Your Company's Service Technician, Brian Rogers, serviced my air conditioning unit today. He is very skilled. He opened up the A/C unit and immediately new what the problem was. He addressed it, and got the A/C unit operating. Besides that, my wife and I experienced that Brian is a very personal, polite and genuine individual. We have become a Metro Air client because of him. We appreciate his professionalism.

As a Realtor I have used Metro Air for advice after home inspections in the past. They were always willing to help me out and were very knowledgeable when explaining how things were done. We had Metro Air over to do a Furnace/AC check today and replace our thermostat. Brian showed up right within the timeframe he said he would arrive, and he was very nice and professional. He was even nice to my crazy puppy that was very interested in what he was up to. :) Brian took the time to help me register for a Bryant Home account, and set up the new app on my phone, and reset the air exchanger to the the correct setting for summer. He worked very quickly and was also very mindful of the phone calls and meetings we had going on while we were working from home. We'd highly recommend Brian, and if we have any issues again, we'd request to have him back.

We had another company install a furnace and ac. Needed to hire these guys to make it work properly. The tech was amazing. Explained things as he went and communicated very well. Troubleshot why AC was not turning on in zone 2. He realized it was the wiring and went on to fix it. Fixed things that nobody else had any ideas on how to fix, and did it quickly. We will be hiring only these guys from now on. Fantastic.

The holidays caused a delay in service but I didn't consider my repair worth interrupting Christmas for a repair tech. When the office opened on Tuesday, I got a call and Brian arrive by 10:00 in the morning, originally scheduled for 11:00. The repair was quick, we had heat, technician was out of the house by 11:00. Will definitely use this service again!

Brian was fantastic. He was able to come out for an emergency the same day we called on a Sunday! Our AC had died and after talking to him on the phone, he felt confident about what was wrong and had the replacement part on his truck. Called Metro Air Monday morning after our AC stop blowing cold over the weekend. I was lucky to have a service man in our area and I was able to schedule the same day. Justin arrived (called) during the approximate 2 hour time frame given in the morning. He quickly figured out that a cottonwood clogged our unit. Cleaned our unit, and replaced some parts. Quick fix. My furnace stopped working during the day in Jan. I called Metro Air the next morning at 8am. Nancy answer the phone, & gave me nothing, but Positive effort. She had a technician Tony at my place by 12noon. Tony tried to fix the problem, replace fuse on the circuit board, it didn't work. Furnace was 18 years old, & I knew it was time to replace it. Nick came to the house, & gave me a estimate for furnace, & central air. He gave me every discount he could. He didn't try to get me to buy extras I didn't need. He made me feel very comfortable, he didn't intimidate me. Tony, & Justin came out the next day, & did the installation. They were very professional, & when they left that day, I knew I made the right decision. The personal Nancy, Tony, Nick, & Justin made me a very Happy that I called Metro Air in Prior Lake. TL;DR: Metro Air is a quality company that focuses on long-term relationships,, getting the job done right, and caring for their customers. Absolutely recommend. I had been a long-time Genz-Ryan customer, but decided it was time for a change. Metro Air has performed two jobs for me so far - the installation of a new Honeywell digital thermostat last fall, and a repair job on our air conditioner this week. Metro Air has been incredible. The thermostat took some time given my existing set-up, but Metro Air's personnel worked through it and got everything installed and working great The AC repair was more complex. Nate was courteous, professional, and clearly really CARED about getting our A/C working again. Unlike others who might have used it as an opportunity to sell me a new coil (which was one of the suspected causes), he diligently worked through the possibilities until he determined that it a leaky elbow joint out at the compressor that caused us to lose all refrigerant. Replacing the joint and refilling the refrigerant got everything working perfectly and resulted in a much lower bill than I was expecting. That kind of diligence, professionalism and work has won them a long-time customer.

12/15/2021: Still a happy Metro Air Heating & Cooling customer, this is the only HVAC company I will use, in April/May this year I had new furnace and AC unit installed, both excellent. Today I had Chris come out and make a small adjustment so my water softener lid could open more freely. I called this morning and they were onsite within an hour, issue resolved quickly. A+ service still! A year ago: I’m a happy repeat customer of Metro Air Heating & Cooling. Not only are their technicians competent, but they’re honest which is just as important. Today Nick performed an AC tuneup, he was professional and took the time to explain how things work. I know eventually I’ll need a new AC system but for now Metro keeps me going until I’ve budgeted for the replacement. A+ service!

Installers we're on time, respectful, listened to my conserns and were done when they said they would. Both of them had over 30yrs of experience! Metro Air is an exceptional company, all interactions we've had with staff have exceeded our expectations. We just built a brand new home and our builder uses Metro Air. About a month after we built, we were walking by a different build site and decided to see if we could ask one of the Metro Air technician a few questions (quickly, of course), and the gentleman (Craig, I think) was super friendly and happy to answer our few quick/questions. Today we had a technician out just to look over our units, and he was phenomenal (Justin). Again, he was super nice, explained things in a way that we understood, and helped us know how to manage things moving forward. When I originally called Metro Air, the lady who answered my phone call (Nancy, I believe), was also fantastic. We would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related needs!!

I called and talked to Riley about some concerns with the air conditioner at our new home and she explained their options for a service call vs. an AC tune up and that she would have the technician decide what was the best route for us when he arrived. She also asked what brand equipment we had and how old it was to make sure if there was any warranty that could cover us if there was an issue with our unit. Daryl our technician called the morning of our service to let us know he was on his way and confirm it was still convenient for us. When he arrived he made sure to take all precautions for the cleanliness and protection of our home along with our health as he entered. He checked our air conditioner and assured us everything is working properly, but gave us a few tips for comfort and efficiencies that were not even related to the unit. Daryl then went over a few options on how we could save some money and have them come back to check our furnace in the fall which was great. I look forward to working with this team.

It was a pleasure to do business with Metro Air. Riley was my first point of contact with Metro Air. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to schedule someone from service to be here later that morning. Daryl from service was polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. The air conditioner compressor unit and evaporator coil was leaking and determined that it needed to be replaced. All options were discussed throughly. Once the agreement choice was signed online Chris called and scheduled the install to be done. To my surprise he said they could do the work on Monday (it was already Thursday afternoon). Which was fantastic. Adam and Paul arrived on Monday and performed the install which went great. The install went smooth and everything was cleaned up when completed. I would recommend Metro Air to my friends and family without hesitation.

Today I had a 4 inch Media Filter retro fitted on my Bryant HVAC in my home by technicians Adam and Matt of Metro Air. It went just like you would want. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The installation looks great and they left the work area as clean as they found it. I'm very happy about it and could not ask for any thing more. I am very impressed with this company, beginning with the person on the phone when I called to replace my old humidifier attached to the furnace. He made some very helpful suggestions, offered a price $120 below what I had just been told by the company I used to use, and scheduled me in for just a few days later. The two who came were very respectful of the Covid rules, emerging from their truck with masks already on. They were great about describing the job, and walked me through me in detail about how to use the new system. Andrew also wrote down the info for the replacement filter on the cover of the booklet for the new humidifier, just to make it even easier for me. They cleaned up well, in spite of my offering to do that, and helped me understand a problem I was having installing my new smart thermostat (I did have a C wire in the wall, but the previous system didn't use it so I hadn't known to look). All in all, an exceptional experience. Metro is now my new HVAC company for my 100-year old home.

Called them after hours & got right thru to a service tech, within 48 hours I had a new furnace working perfectly! THANK YOU JUSTIN at Metro Air for coming out at 10pm on a Monday when we discovered quite a bit of water leaking out of our furnace. We have been loyal to and pay a monthly fee to a different, very large well-known HVAC company (initials are G-R) but they left us high and dry, claiming their emergency service was 2 weeks out! Our basement would have flooded by then. Justin at Metro Air came that very night and solved our problem- a blocked condenser drain- in about 30 mins. We really cannot thank you enough for your SERVICE in our time of need. Thank you!!

I had an A/C coil develop a leak, not only did Metro Air detect and address the problem, but went out of their way to help me find out that it was still under warranty with a different service provider. Our A/C inexplicably shut off on us yesterday, and we were unable to troubleshoot. We finally called Metro at about 9:30pm, and Justin came out to our house about a half hour later. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour, and our home began cooling shortly thereafter. He was responsive, professional, and helpful, and as a result of this experience we are sure to use Metro again in the future.

Our AC was leaking refrigerant and wasn't coiling the house. Called Metro air and they offered to inspect the leak and found a leak in the coil so ended up just replacing the coil whereas others recommend to replace the whole Unit. Metro Air also told me that the coil was under warranty and I just would have to pay the labor cost. Great experience working with Metro air and would highly recommend them.

On Sunday morning I heard back from a very helpful man from Metro Air Heating and Cooling. He was able to send somebody out to help me right away. Metro Air installed our new HVAC system in October 2015. The service and workmanship was high quality. In August 2017, our A/C began to under-perform due to a refrigerant leak. Joe from Metro Air (same technician who had tested the A/C originally in April 2016) came out to our house and diagnosed and fixed the leak for free. I appreciated his patience as I watched over his shoulder and peppered him with layman questions. Metro Air is staffed by good people who do good work and do right by their customers.

We had an issue where our 3 year old furnace was shutting on and off over and over. Called metro at 5 pm on a Friday thinking we would have a big weekend or after hours service fee but ended up quickly getting the right advice, for free, that we just needed a different filter. Heat went back on and we didn't have to pay a service fee. We will be calling back when we need service or a tune up. Great to know they give good advice even if they aren't getting paid.

We had Nate for diagnostics one morning who was very personable and knowledgeable . It turns out our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and I needed a pro with proper test equipment too verify my findings. It eas in a dangerous condition. That same afternoon a very experienced guy was out to give an estiment. By the next day afternoon, Adam ands Randy came to remove the old furnace ind install a height efficiency new furnace. Everyone in this company is a top notched professional.From the women who answers the one and schedules to thre guys that worked in the field. I own a major appliance repair company and would hire anyone of the three service guys in the field to work with my customers. The finished product, our new furnace, is a very professional installation that I am proud to show anyone. They even cleaned up the area very well.. I will not hesitate to recommend this fine company to friends and family.

Instead of just tying to make a sale, Phil was honestly giving me options that may save me money as well. A/C was having difficulty keeping up with the heat. Metro Air arranged for Joe to come out the very next day, I was not in a rush. Joe called right at the beginning of our appointment window to determine the scope of the problem and arrived shortly thereafter, no waiting and wondering when they would arrive. He took the time to understand the issues and my concerns. He checked every aspect of the system, removed construction debris and adjusted things as necessary. A great job that exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend them.
