I am not going to be able to say enough great things about this company and their people, but will share my experience. I had been told about them from a person in my condominium who was having an air conditioner installed. I happened to be outside the day they pulled up and went up to the truck and explained my situation of needing a new unit and I was having bids done and I would reach out to their office. Jeremy, the lead installer said, let me call out estimator and see if he can possible come out today. I received a call from Nate, the great as I refer to him, within minutes. He was out within 45 minutes and also told me he had a cancellation and he could get me on the books the next day if I decided to go with their company. They came in with the best bid, I chose SABRE, and Jeremy and Carter were out the next day right on time! Nate was professional, responsive, and such a decent person that I was thrilled to have met him! Jeremy and Carter were also very professional, kind, and responsive to any questions or needs I had. In addition, everything looked so fantastic and clean when they left. I would refer this business to anyone I know, and I will as I always refer good businesses and contractors to people that are looking for work to be completed. Kelly, the business manager in their main office was also another person who was so helpful and responsive. I know I called and emailed her quite a few times, but she was always so nice, caring, and professional. I am so lucky I ran into Jeremy and Carter in our building's parking lot. I can say after two weeks without air-conditioning, I finally got some fantastic sleep last night! I don't want to have to pay for anymore expensive installations, but I guarantee if I do have any, I will go straight back to SABRE. Thank you all so much, it was a pleasure meeting you and it was an incredible job you completed for me!

We wanted to have a gas line installed to our kitchen and were referred to Sabre by one of our friends. The overall experience from estimation to completion of installation has been great. I've interacted with multiple people throughout the process, and everyone was easy to work with. Nate was the first one to come for an estimate and he explained clearly what needs to be done. We got the estimate in a couple of hours. I then worked with Kelly in setting up the appointment. She was super helpful in organizing the installation and also getting an appointment with the city inspector. Jeremy and Carter came on time and did an exceptional job with the installation. I have asked Jeremy quite a few questions about the installation and inspection process and he answered every question in detail. After they installed the line they came back half hour before the inspector was scheduled to be available in case the inspector showed up early. Even though it was not in the initial contract, they took the time to install the cooktop without any additional fees. They checked all the fittings thoroughly before they left and the left all the areas clean. While they were on site, I asked for an estimate for another job and got that estimate in a few minutes. We also got an estimate with another company earlier and Sabre gave us the best quote.

I had been having trouble getting service to replace my AC from other vendors. On the eve of a 100 deg day (dogs would especially suffer) I contacted Nate who stopped over SAME DAY and determined it was obviously shot. He sent Jeremy and Caleb (great guys) the NEXT MORNING at 8am and they were on time and did a fantastic job installing a new AC for me and by 2pm the whole place was cool!! I know they were busy too and the pricing was actually lower then competitors. 10/10

Nick went above and beyond to fix my plumbing nightmare on Saturday. He started by taking time on the phone to fully understand the issue, which saved me significant time and money. As it turned out I had to first contact the city to turn off water to my house. After the city finished their work Nick called me to verify the city had the water off and had supplied the meter horn. He was at my home in 30 minutes and took time to explain what he was doing and why. I am very impressed. I've had my share of plumbing nightmares and this is the best experience I have ever had. I will definitely be using Sabre again and requesting Nick!

Fantastic company to do business with, very professional. Our AC went out on Sunday (96 degrees). We called our home service plan company on our 22 year old AC Unit on Monday, no response by Tuesday. Called Sabre on Tuesday, Nate was out to give us an estimate that same day. Called Sabre the next day on Wednesday and talked to Kelly who was great. Very polite and very professional, excellent communicator. Scheduled the install for the following day on Thursday morning at 8:00am. The installers called at 7:45am letting me know they were on their way and would be there at 8. The installation guys were great as well. I can’t say enough good things about them without sounding over the top. Gave us a full recap of the installation, their cleanup was so good you wouldn’t have even known they were there. They also provided tips on annual maintenance. I would highly recommend them. Great Company. Great Service. Great Value. Well done Sabre! Thank you.

Troy was out standing. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If he hadn't come out to help us figure out what was wrong we may still be having a problem. We had just moved into our brand new home, when the water started coming up in the utility room, bath tubs and toilets. The main sewer line to the house was block, Troy tried his best to remove the blockage. He was able to tell us what the problem was. We found out later that during construction rocks had fallen into the pipes. Blocking the line completely . This took the builder 3 days to extract, before we could use water. I've recently got an all home humidifier installed and reached out to Sabre Team. The Sabre team has provided exceptional service and in affordable cost. They were the lowest (more than 50% less ) then other quotes. The technicians were so knowledgeable and and did a clean job. I'd recommend Sabre for all HVAC, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

Sabre installed an AprilAire humidification system. We are thrilled with the system. It's working wonderfully. Kelly was a complete ray of sunshine to deal with getting quotes and answering questions. The installers were friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Sabre installed a gas line from our Centerpoint meter to backup generator. They had to run the line through the basement ceiling soffit. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were very focused in their work. They were responsive to challenges and unexpected circumstances. They were very thorough, including taking all of the necessary steps to clean up any and all debris from their work. Great all around effort by Nate, Kelly, Jeremy and Carter.

They acknowledged the fan needed an adjustment and took care of it promptly. They identified the soap dispenser was defective and told me they would order a new one. Grant was my repair man and he was amazing! I had my home inspected after living in it for 6 months. One find was that the fan and blower were filled with sheet rock dust, I was put off by our Pultte representative but insisted on having it cleaned as recommended by my inspector. SABRE sent Grant out and he was so good, he taught me so much. I can’t recommend him enough, Sabre, he deserves a raise!

Sadly, they don't stay behind their work they way I expected. I called them to diagnose and repair what's wrong with my AC that was working subpar. The technician determined I have leaking refrigerant and replenished it. I enjoyed cool air for almost a week. Then, my AC quit altogether. When calling Sabre back, I got blamed for not agreeing to replace the condenser unit because they couldn't find replacement for the slowly leaking coil - which would work for another few years, I am certain; and I am convinced it's not the issue, but they wouldn't listen. I wouldn't mind paying for another visit; if they stopped showing that unnecessary condenser replacement down my throat.

I had a Bryant furnace that needed a new secondary heat exchanger that was covered under warranty. I had three bids from three different companies. The first two companies knew it was cold out, being December, and tried to price gouge me. A friend that does hvac recommended Sabre for repairs. They cost me half what the other bids did and did a great job. The person that did the work explained exactly what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. Definitely recommend them!

I had two older furnaces replaced; with one of them having a large air conditioner. Peter, the Retrofit Sales Manager, came to my home analyzed the situation and game me a proposal. I had one other bid and the Sabre price was very very fair. The installation team did a great job to minimize any downtime on the air conditioner (it was warm) and got the furnace with the A/C up and running right away and completed the other furnace the next day. The installation leader was smart, and communicated very well as to his plans for the installation and executed the whole installation effort. They also did a very good job of protecting my home and were able to bring everything through the walk-out basement, with extra care to protect my home and the flooring. Just a great job by all! I cannot say enough about the team effort and the overall value of the entire job!

I had a very small refrigerant leak in my AC and scheduled a service with Sabre. They accomdated my schedule. They showed up on time and were able to find the leak very quickly, showed me, and fixed it with reasonable price. They finished the work faster than initially estimated. Furthermore, the manager called me the next day to confirm that I’m satisfied with the service.

They both did a great job. Sabre's office staff is very helpful, calling prior to the arrival of the technician, and providing the technician's name and approximate arrival time. They are also well priced for their services. Definitely recommend.
