Helton's has been a pleasure to work with. The crew is always incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. We've had other, much larger HVAC businesses out to our house over the years who simply want to sell you a new unit, at a ridiculous price, rather than trying to actually figure out what is wrong. Tyler always goes above and beyond when he has worked on our units and provided some advice on how we can prolong our units lifespan. Highly recommend Helton's.

This is a family owned business and you can trust them to take care of your needs. I had them install a new Heating & Air until a couple years back. Now have them out twice a year for tune-up/maintenance so my warranty stays valid. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. They are very honest and will shoot you straight. I have used many other companies in the past and this is the one that I now recommend to all my friends.

Just the absolute best company and people- David is a magician when it comes to fixing anything hvac and then some. They treat us like family. My unit is the best . He fixes my houseboat unit on the spot and services our lakehouse heat and air in about five minutes. The company and it’s people are unparalleled. Love them!!!

Helton’s Service Company is a great company, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler showed up at my residence shortly after I received a call that the technician was on his way. He was very friendly and helped explained to me what was causing my AC unit not to cool my home properly. He even suggested a different air filter to keep the home cooler. I would highly recommend Helton to anyone looking for AC repairs or maintenance.

Heltons Service Co. provides the best service from start responding to initial work order request to the finish installation of a unit. An excellent experience. Some contractors can't answer their phones in the time it takes Helton's to come out a service a property. The were easy to schedule, arrived on time, and when they were here they worked hard. They got the unit working as best they could with items on-hand, and made plans to come back and service it back to "full health" once they'd had time to learn the system and knew what they'd need to bring. I would absolutely recommend them to someone needing HVAC work.

We had a fantastic experience with Helton’s and David. We had a larger company came to look at our HVAC unit; they determined it was frozen and stated they’d return the next day to fix it after it defrosted. They took our service fee and never returned to finish the job, nor did they answer or return several calls and voicemails. My husband reached out to Helton’s at 8:30 am several days later and by 10 am they had our unit back up and running. David and his staff were professional and friendly. I cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are!

My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he’s come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters 😩). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

We have a had two good experiences with Helton's. The first was at the height of the summer heat and they worked as fast as they could to get our problem diagnosed, acquire the part, and install the new part. Considering the amount of business they had at the time we were please with how quickly they remedied the issue. Today we called at 8:30 in the morning regarding some leakage and the issue was fixed and preventive measures taken all before 10:30 AM. So helpful, friendly, and professional.

I used Helton's to install the heat and air system for a new house I was building. They were very professional and did all the work to my specifications. The gentlemen that came to my home took time to answer all my questions and showed up exactly when they told me they would. During the planning stage of my home I researched and got quotes from various companies. Helton's price was very fair and there were no hidden charges when I received my final bill. I wish this had been the case with all the contractors I used. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Helton's for several projects over the last five months, and I have been very pleased. My wife and I moved to Nashville from New Jersey, and the condo that we purchased needed plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Being from out-of-town, I had no knowledge or connection with Helton's, but I called them because their website indicated they could address the three areas above. They were also recommended by Crye-Leike Realtors and had an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They have since installed a new HVAC unit downstairs, vent fans in the crawl space, serviced the upstairs HVAC, corrected electrical and plumbing code violations, and installed new thermostats. The technicians are knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, professional, and reliably on-time. Scheduling is quick and efficient, and their prices are competitive. I recommend them without reservation.

WOW. The best prompt service I have ever had. !!!!!! I called on a Sunday to get my air conditioner fixed. And the owner of Helton’s heat an air responded immediately to the call was at my house by 9:00 that morning. Very reasonable on rates. One can suggest home town services are are to find !!! I will always use the service in the future. ESPECIALLY because I had called several places before finding Helton’s service and the response from one company was couldn’t fix my air conditioner until TUESDAY. I SAID NO THANKS. CAN YOU IMAGINE AS HOT AS IT IS WAITING. TILL TUESDAY!!!! AGain HATS OFF TO DAVID HELTON WITH HELTONS HEAT AN AIR I AM GREATFUL FOR 24 HOUR SERVICE THAT YOU PROVIDE.
