We needed a new water heater. Comfort Matters staff was terrific with communication and scheduling. They were respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and putting down drop cloths. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a couple of hours. The guys were nice to my dog, they showed me how the new system worked, and left the space at least as clean as it was when they arrived. I am completely satisfied and will call them again.

Was highly recommended from a neighbor who replaced their furnace and AC last year. They also had issues working through a warranty company and contractor. Mike Avery came out right away to get an estimate and options down. Mike was responsive to get the process going. He responded right away out of his working hours early in the AM to get the deal done and an install that same day. Recommend to go around messing with warranty companies and take whatever cash out you can to get a top notch system, install, and service you can trust! Thank you!

Nick was great to work with! He was very professional and installed my new A/C on Saturday so I don’t have to worry about the upcoming heat wave! I am so glad I found this company. I love the membership program way better than home service plus. I was able to schedule everything the next day even installation! I was even able to get financing for my new unit and the application was very simple. Nick explained everything I should expect in the mail and what to do for the city inspection. I will continue to use this company and also recommend them to others!

John was very informative taking the time to explain to me what the different measurements being taken were and how they related to each other. Very professional and didn't huff or puff when I asked them. Comfort Matters will be replacing my 23 year old furnace and AC this Friday. Hopefully, this experience will be as good as this one. Update.... Friday has come and new system installed. Taylor and Keith did a great job removing and installing the new system. They cleaned up when competed and protected floors while working. I am very happy with the work they did. I am currently adjusting to the new normals of a high efficiency system, and though not what am used to (old energy guzzler to one that is not) I am pleased to admit the system is working great and doing what it is designed to do. My upstairs is no longer hotter than the downstairs which is great. System does run less while maintaining set temp. I will update if I have any info. No complaints=no update. Thanks again to everyone at Comfort Matters.

Excellent service from Comfort Matters. Called the office and spoke to Chris who was positive, friendly and helpful in scheduling my next day AC repair. The technician Jake was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what had happened and what my options were. He gave detailed answers to my questions and gave transparent pricing and information before he completed the repair. I was also interested in other HVAC equipment and pricing on new systems and Jacob in the sales office provided accurate estimates and information on different systems available. 5 stars

Nathan arrived promptly at the scheduled time along with a trainee, Sam. He did a nice job explaining what was involved with the service call. They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nathan provided helpful suggestions regarding ways our system could be improved however at no time did I feel any sales pressure to get it done now. Having technicians of this high caliber, along with the quality products they install, is the primary reason we continue to do business with Comfort Matters.

Great experience with the company. All of the workers were timely. They were able to get us in quickly for the diagnostic and for the replacement of our furnace. Other company we called couldn’t come out for two days to even look at it and it’s 20 degrees outside. The pricing seemed fair for the amount of time and work that had to be done. We were able to upgrade to a more efficient furnace which will be good in the long run.

These guys are awesome. Super responsive, friendly, professional. I have used them a couple of times now... 1st just for an AC tuneup which was a couple years back - then more recently for an AC repair (critter chewed through some wires). I was so impressed after this second visit I decided to sign up for their yearly preventative maintenance plan - they have my trust and respect.

The gentleman on the phone was very kind and genuinely cared about our situation and easily was able to accommodate to our schedule within 24 hours!
