They were so fast and responsive. I am not familiar with maintaining many items in my home but I am learning. They sent out a flyer regarding furnace tune ups and I knew it was time for me to do it. I scheduled the appointment and was contacted right away to confirm the service. Trevor E came out and took care of the furnace tune up. He also showed me how to properly insert my furnace filters and how often they need to be changed. He was quick and efficient. I will be using them for my A/C service in the spring. Highly recommended. Decent price too.

One of the best services I have received from any business. Tommy was super friendly and answered all my questions. He even helped on a side house project I was doing while he was waiting for something with his own work. He was professional and as soon as he got the readings he was out the door to help others on his list, so even though he took time to help me with something he didn’t need to, he still stayed on his schedule for others. Tyler provided high quality service in a timely manner. He was patient to answer questions and provide options to resolve our issues. We ended up installing two new toilets and love them. Tyler coordinated his work to allow me time to clean the area under and behind the old toilets before installing the new ones. He also helped resolve an issue with our over-the-toilet shelf/stand not fitting with the new toilet height. My only regret was not asking for the specific model information so I can recommend to others.

Removed my old gate style whole house main water shut-off with all new, 1/4 ball valve type. My old gate style, turn valve like the one on the outside garden hose valve, stopped shutting off the water 100%. Will call Laney's for all my repairs in the future. Today Ryan explained the work done, cleaned area super great when finished. Answered all questions I had about the job. Had my Central Air fixed this summer by them, bought a new furance years ago and no problems. So all in all I have been very happy with the professional work done by your employees. 100% happy !!!

We’ve had Laney’s do plenty of work for us over the years, all great work all the time. This last time though I believe they (Josh) went above and beyond for us. Our water heater started leaking very rusty water on a Sunday morning/afternoon. Josh got back to me ASAP and gave great advice. Then the next day was prompt and fast and did high quality work to get us hot water way sooner than we could have guessed! Less than 24 hours later we had hot water and a clean utility room. Even knowing Josh was booked and busy with other we got into his schedule early the next day. Very impressed. I’d refer everybody to Laney’s for anything they do. Thank you!

I have had my furnace for 8 years and never had it serviced until this year. I was planning on doing it sooner, but covid happened. I thought it was going to be in worse shape but all it needed was a new ignitor. Arben was really great. I didn't even know ignitors might need to be replaced someday. I was told he'd be here at 8:30 so I was still in my pajamas when he got here at 8am! I was glad to see him earlier than expected! (I'm too old to be embarrassed about people seeing me in my robe, my whole neighborhood has seen me in my robe by now, it's fine!) I did run up and change so Arben didn't have to deal with that, haha! He had some clean booties he was determined to wear, I know some folks really appreciate that so I'm noting it! He was friendly and super nice. I didn't bother him so he could do his job in peace, but he was very communicative and answered every question I had. He let me know every concern he had, every test he was going to run. My final cost (after securing a deal for $109 for the basic service through a mailer Laney's sent me) ended up being $257 because I needed a new ignitor (they are only meant to last about 5 years, I got a good 8 years out of mine so who can complain?) and he was concerned that I might have a cracked heat exchanger, so he had to stay longer to run some tests to make sure I was going to be okay. Normally, I don't leave service reviews (I really need to start so here we are!). I normally use Laney's for all my issues so I'm going to be biased. I moved into my house like 10 yrs ago. It was built in 2007 ish so we are hitting the time where things are exploding. So here I find myself standing in a puddle of water in a bedroom downstairs at 1am last week. Now, I just had a water heater replaced so my dumb self is like "YUP the water heater was leaking, that's why its wet!" WRONG. The water heater was fine, this was coming from the furnace. Now I'm a simple woman, and thought "Why is there water in a furnace?" This is where Stephen becomes my savior. Apparently a tube was clogged. It always looked gross but I guess it wasn't supposed to lol. But he was nice enough to explain that when the tube gets clogged like mine was, the water that's in the drip tray has no where to go. So it seeps out of the sides like mine did. I suppose because of slanty things, it ran under the wall and into the other room (tore the wall & the carpet like a mini Thor a bit no mold THANK GOODNESS). But the fact Stephen took the time to explain it to me in a way I could understand was monumental. If you're like me, you are a google fiend and will scare yourself thinking it's hopeless and time to burn down the house and start new because it would be cheaper than fixing everything. Laney's has honestly saved me more times than I can count. But let's try, So in 10 years working backwards, they fixed the furnace clog, replaced my leaky water heater, fixed my bathroom AND kitchen sink drainage and pipes, fixed my ac unit because a wire was loose and thwapping something, plus voles or rabbits got all nibbly, repaired a weird gas smell coming from my furnace early on, maintained my furnace and ac units (yes this was the one year I skipped and this happened lol). Seriously, every single one of these guys that came were great, even the staff and dispatch are very helpful. I'll probably update this when I break something else so stay tuned !

Safar was the best technician I've encountered in my 35 years as a homeowner. He was professional, respectful, helpful, and patient with me and my questions. It's always been my belief that when you really understand things, you can explain it to a child. Past experiences have left me just as confused when they left as when they got here, and dissatisfied that I was none the wiser for the experience. Safar not only repaired my furnace, he checked at least a dozen other parts, was able to explain to me how it works and make recommendations that would be in our best financial interests.

It was during a blizzard, I came home for lunch and the furnace was not working. Called Laney's and Brian was there within the hour. He did some testing and found the circuit board was bad. He made a trip back to get a new one and was back and had it installed in no time. The speed of their service was exceptional. From time of my call to when the repair was done was only 2-1/2 hours.
