Had Jared out for routine maintenance on my furnace at the suggestion of a family member. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, even giving our humidifier a thorough cleaning even though it was not part of regular furnace maintenance. I appreciated how transparent he was - he noticed a slight issue with the way our dryer vent had been installed by a different Tiger technician, and he pointed it out and coordinated a fix for it no questions asked. Stefan was the tech that came to help fix the dryer issue, and he did an excellent job as well. Again, on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He also took the time to answer some questions I had about my options for replacing my water heater and drew up some quotes for me. Overall I’ve had great experiences with Tiger - I have recommended them to several family members and friends, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I've used Tiger Plumbing twice now and couldn't be happier with the service. Both times, they were quick to get me on the schedule and the dispatchers were great to deal with. Stefan was the tech that came to my house for both service calls and he is the absolute best. Both of these were my fault (trying to DIY and needed a little help with some related issues), and Stefan was amazing and gave me some great advice, all while quickly solving my problem. I've got their number saved in my phone and won't be considering any other provider should any issues arise in the future!

We hired Jared with Tiger to diagnose an issue with our heating system and had such a great experience that we signed on for their reasonably priced annual furnace/AC tune-up service (VIP membership). We were happy to have him come again for the furnace tune-up where he was again very knowledgeable and helpful, letting us know our options without being too pushy. My journey to find a nearby and good plumber began with an appliance store's recommendation to call Tiger. The worker showed up on time and ready to roar! His job was to unplug the drain leading from the washer/hose connection. Twice, the washer had completely emptied full loads of water onto the floor. The worker returned with a larger auger. In short order, the washer was working with no nasty, plugged drain issues. All of the staff whom I met over the phone; including plumber, call center, and owner were professional, personable, and respectful. I would definitely recommend others to Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air.

Our furnace went out Christmas day. I called Tiger and Dustin was very helpful and was able to confirm an appt. for the next day. Jared arrived within the window, beginning of window. He listened to what had happened and what the Center Point energy tech had said he found(just a center point tech., no repair tech.). He did a thorough inspection. He then explained what he thought was the issue and what the costs would be. We decided, he went back to the shop to pick up the part, and was back to complete the repair. We are so thankful that he was able to complete the repair same day. He said if he was not able to, he could recommend a really good space heater. Thank you Jared and Dustin!!!

I called Tiger to take a look at a broken garbage disposal, scheduling was super easy and very well executed, they had a technician (Stefan) come out the very next day. Stefan was on-time, super professional, and not only explained what he was doing every step of the way, he walked me through other things to keep an eye on in the house and how best to handle any emergency issues (like a pipe bursting in the winter). Tiger came highly recommended because they are so knowledgeable and take time to help their customers understand how to take care of their homes so they can avoid emergencies. I'm really impressed.

Called at 4:30 PM when our furnace quick heating. Had to do after-hours emergency service, but Carlo was there in an hour. He was very professional and competent. Kept us informed throughout the repair and made recommendations that made sense. He got us going within an hour, then performed some needed maintenance on a town home we had just purchased in EP. Tiger has the best service I’ve ever experienced! I called after hours looking for a specific sump pump battery and Dustin (the owner) answered from home. He was going to meet me at the store so I could get it that night, but there ended up still being an employee there that was able to help me. When I was checking out, I told him I didn’t know what I was doing and that my husband was out of town so he offered to have somebody come out next day to help hook it up to make sure there were no issues. Both Dustin and this employee (I didn’t catch his name) were so helpful and took away all of my stresses of potential flooding with a storm in the forecast this weekend. I will be coming back for any plumbing, heating and air needs!

Good service, however, the quote and the final price were vastly different. If im quoted at a price I expect to pay that not. However, they did understand my problem with the quote and was very empathetic to me and the frustration and they made everything right! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. One of the hottest days of the year and the A/C went down. Seemed to be a problem with the drain hose, the attachment to the drain hose from the pan in the furnace. The Tiger people showed up and found a way to fix the problem including fixing a drain coupler/elbow joint thing that had bad threads. Good team, great service! My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air over the past month! The furnace went out and they helped diagnose the issue, and eventually installed a new furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank, water softener, and humidifier! All of the men and women we worked with were very helpful and courteous. Just to drop a few names Stefan helped with plumbing, Will and Braxton worked on the HVAC system installations. Excellent communication, and thoughtful explanation of the faulty part (BCC board) and other things that could prolong the life of this 20+ year furnace (blower capacitor, and pilot assembly.) Plus, it was a weekend which meant emergency rates (not cheap) but I was quoted the flat rate cost of diagnosis beforehand instead of paying indefinite amounts in hourly fees. And I had heat that evening!

Always great service from Tiger, from Dawn answering the phone to all of the workers who come to our house. We recently had some major plumbing issues and they were quick to get someone out to our house. Many visits later, Derek was able to solve many complicated problems. We are very happy with how well our faucets and water pressure work now and appreciate how well he and his team took care of us! They also do good work maintaining our furnace and air conditioning, always explaining everything clearly.

Tiger Plumbing were great! I had a frozen sump pump discharge line that was threatening to flood my basement. They responded promptly and quickly set up a temporary solution to divert the water. Tiger was awesome! had a slow leak from a Saddle valve the previous owner of my home installed. I wanted the valve & entire pipe the valve the pipe was attached to removed because of the leak. I called after hours expecting to get a message service. But a LIVE person picked up @ Tiger, and spent over 10 mins answering my questions and helping me use their online booking tool (I didn't know they had one) was able to book the service call for the next day. My plumber Carlo was on time, and extremely knowledgeable and replaced the pipe quickly. I have used Tiger at my previous home for a water heater install and they were great then. I was very satisfied by my service today and will recommend Tiger to anyone that needs a plumber

Tiger Heating and A/C was very responsive to our after hours call to schedule repair service on our broken air conditioner. They sent a tech out the very next morning. We had water damage from a burst pipe in our basement. I called Tiger because I saw the excellent reviews. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Stefan was out the very next day. Located the burst pipe and fixed it all in one day. I even had him fix a back flow preventer for my irrigation. Stefan was awesome!!! He deserves a raise because I honestly have not had any other experience with a building tradesman that was better. Top notch service. Call these guys with any needs you may have with your home.

I am extremely pleased with the work Tiger came out and did at my house. Had to install a new HVAC and coil to replace my 20 year old unit. They also replaced the old thermostat. Along the way, we mentioned problems we were having with our clothes dryer duct and they gave me another date to come and take care of that issue as well. Finally, brought them back in to fix some water and gas leaks the house had (it's a 50 year old house we just bought). All of it needed to be done and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. They were super professional, efficient, had great comunication with us all the time, and they worked in a timely maner, considering the complexity of the different issues we had. I highly recommend Tigers. Dustin is a super nice guy and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I have a 23 years old AC package system in my condo. It had very low efficiency and couldn't cool down my apartment in warm and humid days. I was told that I have to replace it. Dustin did the inspection and repaired the unit and now it is working perfectly. he helped me save lots of money and time.

Dustin (owner) answered and came out within the hour and fixed our sump pump and got it running again. June 24 2022. I am making a second excellent review for this company! We had excellent service and extremely prompt during a big heat wave-while trying to get our house on the market! The technician was promised after 4pm on a Friday and actually arrived 4hours earlier to our home that was 82 degrees inside. He fixed the problem quickly! Only later did we find out it was the owner Dustin! Would recommend Tiger to anyone! They are amazing! Prior Review: Good experience with this company! Derrick and team finished a long set of projects on our house this week. They replaced our 30 year old water heater, installed a new humidifier on our furnace, replaced the kitchen sink and fixed our kitchen sink plumbing, and fixed our shower faucet. From the very beginning the call dispatcher was quick to find a time to come out and give estimates. Derrick was honest about different options and provided us with multiple quotes for different water heater types clearly explaining the pros and cons of those options. When there were unforeseen issues due to some odd construction decisions, he was forthright with what was happening, and provided options of how he could address those issues. We had five or six different people in and out of our home during these projects and everyone was very professional and courteous. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with them, an I will now go and enjoy my endless supply of hot water with my new sink and faucet.

I called Tiger at 9pm ish last night as my furnace was not kicking on - they told me Jeff would call me within 20 minutes and he did, he said he would be at my house within the hour and he was . He repaired the furnace as best he could under the circumstances, quickly and efficiently and discussed the options for going forward. I felt that he considered the best option for me, and I am very happy with what he did. This was my first contact with Tiger and I would definitely recommend them ! Update: yesterday had Sam and Eli out to replace the furnace, extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable - again came when they said that they would, finished on time, put drop cloths down, left no mess - just a great experience. Plumbing Issue, Requiring Freeze Kit. Flawless Fix. #(Added Addition) Tiger found a secondary leak on the city's water meter after job was done. Had trouble getting the city to replace it so Tiger's Derek went out, got a new one and installed for it at no extra charge. Dustin and Derek did an amazing job. Managed to do a freeze and replace on a pipe and valve which was leaking. This was not an easy job requiring care for the water meter, little room to work with and close to the wall. I was extremely pleased at the quick response from Tiger both to get an appointment and the service itself.

We have been long term customers of Tiger (about 18 years) when they installed our current furnace and water heater. The water heater finally died yesterday, Tiger sent out a two man crew to evaluate the situation. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful giving us options. Furnace went out last night dropping temp in house with below zero degrees outside. I searched companies and found Tiger, they answered the phone right away around 11:30 pm and had Zack the technician out to our house by 12:05 am. Zack explained in detail what was not working and preventive measures moving forward. Tiger is a great find I will partner with for all heating, ac and plumbing needs. The Tiger Heating Jared, show up on time and was VERY skilled and knowledgeable about the area of concern for my wife and I. The area involved was with our ZONE controls. With the information, he received from us, he went right to work. First, verifying that one of the dampers was producing some noise, when closing. Second, he troubleshot down to the area of concern, which was the motor. Having all he needed on the truck, he was able to remove and replace with the new motor.

These guys are great. Gas fireplace died when another plumbing company was working on the gas lines in the house. Zach from Tiger came out that day. $59 to check which is cheap these days. Our gas fireplace is no longer made so he was honest about the parts it needed and wasn’t sure they were still available. He said he’d try and figure it out. Called yesterday and he actually did find the parts it needed and they are on their way. We were looking at $5k plus to replace this one (we just moved in in July and home warranty doesn’t cover gas fireplaces) so we’ll get to keep our existing one and it’ll be as good as new. Very responsive. Shiva’s a hoot.

Our pipe burst during the -30 temperatures of 2019. No company had availability to see us until I called Tiger Plumbing at 8:30pm. Dustin returned my call immediately with instructions via text on how to reach him. He arrived at my house by 9:30pm. He was kind, compassionate and professional. We had been gone for a while and came home to find no heat and an indoor temperature of 55 degrees. I called for a service call on Thursday and their technician was there early Friday morning. He trouble shot the furnace and found a flaky main circuit board. It didn't make sense to put significant money into my 19 year old furnace. Steve stopped out to show me my options. We ordered a new furnace and A/C. (The old A/C had been tripping the circuit breaker.) They were able to squeeze me in on Monday morning since we only intermittent heat. A full crew came over and worked until 7:30 Monday evening to get us up and running. We could not be more happy with TIger Plumbing Heating & Air and will call them again if we ever need anything. Their crew went above and beyond and performed a great (and difficult) installation. I highly recommend them!

Our furnace stopped working at 9PM on a Friday evening, with the temperature dropping well below zero. We called Dustin at Tiger, and he was at our house within an hour. He didn't have the part to repair our furnace, but he was able to restart it manually, so that it could run through an eight-hour cycle. When that cycle ran out and the furnace stopped again the next day, he came by to manually restart it, so that we stayed warm until the part finally arrived for the repair. He didn't even charge us for the second visit! We were very impressed with Tiger's responsiveness and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent experience with Tiger for what I initially assumed to be a fairly routine repair/installation. After moving into my new home, my water heater failed to ignite after numerous attempts. Last Tuesday I woke up with no heat in the house. I went downstairs to our utility room and found the furnace was trying but just couldn't "catch". I went online looking at Lennox dealers near me and Tiger stood out as having the best reviews. I was concerned since the temperatures were below 0 at it was already feeling cold in the house. To my surprise and relief, Zachary texted to me that he was on his way around 2 o'clock. I called and Tom called back within minutes! He told me to snap a few pictures of my furnace it was cold in the house and man if he didn’t walk me through the repair.
