Just wanted to give a "shout out" to Jennifer and Andrea who were on site for the tequila tasting at The Tasting Room in Smyrna, TN. They explained all the different tequilas being offered, histories, and answered questions. These two ladies were quite adept at getting folks involved and keeping us entertained…pretty much the “life of the party”. So props to these ladies for doing such a great job representing your company.

Delivered a load there this morning. The gentleman in receiving was very respectful, efficient and professional. Got me into a door as soon as he got to work and unloaded in less then 15 min. I wish more shippers and receivers had this same level of professionalism when it comes to getting drivers back on the road and making money. I can’t recall the gentleman’s name, but whoever comes in at 4am on the morning of the 29th really needs to be recognized. It’s hard to find good employees, and especially ones with great attitudes when they are welcomed at the gate at 3:50 in the morning. Keep him around. He will be good for y’all. Look forward to being able to deliver here again. Thank y’all!

As a truck driver, signs are very important. There is no "truck entry" or "deliveries" sign out front, I passed the place my first time because it was dark. There weren't any lights on, for me to see if I could fit in the gate before I turned in. The space was a little tight for a 53 foot trailer and a condo size cab but I was able to make it work. Only complaint is the lack of signage for 1st time delivery drivers.

I am not speaking about the company I am talking about one driver. Lipman truck 80 in tullahoma on 10-01-20. The driver for about 5 miles was no more then 2’ from my bumper the whole way. Was practically pushing me down the road and through the red lights. He should really take the driving test again.

For truck drivers delivering product; No overnight parking. Entrance drive has no sign. Very tight yard. They are pleasant and will unload you in a reasonable time, but again the yard isn't designed for a 53' trailer with ling wheelbase OTR tractors.

From i65 s exit 87 right On brick church pike road in about. 0.8 miles at the light make a right in to (driway is located right at the light) come all the way back its last building after amazon. stop at the gate.use intercom. Unload takes around 45 min no parking after unload. Plenty space to maneuver. loves and ta is located in 3miles

No signage at the road, easy to miss , I did got turned around at school up the road , turnrightto industrial park at woodfolk Rd light ,up the hill follow signs past Amazon to Gates, Rec office by door 1, no sign on door

If you come in before 8am, it will be busy with the company drivers getting their trucks ready to go out for deliveries. Also these drivers are impatient and in a hurry to go out, and may get attitudes.
