My AC was working but not very well and then eventually the pipes froze as the temperature heated up. Saw Mike recommended in a neighborhood app. Gave him a call and was able to get to my house the next day. Showed up when he said he would and got everything fixed (unit low on Freon) quickly. Will definitely call again if I have more AC maintenance needs.

After reading countless reviews of how good Mike’s service is, we called him to look at our upstairs AC unit today. Everything was top notch, upfront and honest. Highly recommend and will be using him for all our AC needs. He is local to Hendersonville and gallatin so worth it to support a local quality business.

We woke up on a Tuesday morning and it was 58 degrees in the house. My fiancee had Mike's number from a service call they had made to her former employer. A tech was here within 2 hours of my call and replaced a faulty valve in the outdoor unit. 2 days later I noticed a slight gas odor and called back. The tech was here within 30 minutes of my call and replaced the valve - it was bad off the shelf. Very friendly and prompt service at a very fair price. I certainly recommend them and will call again with any HVAC needs.

Mike installed a central HVAC for us recently. He arrived on time as promised to give us an estimate, then arrived promptly when he said he would to install the unit. The entire team was efficient and highly professional. They were obviously very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Moreover, they were extremely nice and cooperative. The unit is precisely what we needed for this area. It is quiet and keeps the temperature as we have it set. The entire experience was most satisfactory and we highly recommend Mike’s HVAC. When we need maintenance on any of our units, we will be contacting Mike.

His crew was scheduled to start at 7AM and they showed up a exactly 7AM. The unit was exactly what we talked about without any add-ons. First off, customer service is phenomenal. I got their number from a friend and I could not be happier. My A/C went into shutdown mode on the 4th of July. Did a little digging and my homework and brought what I saw to the owners attention via voicemail. He called me back in 10 minutes on a holiday. He told me he’d call me the following day with a time to swing by. Called me on the dot and gave me a window. I made sure house was somewhat comfortable while we waited. My techs name is Chance and he was very professional and given what I told him, he shot out a possibility upon seeing it for himself and he was correct. Installed new capacitor, checked my pressure readings and wrote me up. My house when he showed up was at 88 degrees and upon finding and fixing the problem my temperature as I’m writing this is going down to it’s comfortable setting. I think because Mike’s has a small dedicated outfit of techs he is more willing to get out to you to repair in a very suitable time frame. I was quoted a time frame of 6 days by another company that’s larger and open 24hrs. Thank you Chance and thank you Mike’s Heating and A/C.

When our a/c wasn't cooling properly, I started calling anyone who could come out in our very small open time frame, or we would have to wait 2 days until our work schedules allowed. Mike came over within the hour and had me fixed up in no time. Our small freon leak could have been a major problem since I have heat-induced asthma, and I would not have been able to sleep. He didn't try to push me into any extreme purchases, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company! I only wish they were licensed to fix everything home-related.

Mike and his crew were very responsive when I called. My old unit finally died and they came out that day to check it out then had a new unit installed the next day. Had one small issue that night and they came out that night after 7pm to correct it! Over and above service - will definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends.

Mike took the time and instinct to diagnose and uncover the problem beyond the usual culprit for a blower motor that pulsed off and on and eventually quit. Surprisingly, it wasn't the motor and delightfully it wasn't a massive expense. And besides, cats love Mike.

Our A/C unit died and I feared it would need to be replaced. I called Mike's and they came by the following day. All that needed replacing was a capacitor. They replaced it and topped off our coolant. The guy that came by was super nice, professional, and didn't rip us off. I highly recommend them and would use them again in an instant.

I'm the owner of this company and this is in response to the review by Muro Luvmi. First off if your not happy with our service please call me and I'll refund the money for your service call. Second, I think that you must had misunderstood because we NEVER tell a customer that needs freon how much it will take, there is no way to know how much it will need until we charge the system, we always tell the customer that it could take, or might take as much as ?? Also you claim to had called out another A/C company for a second opinion and they say "Nothing was wrong? So my question is, Why did you call an AC service company in the first place if you AC was working fine? Finally We also never tell any customer that we are the cheapest on anything. I don't want to be the cheapest, I want to give our customers the best value.So please give us a call so we ca address your concerns, Thanks for your time Mike Forester
