This company is wonderful to work with. I've been using them for the last 5 years when any issue comes up with my heat or ac. When my ac was leaking and my Freon discontinued, they hunted some down so that I could get a few more years out of it, which I did! I just replaced the system today and Javier was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fast! He made sure to review everything with me and what would happen next, electrician and inspections. All of which was taken care by Residential directly. My install price included all of this which is much easier than trying to coordinate those things yourself. I highly recommend this company: fair, honest and top notch customer service!

They installed and supported my system in my house - and since my move to a townhouse they’ll be doing an install after this repair. They care. Renee is service scheduling is kind, remembers you and works miracles. This trip I had one of the owners doing my service work - I can see why I love this company!! They are priced fairly. After being referred to Residential Heating from a few family members I decided to reach out for a quote. Our 37 year old furnace kicked the bucket just before winter and we needed a replacement fast. Residential Heating came in with an affordable quote and was able to schedule the installation for just two days later. The installation was painless and professional - one main technician and three assistants (who came and went after performing their specialized tasks) got the whole job done in under six hours. Now our aged campfire of a furnace has been replaced with a high-efficiency model and we couldn't be more happy. When our aged A/C unit kicks the bucket they'll certainly be getting another call.

Considering the timing of the year during the hot summer, Residential came out and repaired my A/C in a very timely basis. I had called two other companies and they were going to be two to three weeks before they could get to me. The service manager Renee was very helpful getting this accomplished. Unfortunately, the repair exposed the fact that the A/C unit was on its last leg. To help remedy the situation, they responded again within days and installed a new A/C unit. I felt they bent over backwards to resolve the overall problem. I feel now that I have the best A/C unit that my house has ever had and it doesn't have to work as hard as my previous units. Very pleased with their service.

On a Thursday morning @3am my 19 year old furnace finally broke down. My furnace was “red tagged”. I had assumed i would not have heat until the next week at best. I wanted to support the local businesses and called Residential. I talked with Renee at the end of the day and she was super helpful and went above and beyond to line me up for an install the next day (8am on friday). The next day bright and early they showed up to look at the install. Within short while the installers arrived. Everything went great and the entire team was great. This entire situation went very well and would recommend them for sure. 5 out of 5

Huge thank you to Chris for coming out to diagnose and fix an issue with my furnace not kicking in. It turned out to be an issue with the thermostat needing to be replaced. He was kind to recommend a model and had it installed in no time. I was impressed with the overall service experience and so relieved to have my furnace working again! We own a duplex in South Minneapolis and have had nothing but great experiences with Residential Heating and Air Conditioning over the years. They installed 2 furnaces for us (this included removing an old octopus beast of a furnace that had to be handled carefully because of asbestos) and more recently 2 AC units that are tied into those furnaces. Our home is OLD and whereas we thought these installations were going to be painful and expensive, these guys made it relatively easy and though they weren't dirt cheap, they were not any more expensive than other such services. They are professional, friendly, on-time and they know what they are doing! We love and recommend this business!
