James and his team were fab…. from the very beginning to the very end where they even vacuumed up after themselves—great touch!! We had all new HVAC installed including an exhaust fan in the laundry room. What should have been probably one day took two days because we live in a townhome and things are very compact and challenging. They were very pleasant and still left us with a smile on their faces. Very thorough when Nik provided a summary and tour of the work completed. We would highly recommend them without a doubt!! Thank you James, Jeremy, and Nik.

I called and left a voicemail saying that it wasn't working and asked someone to give me a call the next morning to see if someone could come out (it wasn't too cold out yet so we would be fine through the night). James called me back within 30 minutes and said that someone would be out the next day around 9:30 am. It was actually James that came out and he was there right at 9:30 am. He took a look at the problem and didn't have the part needed, but he found a temporary solution to get us heat. 2 days later another tech came out and installed the replacement part super fast. This is just great customer service.

Julie listened to my concerns and offered to send James out to take a look at my 25+ year old AC unit. James arrived and asked me what was going on with my unit. He listened thoroughly and promptly got to work diagnosing the issue which he explained well and with pictures. He fixed my issue to get me cool air again but also provided an estimate for a new unit as fix was more than likely only temporary. My furnace had a gas leak in it, and Priority Heating squeezed us in same-day from me calling to come out and look at it. James looked everything over, found the leaks and we needed a valve to be replaced to completely stop the leaking. After the initial visit, we noticed new noise from our unit (rattling), and they came out next business day and resolve THOSE issues without any questions asked. I'm fairly certain that this additional visit by James was after a long day with other customers and he just fit us in on his own time. I contacted Priority Heating & Cooling last weekend (12/30/17) because the furnace went out at a neighbor's house while they were out of town. With temperatures outside below zero, the temperature in the house was down to 32 degrees by the time the problem was discovered. I called Priority Heating & Cooling after hours and explained the urgency of the situation. James quickly returned my call and was at the house soon after working on the furnace. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but because it was late at night on a holiday weekend, he was unable to obtain the replacement part. To warm the house and prevent pipes from freezing in the meantime, James repaired a gas fireplace that wasn't working properly and loaned us several space heaters. The following day (Sunday, New Year's Eve) James was able to obtain the replacement part and repair the furnace. I can't say enough good things about James and Priority Heating & Cooling. James did a great job and really went the extra mile. He was prompt, super helpful and accommodating, and the price was fair and reasonable. I have also used Priority Heating & Cooling in the past for A/C work and have always been pleased with the results. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I called several companies, and they were by FAR the most competitive in pricing, which is very important to me! I had another company look at our AC unit. During the visit they looked at my furnace and told me both were shot and needed to be replaced. They that it would have cost me $10K. I called Priority for a second opinion and told James that I wanted them to do the replacements if they were needed. He thoroughly examined my furnace and found nothing wrong and he was able to repair the AC unit. The other company was not honest. James, even after I told him that I wanted him to do the replacement, did a thorough inspection and was honest about what was needed. I will work with Priority from now on. They are honest people.
