Rob CarverAs an American Home Shield customer I have little choice in choosing who does our Ac/furnace repair. When I first had the opportunity to have warranty repair done Greenway stumbled with our hot water heater repair. It needed replacement but was taking weeks, until I made the company's owner aware. They quickly made up for the delays by setting me up with a commercial grade water heater and I've had no issues with it since. They have since been to my home many times over the years and have provided only the best service since. Last year my ac was in need of repair but Greenway was not sent. This other company sent a guy who looked at my equipment and said he couldn't repair it until it stopped working completely (AHS rules, not theirs) and closed my case. The ac went out in the worst part of the summer on a Friday evening. I couldn't make an appointment until Monday and then the first available appointment was a week out. Then, the original technician quit so they had to send a different tech and then order parts. It was weeks without ac. All the while I was wishing Greenway had been called Instead. Service is always correct and with minimal delay. Thanks for always providing great service.
Jan JacksonGreenway was chosen by my home warranty company when my thermostats failed and i am sometimes a bit disappointed with their choices. However, I was pleased with Greenway and Jonathan, who was prompt and so efficient and professional. He installed my new thermostats and helped me with any questions, offering helpful suggestions. His professionalism and expertisexwere above and beyond. And i would call them first if i need services not covered by my warranty company. I will ask for Jonathan next time.
Melina McConnellWe have American Home Shield and they sent Greenway to us for a new AC install. Although the customer service was not the best I'd experienced, the install went very smoothly. Ranel Honeycutt was very efficient and handled himself in a professional manner.

brian mcdonaldRanel was great. Very pleasant and did a fantastic job of replacing our water heater. Ranel had scheduled some time off to attend to some personal matters, but when he found out we were in desperate need of a hot water heater, he set aside his time off and came out to replace the tank!
