Instead of making me wait over the week end for the part needed to fix the problem, he drove in rush hour traffic to find me the part for an immediate fix. He was courteous, fully explained the problem and was eager to make sure I didn't have to suffer anymore in an overheated house. The rate was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend!!

Annual AC checkup: Specialist arrived on time with appropriate equipment to inspect air conditioning unit in apartment and on the roof. Found no issues but did advise me that as of next year, the refrigerant user will no longer be available.
