I have used Precise for all of my heating and air conditioning needs for at least 20 years now. They absolutely live up to their name! Recently I purchased a new Furnace and Central Air Conditioner from them and what an outstanding experience Lyle, Shane and Gunnar all provided me with! Lyle first came over to provide a great consultation and got me a 3 year interest free financing package along with a very appreciated rebate! Lyle was very detailed in his explanation of the furnace I would need as well as answered all of my questions...my neighbor was even having an air conditioning unit installed by Precise and I was able to go over and look at that one before committing to my own purchase! I appreciated Lyle's care and pleasant manner and when installation day arrived I was further impressed by Shane and Gunnar!! These two fine young men are a credit to Precise as is Lyle. They were so incredibly kind and concerned that I would be happy with their work and this new air conditioner and furnace! My 88 year old Mom was also impressed by their courteous manner and how very hard they worked! They made sure I knew how to operate the thermostat and Lyle helped me to get the awesome phone application installed so I can actually run the controls from my phone! So very convenient! I love my air conditioner which is keeping my home cooled 100 times better than my previous one! If you use ANYONE but Precise you are not getting the BEST! Thank you to Mike Lyon for starting a company I can TRUST 100 percent!

Very personable and professional. Lyle did an amazing job understanding our needs and giving options without being pushy. Gunner did a great and thorough job installing, always asking before doing anything extra. We could tell they viewed us as people first. When the city inspector comes in saying he's expecting the best because of the name he sees on the vehicle, and isn't surprised by the high quality of work, that says a lot!

I called Precise as I was hearing a noise from the furnace when it started, I could also tell that the fan was slow to spin up. The service tech validated my furnace was worn out and in need of replacement. Lyle came out and validated the size of my furnace to be a little smaller than what is needed, went over my options and provided a quote for replacement. The installation was as scheduled and looks professional. The staff at Precise is knowledgeable and professional. Outstanding organization.

A few months back, we had our water heater fail (of course, it was after 5:00 PM on a Friday). Not only were they incredibly responsive for an after-hours call (immediately calling me back and organizing time), but they had a perfectly sized and matching system to the model I was looking for in stock. They were there first thing Saturday morning and had the old unit swapped out and disposed of and the new unit installed in ~30 minutes; this included installing a new shutoff valve to pull the tank out of the loop that the old system never had. While there is a weekend emergency service fee, it was reasonable and well worth it for the quality response. I, without hesitation, plan on using them for further services in the future.

After moving to a new home, we discovered our dryer vent was plugged with lint. Called Precise and they had a technician out in a couple days. Our technician was Shaun. An amazing young man! Timely, efficient and very courteous. Told me everything he was doing and what needed to be done. Answered all my questions too. And always with a smile! I could not have asked for a more professional, thorough and courteous experience. From the phone call to completion, everyone was terrific! Did I mention the price? Sooo reasonable! Especially since it involved climbing on the roof. Will definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Precise! 12/2022 Update: We had a new roof put on and unbeknownst to us, the roofers put a screen over our dryer vent that vents up through the roof. Precise was out the day after I called. Shaun and Dylan took care of the clogged vent! Cold (5 degrees), day, ice and snow covered roof. No problem. Up on the roof, screen removed and lint free vent in 10 minutes. They showed us the screen and it was full. From the phone call to completion of job was a great experience. Kept us updated to any delays. These people are fabulous! Can't say enough adverbs to describe the professionalism. Call them! And make sure your roofers don't cover the vent with a screen!😊

We had Lyle for a representative, he walked through our home room by room to make sure our requests were met and explained all of the equipment they would be installing and gave us our quotes. The installation team was quick and clean and made accomodations so I could work from home with minimal disruption. Edit: 01/28/2023. Since my initial review, we have had our yearly maintenance of our heating/AC system, a hot water heater and water softener installed and a garage heater replaced by Precise. Each time they were responsive to our quote requests, communicated quickly, were on time and very clean during installation of each one. Highly recommend!

A few weeks ago we had a heater installed in our garage. We always have great experience with our sale rep Lyle. He is so helpful and friendly. Our installer Gunner was also awesome to deal with. Our geothermal heat went out. We called precise, Rick came out very quickly, and had to give me bad news that the whole unit would have to be replaced (it was 25+ years old). Through no fault of Rick or Precise, it took 6 weeks to get a new geothermal unit shipped to them. But Rick would call weekly with updates, even if there was no update to be given. The second it was shipped to them, they were on the way to install it. It looked like a lot of work and they got it running by late afternoon. Everything is working perfectly, Rick was very informative and great to work with. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to work with them happily in the future!

After the initial walkthrough I decided to have them relocate the venting as well as run new gas lines to allow a clean look when finishing the basement remodel. I absolutely love Precise. They are punctual, professional and super nice. We got our central air and water heater from them and it was such an easy process plus they did all the work for us to get a rebate from our energy company. When our furnace quit last week because of a pressure problem they had it fixed within 2 days... I called the day the furnace quit, they came the next day to assess the problem and the day after that to install the part ( they had to order the part). I just cannot say enough good things about these people and I absolutely highly recommend them.

These are professionals and VERY friendly. They came out and serviced my furnace. Tech was very nice and on time. I had a cracked heat exchanger so I had the pleasure of working with Lyle on a replacement estimate. He really knows his stuff and is very personable! I ended up going with someone a little more cost effective but if you can afford it HIGHLY recommend them! They provided me with space heaters since they knew the furnace was out and everyone was super nice to work with. They had no problem wearing masks as I was going to visit my elderly parents a couple days later which was appreciated.

We have used Precise many, many times over the past 15 years. Jobs have included installing & maintaining a geothermal system, installing a new furnace and a/c at a different location, and extensive plumbing work for a remodel. The guys that designed systems for us took the time to understand our needs and were knowledgeable in their recommendations. The office is always detailed and thorough and accommodating to give me a “heads up” when the technician is on his way. The technicians are always polite, take time to explain things to me, and clean up any debris. Absolutely everyone I have worked with has been very professional! I recommend them to friends.

Still not very happy with these guys but after my poor review and a little time to cool off I will give credit where it's due. My mother came over to let them in while I was at work and apparently the head guy Mike (I think the owner) came out with the service tech and worked on it. still couldn't get it fixed but he did explain to me what's going on and what's next. All of the techs that came out have been really friendly and professional I just wish they would have it fixed by now but at least now I know what's going on and understand a little more about the issues they are facing . They seem to be trying to make it right so I will give them a little better rating than before. We will see how things go from here

Fantastic service!! Getting home from work to realize that your furnace stopped working during a cold snap is the last thing I wanted to deal with. I had never used Precise before and after phone call after phone call to other competitiors to no avail I decided to give them a try. Sales rep/Technical advisor Lyle accessed our home and requirements (heating & cooling) and presented all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Precise coordinated with Electrical Solutions, Inc. (ESI) to install the mini-split system in one day. They laid down canvas on our floors and stairs plus everywhere they worked was cleaned up. Shout out to Precise office personnel for exceptional and prompt answering of questions and setting the install date. Lyle conducted a follow-up and answered all questions we had about the mini-split remotes, filters, etc. He made sure we were pleased with installation. Great investment in our home for heating and cooling. Precise is a professional, focused business with highly skilled/knowledgeable employees with exemplary customer service skills.

We have been a customer of Precise since we bought our house 15 years ago. Each year they checked our A/C and furnace. This year we had it checked and they discovered we needed a new furnace. Lyle worked with us to find the best furnace to fit our house and gave us a few options. Since our A/C was also 25+ years old we asked him to give us a quote on both. MY wife and I are very pleased with our complete experience with Precise. Lyle was very helpful in walking us through different options to meet our needs and fit our budget. The installation was professional and addressed several short cummings of a previous install. there was no high pressure sales pitch but whenever we had a question they were available to answer them courteously and completely. The new furnace has been operating for several weeks and despite a couple days of severe cold has functioned fabulously. We also had a new ac unit installed for next summer.

We had an issue come up that I needed taken care of quickly and contacted Barb to schedule service. In the past, they have done very good work and I knew I could trust them. Barb let me know that she would get a technician out to our home before the end of the day, but knew that I had a home inspection for our new buyers in our home. It wasn't 20 minutes later that a tech rang the doorbell and was let inside by the home inspector that found the gas problem. The tech was quick to find the problem, resolve it and was out of the house within the hour! This was not only impressive to me, even though Precise is known for this kind of reputation, but also to the inspector. The best part was for the new buyer to see that we cared and had someone out to correct the problem right away, helping our transaction go extremely smooth. As someone that works in a customer service field myself I have high expectations of companies when I call them for service, and I was not at all disappointed with Precise. I mean there are things you just expect like courtesy and professionalism, etc but these people really do more than what’s expected, or required for that matter. I’m not going to detail every part of my furnace instillation but I was very well taken care of. I was always given options and the decisions on what to go with were my own. Lyle (sales person) knew exactly what was needed for my house and did not try to oversell anything and simply did not push anything on me that was more or less than what I needed. I know my house I know what I needed and he came to the same conclusion (I would like to add that mans knows his stuff). They work quick there were no delays in service and they do a home visit follow-up as well which I really like. Their technician did a great job. Very professional. In the future when I have a HVAC or other issue of the sort I don’t think I would consider anybody else I would go straight back to Precise.

I would highly recommend for any heating or cooling or air quality issues. Also very excited about the maintenance program where technicians come out to clean and maintain the units and keep everything running smoothly with yearly maintenance without any unnecessary money sucking tactics. Would highly recommend that program. Takes the worry out of home maintenance and with all that homeowners deal with it’s the peace of mind that having a professional maintaining the large appliances like heaters and air ducts and air conditioners it’s a great reassurance and comfort knowing everything is always working optimally.

We had Precise install a stainless steel sink and new faucet, as well as perform an annual HVAC tune-up. Upon arrival it was found that the sink was badly damaged. Not only did the technician box it back up, but placed it back in the car and said he would go to a different job while we swapped out the sink for a new one. What fantastic service! On the HVAC side, we needed a garage heater serviced which wasn't starting up. The heater was quickly serviced and he left written instructions on how to restart if it happens again. UPDATE: The owner Mike contacted me to discuss what happened. I did give them 2 more stars for reaching out and rectifying the situation. He met with all involved to get the story before calling me and he understood why I felt the way I did. He refunded the entire first bill. DO NOT use this company!!! Hired them to service our AC. 1st repair man came out and said we had no refrigerant. Told me there “might be a leak and if there was he might not be able to find or repair it”. Then wrote in the service slip that I “denied a leak test”. He filled with refrigerant, supposedly did he testing and said it was good. $500 and 2 days later the house was at 86 degrees. Same company, 2nd repair man came out and found a leak in 5 minutes - charged $500 again since it was the weekend and unit still not working. Then given a quote to actually have the unit fixed for another $1800. The first thing that should have been done was looking for the leak with a nitrogen charge which I found out later from my brother who works in the business. Precise is only out to charge for ridiculous services and in the end most likely telling you that your whole system needs to be replaced!!! I will tell everyone to call a different company! Absolutely terrible business morals!

We just had a new combination boiler put in by Precise, it's an IBC boiler which takes care of you water heating for domestic and in floor, on demand. We had a hybrid Eternal heater before and they went out of business. So I got bids from different company's and when Rick came over and explained everything I thought for sure they would of been just as expensive as another company with the same ideas, but they weren't. It still cost for these combination boilers, but with all the new items that were put in, and plumbed very nicely and neat. It has been a wk now and Rick came back over to check things out, and it works great. He even noticed my air exchanger was running constantly, so he took a look at the thermostat of the air exchanger and told me how to run the exchanger the way it supposed to be run. I was heating the house and the air exchanger was taking it out, now it's set the way it's supposed to be. I felt real comfortable with what Rick had to say. Scott was the plumbing guy with the good eye, then the other young fellow that worked with Scott was good also. Now I'm on a maint plan where they will check my system out once a year for $170 for the first year and then decide how we should proceed after that. Also they are filling out the X cell rebate for the $400 that will be sent to me. I am happy with the service. Thanks Vern Voss
