Lauren is awesome! Right before Thanksgiving(we were hosting) I had to call him out to fix our blower motor. He was here in less than 1.5 hours! Now a month later on the coldest night this year, he opened up after hours so we could get a part we needed, to fix our furnace, we had no heat( forecast -15/-20 degrees below zero). Thanks Lauren!

I would highly recommend Dean's heating and cooling to anybody for their HVAC needs. We had them install a new furnace into our old house before we sold it. Once we moved, we liked them so much that we had them install a new furnace and AC into the house we bought. Not only did they do a fantastic job at both houses, they were even able to give us a military discount which ended up bringing our grand total to much below what we were hoping to spend. We had 3 different companies come out for an estimate and Dean's ended up being cheaper than the competition, which is why we chose them in the first place. However, the work that they did, the price, and the techs that came out, are what made us repeat customers. The guys that came out ended up being mostly the same guys that did the first job. They were personable, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and funny. They were courteous and put coverings on our carpet so it wouldn't get dirty, and they also vacuumed after they were done. There wasn't anything that needed to be fixed, cleaned, or tweaked once they left. They did fantastic work with both jobs, and we couldn't be happier with our new furnace and AC. Dean's HVAC will always be highly recommended from us. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We are remodeling our basement and I found out super fast how hard it is to be the general contractor! Working with Deans was super easy. They were reliable, friendly, fast and affordable. Then two weeks after they came out to do the initial service my husband and I noticed that one of the vents they put in was too close to where we wanted our ceiling fan. This was a mistake of our own since we didn't tell them where we were going to put the fan. Still knowing that this was not a mistake of their own they sent someone out on a Saturday to adjust it for us and make us happy. Dean's Heating is an amazing company to work with and I would refer them to anyone without hesitation!

Our furnace decided to go out a few days before -50 weather. We called them Thursday morning and they were out quickly figured out the problem and came back the next day as soon as the part was in to fix our furnace. Our choices were between here and airserv and I'm so glad we picked these guys as they were fast, kind, and not overpriced. Will reccomend to anyone with A.C. or furnace issues
