The gentleman who answered to the call (Casey) was very courteous, frank, and told me exactly what the issue was with my heater and why it needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable, quick, and did a good job getting the project completed successfully. He was understanding of my complaint that the defective water heater was not old at all and had failed in such a short time. He provided me with a heater that would meet my needs other than the product that I decided I would not want to use again because of its bad performance, and having recommended the product he installed I have confidence that it was the right decision, and that this heater will last longer than the other product.

On a 90 degrees day (2 days ago) I agreed to $109 fee for estimate on ac repair. ARS quoted me $1900 -2000 to replace bad copaciter, failing motor, and diagnostics fee. We were uncertain and thus had to sleep in severe conditions while we considered ARS proposal. 2 mornings later my boss' AC company came out, replaced capacitor, told me motor looked fine, then charged me less than $200. I feel the ARS estimate was bogus and they owe me refund, yet they will not refund my money (contrary to their advertising on radio and internet). Be very wary of these guys.

My scheduled time for my winter system maintenance check up was from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. That in itself is not very customer friendly. However, the technician didn’t show up until 3:50 pm. I had to waste a whole day waiting for them. The technician herself seemed to do her job efficiently and was friendly. If it wasn’t for her, I’d be giving them 1 star.

First time using the ease of scheduling through the Handy website associated with Google Nest that directed me to ARS. ARS called back immediately to confirm the appointment. Also, first time using ARS. Alfred came to check our HVAC the same day. He was easygoing, polite and professional - very informative of everything that our HVAC needed to function properly. Service was good. My issue is that I get calls every 2 weeks wanting to schedule maintenance after it's been done. Doesn't seem like they get their records updated in a timely fashion. I just started ignoring the calls since its not time to schedule the spring maint since the winter maintenance was just done in early December.

The drain wasn’t clogged like I thought when I called but the nice lady that came told me the problem so that I could call a repair man for my dishwasher. Also she fixed my bathroom sink by raising the stopper so that it could drain better.I had also thought that pipe was clogged. She went out of her way to do what she could to help me with my slow drainage and pinpointed what caused my appliance to flood in my kitchen so that I could get in touch with the right service repairman.

The ancient tank water heater that came with our home gave out not long after we moved in, November 2017. We called ARS for an emergency replacement and decided to take the opportunity to switch to tankless. To be honest, our experience with ARS at that time was pretty bad. I won't dwell on it here but suffice to say I was not looking forward to dealing with ARS again when we started having problems with the unit in Spring of 2019. We were pleasantly surprised to find an entirely new group of folks at ARS who treated us to the best customer service experience of our lives. Jason came out, assessed the situation, consulted with Mike Ragan, and then went far above and beyond our expectations when they not only replaced the faulty device but relocated it to a (for us) much more desirable location. Jason knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way, left the original location in better condition than when he arrived, and installed the new unit in a clean and aesthetically pleasing way. It used to be that every time I walked into my laundry room I became angry because of the terrible installation of the water heater. Now, not only do I have my laundry room back, every time I pull into my garage I smile at the sight of our conveniently placed and well installed tankless. Thank you, Jason and Mike! Jeff & Simone

Disappointed with recent experience with ARS. After technician determined we needed new motors for our heating unit and ordered the parts three weeks ago, we have yet to be contacted about the status of the parts and repair. We’ve called two different times to get an update and were told someone would follow up up with us and that has yet to happen. We understand in the current climate supplies can be hard to get. A simple phone call or email to let us know we’ve not “fallen through the cracks” would be appreciated. We are very disappointed especially given the fact that we have been loyal customers for many years. We would have given a 1 star review had it not been for the kind and helpful technician that came out and diagnosed our problem.

my experience with them was great. they were one of three companies we had come out to give us an estimate and review the problem and by far were the most comprehensive in their review.
they sat with me for 45 minutes to talk through all of my questions and details about replacing the piping in my entire house. It gave us some good peace of mind and they were able to start the project the very next morning.

Had my A/C-heater go out on Friday. Put in a request though Home Depot and got a call from ARS within 10 minutes. They came out that morning to check out the system and find that out needed major repairs. The then sent out someone to give me an estimate to replace the unit and we chose that option. They came out Monday morning and installed a new unit within 3 hours. They did a great job and were very professional.

Outside in the mud for over 6 hours working and were still able to maintain a spotless interior work site. No mess whatsoever for us to worry about. After calling around to a few different places and not getting much of a response, we tried ARS. You talk about fast! The person on the phone was wonderful and very knowledgeable and got us set up with someone to come out and give us a quote that day. We got a few options and by the very next day we had a new water heater and our pressure valve that was leaking was fixed. The person who gave us a quote and the person who came out to install the tank were both wonderful and also very knowledgeable. I feel that we are now safe and sound again and have already recommended using ARS to everyone I know. In a few years when we need to replace our HVAC I know who I’m going to call.

I'm a facility manager and, at first, I had a difficult time getting someone out. However, as I found out, because of the icy weather they were hopping, trying to get everyone's water back on. When Chad Thomas arrived, it proved worth the wait. He was professional, competent and kind. He explained why I had had a difficult time getting someone out and, of course, once I understood that they were doing their very best to help as many people as possible, I regretted being impatient. I do recommend this company and can highly recommend Chad Thomas!

I'm so impressed with Zach. My mother had some very expensive repairs in 2015. We've had issues with one bathroom ever since. She'd call and they'd come out a week
to 10 days later. Then charge her a ridiculous amount and say nothing was wrong.
Yesterday I called cause I was over my mother being taken advantage of. She's been a client of theirs for 30+ yrs. Found out the company went through a revamp. The new team listened to me. Came out today and found the problem right away. I showed Zach some other things from the repairs they did and he said "no problem, I'll fix that too!" They'll be back to fix the problem for us next Wednesday.
The new team really cares. Their gonna repair it and no cost to my 90 yr old mother because "it's the right thing to do " Y'all this work is 7 yrs old and its new owners didn't have to do this. ARS is making it right!!!
My mother couldn't believe it. She's so happy and that's all I wanted.

We purchased a new HVAC February of 2020. In the middle of August it began having issues. We called and put in work order to have it fixed under warranty. first tech came out said the compressor was froze over and we had to let it melt so he came back the next day and recharged the AC system and left. HVAC soon quit working again so once again had to call and put in a work order to have it serviced. Next tech came out, did something else and then left, once again HVAC stopped working soon after. He did mention that a part may need to be replaced if what he did, did not fix it. It took a couple weeks during the first few attempts to fix it while the temps were hot outside, inside the house was around 80 or higher most of the time during this. It was very frustrating to say the least, their communication was poor and the techs did poor diagnosis. Once I got in contact with Ashley service improved some, and we were able to get some temporary ac units to help cool the house. However there was days between attempted fixes prior to receiving those. The fix ended up being a new piece on part of the unit, but once it was discovered that was the problem the tech put in a order for the part which took a while to come in, during which we had to keep calling back to check if the part came in because no one was reaching out (this was a problem through out the process). Also during this time the drip pan in our attic unit flooded and damaged the bathroom ceiling so we had to go through a damage claim to get that repaired. In the end Ashley took care of us and everything was fixed as needed just a very frustrating process as they seem understaffed and overwhelmed. I highly recommend you plan on initiating contact frequently to aid the process and if you need anything more than to schedule a tech to come out call quality assurance as the phone operators don’t seem to have access to much of anything.

My water heater finally died after 17 years of use. I was able to schedule a free estimate through Home Depot just before midnight for the following morning. Jason with ARS came the day after and did an excellent job taking out my old unit and putting the new one in. He was very thorough with the work and explained all the features on the new unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with! Everyone I spoke to with ARS had great customer service! I hope not to call them in the near future, but will definitely be using ARS from now on.

There was several issues. Pulled the toilet myself over a weeks time when the technician came out (twice) didn't have the right equipment on the truck, 1 tech had family issues, 1 said it was too late to come by. Really frustrated at this point! Called 1 last time operator said since there was so many issues on there part the service would be free. 3 week later they billed my card not happy with the situation at all, but what do you do except pay it an learn from your mistakes!! Won't be calling them again!!

We had an excellent experience with this company. They were selected for us on behalf of Home Depot for an upstairs HVAC/furnace replacement. I had initially planned on receiving several quotes since I had researched thoroughly what a "fair price" was in our area. We had a salesman named Larry show up who was very professional and friendly. He took advantage of every rebate possible and got the overhaul price down to about $1,000 below local average plus included two free Nest Learning Thermostats. On the day of the installation ARS sent out two crews (a total of 5 workers). I can't recall all of their names (Hector and Casey ring a bell). These guy had the job completely done in 3 hours and also took the time to thoroughly evaluate the airflow in each room to maximize it where we wanted it. I was very impressed with their eagerness to help and stay as long as necessary on a Saturday to make sure we were completely happy. Well done ARS, you will have my business for all heating & cooling needs + plumbing going forward.

John Reyes was my service technician and he was absolutely amazing. I called for a broken thermostat and no heat on a Saturday and ARS had John out to my house within three hours. When John came, he first found that there was a short in the system causing the heat pump to stop communicating with the thermostat. He fixed that and replaced two blown fuses, and while he was working on that he discovered that my aux heat had melted wires and singed connections. He showed me the problem, explained all of my options which ranged from nothing to replacing the relay/wiring/aux unit panel and gave me a realistic idea of the consequences of each of those choices. I didn’t know anything about heat systems before his visit, so he did a lot of explaining, and that is the main reason why ARS will be my first call in the future. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing and I felt extremely confident that I was making the right choice (or at least a very informed choice).

I have used ARS for HVAC service three times. First for service to an older system followed by a total replacement. This last service was to remedy an issue was annoying but not catastrophic. On every occasion the technicians were outstanding and communication was flawless. I used another large Nashville provider earlier this year just to do a comparison and was taken back by the crazy cost for a checkup, and overtly worthlessness of the technician. They installed this new 2 1/2 ton heat pump in August 2021. I’ve had six service calls. The last one was on May 2 2022 for not cooling to set temp of 72 degrees. During the day, my temperature will only go down to 75° and stay there all day with the system running all day. They replace my TXV valve on the 2nd of May 2022. With The temperature outside at 85° My home will only go to 75° in cooling mode. Reaches 72° around 11:00 PM and stay that way until outside temperature goes up over 80°. This unit is only 10 months old and I am not satisfied with ARS.

Michelle serviced our HVAC unit today and did a great job! I’ve been meaning to change the return air filter for awhile, but for various reasons I kept putting it off. She explained that overdue air filter changes can negatively impact the life of the blower motor. Our unit is fairly new so I wasn’t expecting any major issues. Still I was impressed that Michelle took readings on everything from the microfarads on the “flux” capacitor to how many Amps the compressor and the fan were pulling! Of course she checked the Freon pressure as well.
I had initially scheduled service for Wednesday, but it had slipped my mind and I rescheduled for Thursday (today). That process was smooth other than the lady that called to confirm service for Wednesday ended the call too abruptly. I didn’t give her my life story, but I did explain that I’d inadvertently made other appointments for the day. It is maybe a dying art, but so important to have that human connection over the phone! They shouldn’t just end a call by saying we’ll call before we come out tomorrow and then basically hang up the phone! What should’ve happened is she should have thanked me or at least asked me if I had any other questions or concerns. Something, anything other than just ending the call.
All things considered I had a good experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter. It was Michelle that really sealed the deal though.

Kind of a mixed bag experience with ARS, but overall satisfied. Had some issues with them at first, but in the end they worked things out with me until I was satisfied. I really appreciate responsive customer service. Full experience/story below:
I had an HVAC tune-up with them and was told I needed two parts replaced. The tech physically showed me the voltmeter and said the output was too low and that it was weakening my system. He encouraged me to get it repaired and replaced before my warranty would run out.
I tried to schedule the repair 4 separate times and was always told I would get a 'call back' and never did. Finally on the 5th time I got the repair scheduled. Really, they said my tune-up invoice had "no notes" so they didn't even know what was wrong. They had zero record of anything that was said during the tune-up appointment.
They said they'd call 30 mins before showing up to let you know they're on their way--they did not, they just showed up.
The tech re-evaluted/re-tested the system and told me there was nothing wrong with my system and the parts are performing just fine. She showed me the output and it was higher than the tune-up value--I asked why and she said she didn't know. They didn't have great cross-communication between techs, phone schedulers, etc. Then I had to pay for this follow-up repair/diagnostic appointment, which I only scheduled because they told me there was an issue and apparently now nothing's wrong??
Thankfully, after this experience, I called and complained about my experience and demanded a refund for the 2nd diagnostic call. This is when everything turned around--a customer care person (Ashley) worked out my whole situation and agreed that the conflicting opinions were cause for concern. She refunded me the 2nd tech appointment, and then sent a senior tech (Alfred) free-of-charge to confirm the two opinions and find out what's really going on. He was much more knowledgeable and prompt and explained everything, answered all my questions, and gave me different cost options. The customer care manager then followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. Good job, ARS! Thank you for fixing the original mess--much happier now.

From our Sales rep Laura, to the installers Josh and Matt, to the contractor Tom who fixed our drywall, to Chad a tech who came and checked our unit once it was installed, ALL we're amazing!! So professional, timely, quiet, and courteous they really went above and beyond on what needed to be done and made it a breeze. Our job was a big one since the unit was being moved from it's original (bad) location to another, and they definitely made it seem easy even though, clearly, it wasn't.

Craig W, the HVAC Tech from ARS, did a fabulous job servicing both of my air conditioning units and preparing them for this summer's heat. He arrived between the hours promised and did what seemed to me a very thorough job ( despite his home office calling him many times during his work) cleaning all the ductwork, checking all the parts and examining the T- waves air cleaners I have installed. Sadly, both units required a new capacitor so he had to add time to replace both of them also. He recommended also that the blowers and assembly be cleaned but said that could wait until the fall. Craig was very respectful and seemed very knowledgeable in his field. I felt I could trust him with his recommendations and the work he provided. I will definitely be asking for him on my next preventative maintenance call!! He was a great representative of ARS!!

My tenants were concerned about the HVAC system. So a call was made for a service technician to inspect. Fortunately for me they sent Garrett, C., an ultimate professional that I trust! I will refer to him as Dr. Garrett from this day forward as he diagnosed the patient, and told me her symptoms. The choices were to put on a band aid and hope for the best in a few months, or replacement. * See Follow up below - I have made four phone calls Over the course of the last three months both to the local office and the corporate office. The lady at the corporate office told me that they were actually texting the owner while they were talking to me. The issue is the warranty of a UV light system installed. When I told them that the light is no longer working, and wanted the warrantee to be honored, I have been stonewalled not received any return phone calls. I’ve been a regular customer of ARS and even bought their yearly maintenance program. I have had other issues in the past but I never left any reviews online. I would just like them to honor what they sold me. That’s it.
* After writing this review the manager called me and apologized for no one getting back to me. He said that the answering service in Florida isn't always working the way it should. He immediately sent a technician to fix my warrantied UV light system and it works now so I have changed the review from a one star to a three. I am happy that they responded. Thanks.

Nobody likes to have AC problems but I felt very blessed today to have two young men come to our aid. It was discovered that our AC/Heating unit had multiple problems along with being covered with mold inside. The unit is 14-yrs-old and the cost to repair it was just not adding up. Lucas took pictures of the problems so that he could show me and explain what issues we were facing. I decided that it was time to go the next step and look at possibly replacing the unit. Lucas made contact with his company and explained that I had the day off today and checked to see if someone could come out to talk to me so that I wouldn't have to take an additional day off. Within the hour Fritz came to our house and took his time to explain what our options were. Fritz compared 4 units and expained the differences and the costs involved. I felt no pressure and was very pleased with how both men were willing to patiently answer all my questions and actually made what could have been a very difficult decision quite painless. Fritz also made suggestions for financing and was able to set everything up for me before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS/Nashville to anyone who may be needing repairs or replacement.
PART TWO - Happy to share the rest of the story... Kevin Jones and Hector Hernandez arrived early Saturday morning and worked steady to remove the old unit and to install the new AC/Heating Unit. They were hard and efficient workers and so thoughtful and understanding... The old unit was the last project that my husband completed before he passed away. My daughter and I were sort of sad to see that old piece of metal being hauled off so the guys removed the metal label and a couple of small parts to give to her before they left!!! I could not have asked for a better installation team or a better company all the way around! Thank you ARS/Nashville! You are the BEST!!!

My friend Sarah needed help with various major plumbing issues. The main line became clogged and water backed up into
the house ruining the flooring in 3 rooms. We had a toilet that needed resetting. Also had a major leak under the kitchen sink leaking down into the crawlspace. I had a handyman put a temporary fix on the old galvanized pipe. It finally gave way. My excellent worker from ARS/Rescue Rooter whose name is Gil knew what he was doing. He bypassed the galvanized pipe by drilling into the crawlspace and putting in a whole new vented PVC drain line and connected to the PVC drain line going out to the street.
It was beautiful work. Gil is the man!!!

ARS Rescue Rooter Nashville happened to be who installed our new AC Unit through Home Depot a couple years ago, and we've always used them for any maintenance needs on our HVAC since then.
Yesterday morning, our air stopped blowing in our house, and we called ARS. They had one of their technicians, Lukas, out there within a few hours and he was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part we needed on hand, but was able to make a call and get the part on a truck on a rush delivery so he could fix it the next day. He was even able to get the AC unit to blow out a little bit of air in the meantime, even if it didn't do terribly much to help. It did, however, help in the fact that our house never got above 83 degrees. He left that day and said he'd be back in the morning.
Sure enough, Lukas showed back up the next morning with the part in hand, and had it completely fixed in about 15 minutes. Our AC is now cranking just as good if not better than it was before, and we (as well as our dogs) couldn't be happier that our air is back on.
Every encounter we've had with ARS has been extremely pleasant and professional, and Lukas is no exception. He was very friendly, polite, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us as opposed to treating it like another normal job.
Thanks again to Lukas and ARS. We hope we don't have to call you soon, but if we do, we know it'll be easy and professional.

They sent 5 different techs out to my house 5 different times and no one could fix my heating issue (and each tech had a different reason he thought the heat was out, and tried to sell me on something totally different and more expensive than the last) but after several calls into corporate, I was able to get a full refund from them. So I don't recommend ARS because their "techs" are more like salesmen than people who know what they are doing...but they do at least they honor their refund policies and I do appreciate that.

Went disaster struck our hvac unit this evening I was lost on who to call and/or trust (especially with it being so late). Thankfully with one call A.R.S. sent out a wonderful technician Craig W. he could not have more knowledge or polite. He promptly was able to accurately diagnose what the issue was. Craig was transparent throughout the whole process. Now I do not usually post reviews one way or the other. But I was so impressed by not only how awesome the company was to be able to send someone out outside of "normal" business hours; as I was expecting to be miserable for at least 12 hours. But also with Craig, he was able to be to my house in about an hour, then diagnose/fix/verify the fix in another hour. Overall I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate that they have such a genuinely good hearted and trustworthy technician working with them. They definitely have a new customer for life.

Horrible.... The guy who came out to do the quote was weird and creepy. I was promised an installation on Monday, but then the weird and creepy guy came out on Monday to measure things and was NOT going to install it on Monday as I had been promised on Friday. I called 8 plumbing companies for this project and chose ARS because they promised they could get to me quickly. It turns out their promises are worth nothing. Tried to call and just got put off. No resolution from the company.
EDIT: ARS Nashville reps DID end up calling me back, scheduling the job for a Wednesday (which was originally supposed to be done on Monday.) The first plumber to come out and do the job didn't complete part of the job to my satisfaction, so David and Tom at the Nashville office insisted that they send out another plumber to re-do the job and make sure I was satisfied. That second plumber (Dakota) arrived on Saturday and did an excellent job.
I'm updating my review to 4 stars. Although I went through a lot of hassle with this job, it wasn't done on the original timeline, and it had to be done twice, to be done right, I am very grateful that ARS bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with the work done.

I really can’t express how terrible this company is. They literally have been out to my house FIVE TIMES since December 3 and each time a new technician comes out and recommends something completely different and out of context from what the last tech recommended.
The first time they came out, the tech tried to immediately sell me on his “Black Friday/holiday sale” of a $6,000+ new heater. Not sure he even looked at my heater before recommending the up-charge to replace completely. This is his recommendation on a system that up until that day, had literally never caused me any issues before.
When I declined, he charged me $1400 to replace the motor in my current system. Later that day, another tech came out to replace it, yet by later that evening, I still did not have heat.
The day after that a third tech came out to the house and “fixed it.”
By Dec 6, the system has failed AGAIN and a completely different tech came out. He said it’s a sensor, “fixed” it and left. He also tried to upsell us on a $400 thermostat (funnily enough you can purchase these for $25-$100 at Home Depot but ok, thanks for recommending the ridiculously priced one).
Fast forward to this week - we’re without heat AGAIN so they send a FIFTH tech.
This one says the whole issue is the wiring to our thermostat is wrong. I’m so angry that I had no less than FOUR TECHNICIANS out before him and somehow it’s now a wiring issue that the ALL the other technicians missed?!
I mean, it is honestly preposterous.
He also tried to sell us on a $900 thermostat in addition to the charges to rewire. (Not only can these guys not get their stories straight on what the issue is, apparently they can’t agree on thermostat costs either.)
ARS needs to do the right thing and honor their supposed refund policy and refund me the $1400 they charged me out of nowhere when they’ve made it clear the motor was never even the problem.
Somehow, after the ridiculously poor service and advice we’ve gotten from them this far, I highly doubt they’ll honor their refund policy either.

Very fast! I decided on a unit one day and 24 hrs later it is installed! Ted P. did a great job informing me of the different units, wasn't pushy and let me decide what I wanted. Walt (Josh W.) was our installer. Our upstairs HVAC split gas unit failed (after 17 years). This unit also pushed air to our bonus room (inadequately, I might add) so we needed a solution to cool our space upstairs while keeping our bonus room cool. Josh and his assistant spent the better part of two days re-working our entire upstairs ducting and installed a dual-zone (wireless t-stat for the bonus room) system that works unbelievably well. Josh was not only knowledgeable, but courteous and respectful. Awesome, dedicated installer. This is our second ARS installed HVAC. I recently purchased a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet through Home Depot. I scheduled an installation through them, and ARS (Hank specifically) came out to perform the installation. Home Depot was not very clear about what was covered by their fee and what wasn't. ARS was very helpful and understanding, and did some adjustments free of charge to make sure that I was taken care of. They were very responsible and courteous, and Home Depot is about to get an earful from me for not being more straight forward with me when I paid for the services!!!

I recently had ARS of Nashville install a new HVAC unit. I initially contacte them through the Home Depot on Thompson Ln in Nashville. They ultimately installed a Rheem HVAC system. It was a 3 ton unit, 14 SEER AC, 80% efficient gas attic furnace. This included a 10 year parts warranty, 10 year compressor warranty, and 20 year heat exchanger warranty as well as 1 year labor warranty. The total cost for equipment plus installation was $5,784. Kevin J and Kenton D were my installers. They installed the unit very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous the whole time they were in the house. I would highly recommend ARS based on my experience. I would still get at least one more quote because I did get the feeling they change their pricing based on how busy they are. The quote they gave me was the lowest I was able to find by a couple hundred dollars.

Thanks to Brandon Wolf. He has taken the time to research and find a problem that after four prior calls to ARS, he was able to finally fix. Had a brand new a/c unit installed. Over and over, no cool air after several months. Other techs would fill with freon and was satisfied with their work. Why I ask, if you have a brand new unit, why do you have to keep refilling with freon? A year goes by and warranty is over. I'm so frustrated I'm demanding a new unit. Then, I was fortunate to have Brandon find a valve from the old line leaking. (Maybe should have installed new lines with new unit ARS)
So I waited several months to make sure it was a fix this time.

I arrived here at 6am to speak to a live person about a gas leak odor I experienced hours after they installed and tankless water heater at our home. All 6 telephone calls to get their attention failed to get them to come out to our home to fix this dangerous problem. So, all attempts at phone contact were failures. We kept hearing, "someone will contact you within an hour and come to your home." That never happened! When I arrived there to describe my dilemma, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I got immediate attention, face-to-face questions and a commitment by the plumbing manager to come to our home by 8:30am. Indeed, he arrived with an additional expert who found the gas leak and repaired it immediately. We were very happy with their expertise and commitment. Unfortunately, the phone communication was a disaster. So, bottom line, we learned a painful lesson about the best way to communicate when you really have a serious problem.

I called The Frog company this morning and they told me it would be at charge of $69.99 I asked if they could dispatch someone to my home after 5pm today the operator/csr said it would be $129.99, she said it much more after 5pm. UHHHHHH NOOOOO!!! I then called ARS immediately after this morning at 6:40 a.m. even at that time the CSR was very pleasant they took down my information I asked them what the service charge would cost they told me $79.99. I asked if they could dispatch someone to my home today after 5 p.m. they said yes, I received two calls letting me know the technician was on his way. at 4:30 William showed up, fixed the problem, and was gone by at 5:15 . He was very courteous, very helpful and very friendly. I love this company. When temperatures rise to above 90° you want FAST SERVICE without companies trying to break your bank. the service call plus repairs were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend ARS/ RESCUE ROOTER!!!

There were a number of issues associated with the installation of my HVAC system that Billie came in and corrected or, if it was beyond the scope of his capabilities, notified the ARS office that installers needed to come and fix.
Billie worked quickly and effectively to figure out what was wrong and kept me appraised of his progress. He was very considerate of making sure his shoes were covered when coming in from the outside and respectful of areas he worked in.

I received some glowing reviews from several neighbors, and I had an ailing heater and AC system, so I decided to give them a try. I had three guys come to my home, promptly at 9 am, JB Evans, Jeffery Steele, and Jordan Neely, and all three started right on the task. They were efficient, and within a short period of time, I had an operating upstairs and downstairs system. They explained everything along the way, and best of all, left the house spotless, as if no one ever came into the home.

Our gas hot water heater broke a few days ago and water went everywhere in the garage. We needed a replacement ASAP, so I went to Home Depot and purchased one and they had it installed by the ARS/Rescue Rooter Company from Nashville, TN (4071 Powell Avenue). The installer was John Burris. Now, I had many installers came to my house in the past 30-35 years, but this guy actually now his job COLD! I don't usually give such a high review (unless they deserve it of course), but John Burris deserves it. So, if you want a truly professional job, ask for John Burris, you'll not regret it.

5 STARS for our Tech Alfred in Murfreesboro! Dude was professional and knowledgeable of his equipment 😉. He explained everything to us in detail. We were supposed to have a tech come out (5/18/2019) hours ago (OUR SYSTEM TRIPPED AFTER 45MIN OF THE INSTALLERS LEAVING!!) and come to find out, when we called back after hours of waiting they never tagged our name to a tech. They set ALFRED up with us again and he did not disappoint. The installers put in a smaller amp breaker than what was actual needed. ALFRED IS AMAZING! GIVE HIM A RAISE. Your call center staff is the reason you get a 1! Alfred and Laurie are the reason you get a 5.
