He really knows about Ac Units, He was very polite and install a Brand New Lenox Unit when we had so hot days, he saved my house. We signed a contract and he did and install new piping, coil, fuse box etc, very professional job and the unit on a base and squared. Thank you Ty for being reasonable and pro, He did what we agreed in a contract. My AC still works perfectly.

Submitted a contact request on the website and was called within a day, with Ty able to come out the next day to check to try and repair the unit. After checking it out, turned out the unit needed to be replaced. I had another company come out to get a quote as comparison. Ty's price was both cheaper and a better unit, not even counting the fact that he was able to install much sooner. Obie was the one that came out and did a great job. Overall about as painless as replacing an AC unit can be. 10/10 would recommend Ty.

Ty was a recommended by my sister in law who gave home high remarks to give us a second opinion regarding our furnaces heat exchanger. We were told by another HVAC company that we need to replace it or the furnace which was only 7 years old and the furnace was a TRANE which should last 15-20 years. He gave us a totally different diagnosis which save us 3000-7500 dollars in repair or replacement. Very knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis in lay terms. I would recommend for all HVAC needs.

Ty installed a new A-coil on my furnace and AC unit outside. Called him along with 4 or 5 other HVAC contractors here in MN. He was the first to return my call. Only one other contractor returned my call. He has a no pressure approach to bidding projects. I kept my 15 year old furnace and just did the AC no problem. He said he'd show up Monday and did on-time. His prices can't be beat as he was about 40% less than the only other bid I received for our AC installation. Took him from 11am to 3pm to install the AC. No mess left behind, very professional! Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work and you care about how much $$$ your spending.

Tyler replaced my old system with new one. Gave me few choices and explained all options. I got Lennox brand. Very good quality. He is easy to work with. Knows his business and makes sure everything is done right. It is about 6 month after the installation so far, and everything works good. Will do business with him again if needed and would recommend to others.

Noticed my mini split wasn't working and called Tyler. He was able to come out the same day. Diagnosed my unit and fixed the job after a couple of hours. He even cleaned my air filters - which are hard to access in the ceiling. I would use Tyler again. He's honest and knows what he's doing.

Solved the issue with my “old as dirt” unit and we are cool again! Will be a return customer when it is time to replace my unit!!

Everybody I know who owns a house needs a HVAC connection. Who is good? Who is reliable? Who is reasonably priced? Ty’s Mechanical went above and beyond last week when I called them. It was 95 degrees, and the central air conditioning went out in my house in St Paul, MN. Plus, it was a Friday. I called a big firm in Minneapolis and they wouldn’t even give me an appointment (they said to call back Monday morning because they only make appointments between 8-9am). Tyler, however, answered the phone right away, and he was able to come out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, and solved it right then and there. The AC has frozen up from a dirty filter, plus the refrigerant was low. He topped it off. Hopefully, there isn’t a leak in the coil, but if there is, I’m calling Ty’s Mechanical. Plus, I’m recommending Tyler and his firm to my friends!

Tyler did a great job and he is very personable. I sent Tyler a text to the number I found on his ad. Tyler responded promptly and was available on the same day. When he arrived he told me what steps he would take to determine the problem with my A/C and answered all of my questions throughout the service call. Tyler determined the unit was low on refrigerant, and used his scale to show how much he was adding to my system since he charges by the pound. Tyler also checked the coils inside the house and found a loose fitting that was causing the system to leak. Tyler then topped off the refrigerant and everything is working great. Tyler's prices were fair and I truly appreciated the prompt service. I have his card and won't hesitate to call him with any future furnace or A/C needs.

Ty connected and tested the mini-split I installed myself. He was able to squeeze this small job into his schedule very quickly and arrived as promised in two days. He clearly has the expertise for this kind of work and did a great job. I'm very pleased with his work but might be a little pricey for short jobs.

He replaced our exhausted AC unit last summer before the heat wave started. Besides replacing my AC unit with a Lennox AC he also switched out my COIL in the furnace. Honest/Dependable/Intelligent It pays to support small business!!

I was in the process of remodeling my basement. I hired Ty to add a few supplies and a few returns. He quickly came two days later and was finished that day. The communication we had was great, and his quote was accurate. I was able to leave him in my basement unattended as well. In the end, his work passed in one inspection, and he was affordable!
