We had Umberto install a vent/hood in our new kitchen and do annual maintenance on our furnace. The first job was a complicated one requiring making an opening to the outside the house. Communication was excellent with us and other contractors , price very competitive and he was always polite and helpful explaining everything along the way. We will be using for all HVAC related work in the future and would recommend without any reservations! He is the best.

My AC unit stopped working so I called in a repair man from another company. That company wanted in total $880 all said and done to replace my condenser fan motor. I did it myself for $160 and it took me 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I still had issues with my AC. I called 3-4 different HVAC companies which all gave me the same response, "X amount of dollars to come out and diagnose the problem." and that was it. When I called Umberto, we spent a good 10 minutes on the phone talking about what was going on with my unit, what I had done, and what it could possibly be. Umberto was the only one who made me feel like he cared about my issue. Unfortunately Umberto was booked for the day, but he did make time for me the very next day and came out to repair my unit. Turns out -- all that needed to be done was reset a high voltage switch that I knew nothing about (I'm not an HVAC guy). Umberto charged me a SUPER fair price for coming out, and even PRO-RATED me for the work he did since it was less than an hour. Most companies will simply charge you a flat rate for the entire hour(s) that are worked. I had an amazing experience working with Umberto, and as long as he is around in the future, I will be using him for ALL my HVAC needs! I highly recommend!

We have used Umberto on several occasions for our furnace and AC. He is always professional and courteous. (As a woman, I have had service professionals talk down to me more than once, but not Umberto!) His prices are competitive and I’ve always gotten an appointment within a day or two of contacting him. We won’t use anyone else as long as he’s in the business!!

Umberto runs an old school business, real, honest work. He won't try to "fix" something that's not broken or convince you to do something that's not really needed. He will take care of you like he takes care of his own home. I have now had an A/C repaired that is working perfectly, and just had our furnace cleaned and inspected. His prices are reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

These guys are outstanding. Umberto is a true professional who is very honest and does what he says he will do. We needed a new furnace and AC. He gave us options and was the most reasonably priced in the area. His install was done with great care to make sure the home stayed clean. We called Umberto's based on his great reviews. Our a/c went out and we needed someone to come out right away. Umberto told us he would be out by 4-430 the next day which was fine with us. He called that day and was able to be at our house at 1:30- even better. He was quick, honest and our a/c works great! We asked for a quote for a new a/c and furnace. Based on the quote he gave us he charged way less than the big companies we've received quotes from in the past. You will not be disappointed if you use Umberto!

We recently had Umberto to our home to replace the worn blower wheel and motor on our furnace. This is the third time we have asked him to help us for various issues with our 17 year old air conditioner or furnace. Each time he was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and then advised us how much it would cost and gave us his recommendations before beginning to fix anything. The quality of his work is excellent. He did quick problem solving analysis and gave me options with his recommendation. The recommendation was not expensive, a day later the air-conditioner is blowing at 58 degrees (previous was 70 degrees). I was very impressed with his professionalism and will be my choice of service in the future.

If you want an honest, knowledgeable, and quick responding AC tech, then Umberto is the man to call. I had him recharge my A/C with Freon. I thought I probably needed a new blower motor in the furnace. I had Umberto check it out. Much to my surprise he said the motor is old and could eventually need replacing, but he didn't see it was necessary today. How many A/C techs would tell you didn't need a large repair when you thought you did. That's honesty for you.

I called my regular heating company but they were booked for one week, so I called another company who never called me back...ever. I live out of town and have a rental property in Eagan-, so I really needed someone who could look at my furnace for my tenants who were without heat. Umberto was great. He made time for us the very same afternoon of my call, gave me good advice and fixed and tuned up my furnace so not to have issues in the future. Umberto spent significant time on a Saturday diagnosing an unsuspected, well-hidden problem with my high-end Carrier furnace which had left our home unable to be warmer than 50 degrees Fahrenheit on the coldest February days of 2020. He voluntarily returned a second time on that same Saturday to make the final, correct diagnosis and solve the problem successfully. We both learned a lot about my Carrier furnace in the process! He went completely beyond the call of duty by voluntarily returning a second time to solve our furnace malfunction. His interpersonal skills with his customers are also most outstanding. Great guy, was willing to come out and fix my furnace on New Year's Eve when the others told me they were not working this day. The rate was fair, will definitely call on again. Furnace out in the middle of winter is an emergency, no matter what day it's on.
