and explained how they could fix to reduce my power bill. Very professional and cleaned up like they had never been there, fully explained everything, just all around excellent ! Highly recommend !!
