I have used this company for quite some time. I was initially introduced to them through my home warranty. M&A came out to clean up the work of another company. I have used them since. Very thorough and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing! I am one who wants to follow and ask questions. Allen- was very patient and didn’t mind me asking questions to make sure I understood my system! This company is highly recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I called at 4:30 PM, they were out by 7:30 A.M. the next morning (as promised) and completely repaired my system by 8:15 (with the parts on the truck). Great service and price. Highly recommend!!!!!

M & A is awesome! They scheduled a service call for the same day that I called them. They are a distance away, and the local companies in my immediate area don't even come out on the same day! Cole did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable. He had my ac unit working better than it did when it was new! I will definitely call M & A again!

Great service providers! A very nice sounding lady answer my call for help as my family and my self woke up to a 86 degree home. 86 may not sound hot to you but I like to have it so cold I could hang meat in the house if I was into that kind of thing. M&A’s office works scrambled to get me on the schedule ASAP. I understand I’m not the only customer they have but I sure did feel like I was. Guy came out in clean uniform and got straight to work. Came to the door and told me parts would be need to fix the problem. He also told me that the parts store had the part and could fix it today. Duh I said. Fix it. Sure! Needless to say I’m back in my hoodie in the middle of the dog saga of summer. 5 stars

I would recommend M & A HVAC without any reservation your heating and cooling needs! Additionally, and specifically their technician Cole, really did a fantastic job in restoring our a/c, which had been down for quite some time due to other companies' incompetence. Cole and Megan with M & A have gone above and beyond in getting our a/c working again, and not only working, but making sure it's working properly. Cole, on a Friday night, at the end of a long work day, came back to resolve one more issue we had and that's what I call excellent customer service!

Highly recommend this company, very thorough from the inspection to the install. Had a lot of issues with the warranty company but that had nothing to do with M & A. They were so kind to come and install unit on a Sunday due to our daughters asthma, thank you Megan and the techs for all you have done on this job, we appreciate all your hard work! Great company!

Great experience. They recently came out to do a Home Warranty covered repair on my freezing up A/C system. Ashlee got to me the day after I filed my warranty claim, got here when he said he would, and even fixed a problem he found on my other A/C unit that I didn't have the service call on. Definitely highly recommend them based on my experience.

Our central air conditioning unit quit working and our home warranty company set a service appointment with M & H. I was pretty nervous after reading some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance since this was the company that the warranty service said could get to us the quickest—and with 90+ degree temps, I needed someone fast! I am glad that I did not take the negative reviews at face value. Our experience was incredible! Daniel and James arrived exactly when they said that they would. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem quickly, they also took the time to give me tips on keeping our unit working well and lowering our energy bill! These two young men are HVAC Rock Stars! Also, the office staff person I spoke with to confirm the appointment professional and kind! (I am sorry I cannot remember her name—I was pretty miserable when I talked to her because it was so hot.) I could not have asked for a better all-around experience.

Cole was great! Very personable and answered lots of questions. He had run out of the refrigerant our unit needed, but rather than make us wait for another call, he went and got some and got us fixed up within the hour. Very easy to use our home warranty, too!

Despite it being a 3 day ordeal I'm still giving 5 stars as Cole did a great job and got my unit blowing harder than it has since owning the house. The first tech couldn't find the issue, so we ended up enduring a 19 degree night with a 20 month old child. The part had to be ordered when Cole came out the second day but he at least knew what needed to be done. It is hard to get anything but a voicemail when calling but Megan was usually quick in responding back to me. I understand that this is likely a very busy time of year (early march) and I'm very glad to have my issue fixed. The timing of these things happening are never opportune, but these folks did the best they could in the quickest manner and I'm very happy with the service. Thanks!

M&A was very quick to respond and address my AC concern. Their tech Cole called me, asked me several questions, and fixed my issue while I was out of town (I could control the thermostat from my phone). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company repeatedly. Very friendly, professional, and courteous.

Had a bad experience with my home warranty but Megan at M&A took the time to call me and ask what she could do to make it a better experience. That is looking out for the customers best interest. I will and would recommend M&A to anyone. Not to mention the tech was fast and got my air working!!!

M&A is an amazing company. There are a lot of companies that only want to sell you a unit. They come out and explain the initial issue, fix it promptly and do it all with a smile. That's great service. I definitely recommend M&A for any HVAC issue.

Great company. I’ll definitely recommend them. Fast, friendly, and reliable. My air was not working in the middle of summer with my newborn at home...they came out quickly, on time and fixed the problem right away. We haven’t had any issues since. Cole was very efficient on calling me and coming out in time to get my AC running. He was very honest with what was wrong with my AC. I knew what he was talking about when he explained to me the problem, although, he didn't know my father worked and retired from a duct and insulation company putting in AC's. So thank you Cole for your continue work and honesty.
