The fact that my house sat with a heating problem for two winters in a row because my own local heating companies couldn't find the problem, just for these guys to come out and find the problem instantly means something! These guys know what they are doing and do the job perfectly! I am so pleased that we can finally heat our house above 50 for once!!!! Thankyou so much guys you are the best in Southern Minnesota ❤️

Wes, the owner and all his staff were great..once they finally got it in. (Course the virus set back installation date too). They installed it very fast and did a very clean looking install. Cleaned up their mess and left my room spotless! I altho have had a few issues with the product, (the ac in general.).but they have been working on it and hopefully this week it will be resolved.Wes gave me a awesome price, no one came near his price...I give this company 5 stars and would buy from Wes again..you should have him bid your heating and air also. Great service as well!

Called them to hook up a wi-fi thermostat. They were there the next day.. They discovered the furnace was never properly wired correctly. They re-wired the furnace and installed the thermostat in 30 minutes. Don't bother calling anyone else. Five stars.

Fantastic service!! I work an overnight shift and when my furnace went out the secretary said it would be several hours before a technician would be available. When I explained my odd work schedule she called a technician to work something out and he was here within 20 minutes! They were very accommodating to my odd schedule, which meant a lot to me. The technician was polite, friendly and very professional. He found the problem quickly, explained what was wrong and what needed to be replaced to fix the problem. He explained it in simple terms so I actually understood what he needed to do and why it wasn't functioning properly. He was upfront about the cost before he did anything so I knew exactly what to expect. There wasn't any hidden fees or unexpected charges on my bill. I thought my bill was very reasonable for the work he did. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use this company again. I really appreciate the dedication they have to their customers and their work!

They are wonderful to work with. My heat went out on Christmas day and they had it up and running that day. The bill was shockingly low. I was expecting to pay four times as much as they charged. It was Christmas day after all. I took him away from his family to work on my furnace. They've earned a loyal customer who couldn't be happier!

This was the only Heating & Cooling business willing to come out on a holiday weekend. We called a couple other companies first and no one answered. Wes (owner) was on call and answered right away. Our AC was not working and Wes even tried to help over the phone before coming. He was here very quickly and repaired the issue. I also felt the charges were very fair. We had not used Owatonna Heating & Cooling in the past, but they just gained a customer!!! Thanks

I called to get my central air unit looked at and they came out the same day. The problem was quickly found and fixed and the unit recharged. All for a lower than expected price.

Had a gas valve go out on our furnace on a really cold day, called Owatonna heating and cooling and they showed up within 30 minutes replaced the faulty valve checked the whole thing over and made sure it was working properly and was done In less than a hour and done the job for a very fair price (another company in town wanted 3 times as much for the same job and said that they couldn't get the part for 3 days in -17° temperatures) I would highly recommend Owatonna heating and cooling and will be using them for all my needs in the future.

AC unit went out on a 90-degree day, they came onsite after-hours and had us back up and running the same day, even working as the sun went down. Great service, quick response. Would definitely recommend!
