I was very impressed with the young man who worked on my heat pump. He was very polite. I’ve been using Haskins for a long time. I’ve never had a problem with them or the technicians. They are very professional and polite. I will continue to call Haskins anytime I have a problem or need my unit serviced.

Here is where these guys earned a 5 star. They have been out to my place 5 times in the last 3 weeks with 3 different techs all seemingly knowledgeable. Now I’m always suspicious of service companies , especially trades like HVAC that I’m being taken for a ride - and make no mistake my spider senses were alert with these guys too. However, I can say these guys have held their own in terms of professionalism and taking the time to walk me through their diagnosis and repairs needed. As customers we always hope they get it right the first time, but reality is it doesn’t happen. With that said, these guys will do you right and take care of you when appropriate- whether it’s 1 or 5 calls out there, you can feel good that you are being serviced by solid technicians, responsive customer service, and very fair pricing.

I highly recommend Haskins. We have used Haskins for years. They are always incredibly responsive, accommodating, professional and candid. When our heat went out in the middle of the winter, they had a tech at our house, same day, within an hour. They helped us work with (read: battle) our home warranty company. They have maintained our units and are always quick to respond to any issues. We’ve never had any problems with the work they have performed. Years back, we had a seasonal service plan through the leading chain in our area, but have since cancelled. In our experience, Haskins has better prices, faster response times and better equipment than the big chain companies (we’ve price compared jobs). We will only use Haskins and are quick to recommend them to everyone.

They had a very good price and I got quotes from multiple businesses. They were by far the lowest and seemed the most professional and knowledgeable out of the technicians I talked to as well. They had given me a quote the same day I called and once I agreed they had it scheduled for installation within the same week over Thanksgiving week as well. The 2 technicians were professional and courteous and did an excellent job with the installation and answering my questions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everything was excellent.

Highly recommend!!! Got a text with the technician's picture and the time he would be there. Rod showed up exactly on-time. Rod was professional and courteous. I was so impressed by the level of care and detail. While he was there, I asked if he could look at another issue with something complete different than what I had requested service on. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it to. I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received. I recommend Haskins Heating & Cooling to everyone.

Haskins quoted me 1k less than another company to replace my AC unit. The installers, David and James, were polite and finished the job quickly (replacing both heater and AC unit, testing that they worked, and cleaning up all took about 6 hours). They cleaned up after, and you wouldn’t even have know they were there, expect for the shiny new AC unit. Definitely would recommend!

We had a great experience having two air vents relocated and a natural gas line run the length of our house. The crew was polite and friendly! They worked long hours to get the job completed as quickly as possible. We will definitely use Haskins H&C again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Haskins has always done a good job for us. Installation of current unit was great and service has always been good. Rod comes by yearly and checks my unit and seems very thorough, I have been very happy with the overall service which I have so far received.

We recently had Haskins install a zone system in our home for a preexisting unit, to allow for better control between our basement and main floor living areas. The job was handled very professionally and when completed performed just as we wanted giving individual control of each floor. The install included additional duct work, vents, control center, and 2 new ecobee 3 lite thermostats. The ease and flexibility of the new system controls have been great for our family. I Contacted Haskins yesterday about my heat and ac unit not working upstairs. They offered to come out yesterday as long as the bad weather stayed out of our area. I requested an appointment for today. The technician came out and was the same gentleman that had been out a couple of other times. Rod is very very nice, fast, and great at what he does. We bought our house as a short sell as it was about to go into foreclosure. In those purchases your offer cannot have any contingencies. After moving in we noticed a foul odor coming from three of our HVAC vents. Cliff Haskins came out and gave us a free quote to do the work. They were punctual and always there when they said they would be. They were very respectful and cautious which I appreciate. They replaced my HVAC lines and now we are odor free. We are very satisfied and will call on Haskins again for our HVAC needs.
