Had furnace tune ups and maintenance today. Ken was very detailed and knowledgeable technician. He explained the things well and helped me take a decision to replace couple things for furnace to run efficiently. He came well on time and did all the tune ups and maintenance patiently. I would definitely go back to Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for any kind of heating and air conditioning work.

The technicians that came to our place were professional and worked very clean. The units are installed better than the older one. The installations are well thought out. They cleaned the installation site afterwards. When everything is all done, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning managed all the rebates and they came automatically. It has been a good experience for us.
