We had two men from Solex Heating And Cooling and cooling come out to evaluate our furnace and air conditioner, and diagnose some air flow problems. They charged a $99 fee to do diagnostics on my system, reasonable I think. They were professional, timely, and gracious in explaining everything they saw and recommended. We appreciated their help and will most likely use their services to install a new unit.

They also checked my whole system to see if there were any other issues and recommended that I clean the vents outside regularly. I will definitely use them again next time I have HVAC issues. Technology is fantastic. I emailed Solex Heating And Cooling, and got a response the next day. The pricing was about what I expected, and he was able to install two units the next day. Asked to have a new Ecobee wireless thermostat installed. Initially it created a lot of problems due to the wiring within my complex, which was built in the 80's.The problem necessitated the senior technician come out on another day to ascertain the issue. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. It was a bit expensive, but well worth the cost. It's not always best to go with the least expensive since you'll get what you paid for, so, I paid more and received terrific workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

The required part was promptly ordered and as soon as it was delivered to my address, I called this company back for the installation. 2 hours later, technician Haimed was at my door. He got my furnace up and running in short order. He was courteous and a true professional! Thanks for a job well done!

These guys were amazing. The job was intricately planned well ahead of time. Installation was scheduled when convenient and they appeared on time. Coverings on everything to keep the site clean - no evidence they were even there. Removed old systems without a fuss. New installs went in exactly as planned and look and work perfectly! Service folks were friendly and businesslike. I highly recommend these guys.
