Last Friday during my annual furnace tune-up, the technician diagnosed that the furnace was not working properly and the air exchanger had also quit working. As my house is for sale and and the weather is getting colder, he looked into all repair and replacement options. The BWS salesperson was at my house within 30 minutes to assess, quote and after moving their schedule around able to install my new furnace and air exchanger on Monday. The installers arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the new furnace. I got great financing and a nice warm house. I have used BWS for other services and they are the best. Always on time, courteous and ready to solve the problem. Best of all, they all like dogs!

We came back from vacation to find our AC was out. Called BWS and they were able to get a technician (Dan) out the next day (Thursday). Found our compressor was out (28 years old). Too expensive to fix, so they had a comfort advisor (Matt) come out within 30 minutes to go over options. Ended up replacing the whole system along with furnace (due to age) on Monday. Technicians (Erick and Corey) that installed the new systems were very professional and personal. Everyone we encountered with BWS was respectful and seemed to enjoy their job. Would recommend BWS to anyone needing HVAC work.

When looking into replacing various equipment (the A/C, furnace, water softener and water heater) for my new home, I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt W. Matt came over to our scheduled appointment and spent almost an hour very patiently walking me and my daughter through all of the options/alternatives given the small utility room, etc. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, professional, and honestly just a pleasure to deal with. We ended up ultimately going with another company solely because of 2 extra years of labor warranty but Matt did work with us on everything and in the end it was a tough call. Thank you Matt! I would definitely recommend you and your company to my friends and family any day.

BWS was great (especially my techs Erick and Cory!)! They were timely, kept me informed, and did a walk through once they were finished. They replaced two furnaces and an A/C unit for me and even provided us with new air filters and brought some dog treats for my two dogs! Highly recommend BWS and especially Erick and Cory!

I found Kevin to be very pleasant efficient professional and hardworking. He completely checked out the furnace and then explained everything to me in detail and wrote it up. The price was what I thought it would be. There were no surprises or any high pressure sales. It was a very pleasant experience. We will use this company in the future

From the sales process to the installation, BWS were top notch! The entire process from start to finish was complete within 24 hours, which was very important to us being in MN in January with a young baby.
